I can’t believe set meal was £11 now £14.80 you must be joking all single meals up £2 each and the food was rubbish will not be back

The food was cold, the rice lumpy and chewy, the chicken was tough, chewy cold and inedible. The mushrooms were cold in the middle implying not totally cooked and the wholt meal had a Horrible smell. the worst takeaway ive had. It went in the bin.

I don't like all the vegetables but love beanshoots so I amended my order a got the xl not had it in a while. No vegetables as requested but also no beenshoots, well can be a bit confusing with changes I guess. food was great as always but only got the large tub not xl. was hot and fast delivery. delicious still.

Taste, less cold ,very poor quality .I only live less than a mile from shop but I ordered at 18.00 hrs and received at 19.45 .I will definitely not be ordering from here again .

Food ok but not hot. Usually with such a big order prawn crackers are thrown in but not in this order

although it was late, I got in touch with the restaurant and they sorted it out straight away.

The food was tasty however I had to wait from ordering for since about 17.50/18.00. It said estimated delivery 18.45 to 19.05, and didn’t arrive until about 19.10. I called the restaurant about 7pm to double check and she said it was on the way.

Something that looked very much like an insect cooked with my chicken. BBQ ribs very thin. Sweet and sour chicken tough as old boots.

Great food and service! Never had a problem ordering from here and the food has always been lovely!

The meat was undercooked, too much soy sauce like the noodles were swimming in it. It just tasted horrible. Had to put it in the bin

Normally absolutely perfect and never had an issue, this order though… rice had absolutely no flavour and was very stodgy could not taste the chicken at all in it, and the sweet and sour sauce tasted very strange

Chows restaurant did apologise and amended the delivery time due to being busier than expected, The issue was exasperated because of heavy traffic, When our meal arrived it was still quite warm and a quick blast in the microwave soon addressed the issue, Overall though the food was good as always and I have not been put off using Chows at all and look forward to buying from them again. Many thanks to the delivery guy and all those at Chow's.

Food was only just warm, duck was dried out and inedible. Chicken balls chewy. Gutted as we were really looking forward to this.

food was very greasy the pancake roll was dripping grease, but the worst part was we were delivered gone off prawn toast, as soon as I opened it I could smell it had gone bad, my daughter took a bite before realising, very concerning as to how long they'd been in storage for them to be off, and to send out to customers is not very professional nor good service, makes me wonder about their hygiene standards ..I got a refund for the prawn toast, but will not be ordering from this restaurant again

The restaurant never let me know that the food was going to be late. I only ordeeed 3 dishes & one of them was wrong. The coke wasn’t the size specified on the menu either so 3 things that they couldn’t get right with my first small order. Will not be ordering again from here.

Really bad, would never order from here again. Chow mein was dry and tasteless so I added my own soy sauce, to then take a bite into a piece of METAL as I was eating it! No wonder the food turned up 10 minutes after ordering

Unfortunately the driver did not follow the order requests. Which was very disappointing. Has kids asleep and was told not to rung doorbell as it’s very loud and he still did it anyway. Food itself was sooo yummy tho :)

I am normally very happy , but on this occasion I was not . The Duck was dry and had no taste . The king prawns and mushrooms were over cooked and rubbery . How ever I will give them another chance as normally very good .

Very disappointing. Sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style used to come with a nice variety of fresh vegetables rather than onion and green pepper. Satay chicken had absolutely no resemblance to satay at all. I called to say I thought it was oyster sauce, it was suggested that I drive back so that they could explain satay sauce to me… The southern fried chicken batter was soggy. No reason to return.

Great speedy delivery and food

I phoned after 20 mins late to be told it was on its way then half an hour later phoned 4 more times and call was cut off , food was only warm, driver had been told to just say he was only the delivery guy, disgusting customer service . REFUND PLS

Ordered with a 35-50min delivery estimate, food arrive 1 hour and 50 minutes later. Delivery driver marked the delivery as delivered half an hour before food was delivered. Really poor service.

Delivery what delivery? Tried to call but no answer ended up going to the shop to see where my delivery is. And it was sat on the side still innthe bag waiting for delivery over 1 hour after order made. It was also cold and rice was uncooked NOT INPRESED

Southern fried chicken delicious, curry sauce is just like when I was a Kid. Lovely

i accidently pressed collection instead of delivery. phoned restaurant and lady was very helpful and sent driver who was very friendly. customer service brilliant. wouldnt use any other chinese. we love Chows

Food was ordered for 5.45pm. JustEat gave time as 6pm, Fair enough it's Friday night. Got to 6.15 no delivery. JustEat says "Food Delivered" (it hadn't been) Messaged via JustEat and it said "Sorry will be with you by 6.30pm" 6.30 came and went, still no delivery. 6.45pm food finally arrived. Not happy about lack of updates from restaurant. If I'd had message to say "sorry really busy, will be with you asap" I would have been ok. But No Update ☹️. Did enjoy once it turned up though

The food is basically nearly cold and a half of my stuff is missing

2 hrs it took from ordering to being delivered. Chips were sweaty and was poor like a curry jelly than sauce.

Ordered via Just eat. Food arrived more than 30 minutes late. Poor quality food and I was ill for 4 days after it. Never again.

This was by far the worst meal I’ve ever had the order was so late and cold. The ribs were in water not BBQ sauce you could not chew the meat in the ribs had to spit it out. The noodles were soggy the cucumber with the duck was off and the duck pancakes could not even be picked up they just fell apart in your hands. So so disappointed in this.

food took an hour and half to get delivered which was half an hour over the estimated delivery time. I wasn’t notified that my food would be later than it was supposed to be. When the food arrived it wasn’t hot it was warm which was very disappointing.
