First rate takeaway meal delivered hot by a friendly driver. Spring rolls nice and crisp with no signs of oil. Sweet n sour chicken balls and chicken in black bean sauce equally delicious and good sized portion of egg fried rice. Recommended

Rubbish place.!ordered here for years. Ordered the family salt and chill box £15 plus delivery. Gave the option for 2 sauces which it always has. Phoned me to say they were charging £2 extra for the 2nd sauce. I refused and cancelled lost a order for the sake of a small sauce won’t use again

the food was delicous nothing can beat canton kitchen ive tried all dine in and takeaway around monmouth and this one was the best the service was amazing and I will always come back for more

Lovely staff but the quality is up and down here. Egg Foo Yung is meant to be an omelette dish with added beansprouts, etc. and meat / mushrooms depending upon what you want. Their egg foo yung is quite unique in being almost entirely devoid of egg! It's basically just fried beansprouts with a few fragments of scrambled egg floating in about quarter of a pint of oil and water. Also they've recently started sending meals out in foil containers, they leak and can't be microwaved. Whoever is in the kitchen needs a kick up the pants! My decision to eat from this establishment was informed by the displayed food hygiene rating of 4/5, (Good).

Whether it's authentic or not, aside, it tastes good anyway, much better than white rice. The salt and pepper pork ribs and black bean beef are both good and the portions are generous. If Liuzi has no food to eat, he can come here for emergency refuge.

Ordered here lastnight, beef curry , duck chow mein , salt and pepper chips , prawn toast and chicken balls absolutely lovely food was less than the hour they stated online and highly reccomend this place well done golden star .

Standard Chinese takeaway that is ok, service was good but another Chinese that has opted for packet based curry sauce (ie mayflower, fish brand) rather than their own recipe, what happened to authentic family recipes

Food is always quickly prepared and usually piping hot, but recently the spicy dishes have become inedible. I like spicy food and can handle lip tinglers, but the last two Szechuan dishes we've ordered have gone in the bin as they're just unpleasant.
