Ordered a Chinese tonight and again didn’t receive what we ordered and paid for, rang them back and the lady on the phone was very rude, the Chinese woman was the one that answered and hung up on me twice. Will not go there again and the food was terrible!! After the experience I had they need to have better customer service for future customers. Found this lovely takeaway by chance. The food was excellent and piping hot. Really good value for money. They even gave us prawn crackers. More than happy to recommend.

Unlike many places where staff can seem rushed or uninterested, he took the time to engage in polite conversation, making the experience feel more personal. Amazing place to eat, really authentic cooking, great customer service the lady who took my order was lovely! Fast and was cooked to perfection. Me and all my friends adore the prawn crackers there because unlike other Chinese take-aways i have been to the prawn crackers are never yellow!

Worst Chinese take away ever ! Avoid going here till they improve quality of the food. Highly recommend lotus house on caerglas road (but ended up trying here as we forgot to bring cash).
