The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Wales

Food took ages. Ordered soup and a noodle box. Noodles were soggy, sauce was jelly and the meat was chewy and basically inedible. I ended paying £16 for soup as the restaurant made it very awkward trying to get a refund asking to call back although I had contacted twice. This is the first and last time I will ever use this restaurant.

Very expensive for what it is. Egg fried rice is boiled rice with less than half an egg. Chips are cardboard fries. The service is terrible. Some 70 odd year old Chinese woman giving evil looks to anyone that isn't chinese. Won't be back. Twice as expensive as other local takeaways and the food is worse.

Had a late night takeaway all three nights of the blues festival. The food was freshly cooked and very tasty.

The food was standard, it wasn’t particularly special but it wasn’t bad at all. Would order from here again

Got a take away was really nice

After reading some negative reviews I was sceptical about this takeaway but I was very pleasantly surprised. I suppose it's what your expecting. If you're looking for tasty standard Chinese takeaway fare, this is a great choice. If you want fine dining, you're expecting too much. What we had was absolutely fine. E.g. chow mein, chicken satay, crispy seaweed, fried rice, sweet and sour Cantonese style etc.

Ordered 2 hours in advance...40 minutes late. Had to call three times and was ensured the food wouldn't be cold even though from the initial call to the third call it had been close to 30 minutes. I was then told I had to drive to the takeaway to receive my refund! This was the beauty, I got to the takeaway BEFORE my delivery driver made it there. They walked in behind me. First time attempting to order and certainly the last. Absolute rubbish. Stick with China Boy.

Absolutely gorgeous food!! BUT!! It advertises any order OVER £8 delivery!!!Any delivery within 2 miles is £2 any delivery over 2 miles will be charged an extra £1.10 a mile!!! I place an order of £14.90 prepared to pay the extra for mileage !! To be told I need to place an order of over £25 before delivery charge!!!😔 surely this is false advertising and I will be taking this further!! Just a pity as is my favourite Chinese takeaway!!😔😔😡😡

Not good. Asked for a hot spicy duck fried rice. Got back home and there's zero chilli in my dish and zero flavor. The chicken balls were awful too. Should be chicken breast but tasted fatty. no Chinese spices, no Chinese flavor.

Prawn curry with chips in a tray to eat in the car. Absolutely lovely food and great service.

Absolutely brilliant tasting food wouldn’t go anywhere else. Have tried every other Chinese in the town But this is by far the best.

Always manage to miss something from my order, I’m convinced it’s intentional. Cash only which is a little irritating.

Found this lovely takeaway by chance. The food was excellent and piping hot. Really good value for money. They even gave us prawn crackers. More than happy to recommend.
