If they can't get chicken fried rice done right, us Welsh have no hope. Avoid the Silver Swan if you have decency for your health. I found a tooth, YES AN ACTUAL TOOTH on top of the rice!!

This has been our go to take away for years. I’m all that time the standard is constantly good. We especially enjoy the chow mien, satay skewers, chilli garlic chicken, house special fried rice and the soups. We always collect so I can’t comment on delivery. Looking forward to our next one.

Myself and my Partner was really ill after it..wasn't warm when it arrived.. My Partner was violently sick during the night..I have had stomach pains and unwell all week..

This is usually my go to place. Has always been good, when you collect it yourself. So my wife and I decided to have a take away delivery as we had been to work all day. The food turned up 1hr 50mins later cold and dry. Last week we went to collect and they messed our order up they have young kids working the counter and they have no clue what they are doing. Please stick to what u know. I won’t be going back there any time soon what a let down after a hard days work. Would have be quicker and warmer if I ordered from Cardiff or Swansea

The food arrived very fast. The hottest of any takeaway I have ever had, even the chips which were sat at the top of the bag were piping hot. The food was the best Chinese/Cantonese food I have ever tasted in my life, not one fault at all, it tasted amazing, even better than the Chinese restaurants I have visited and eaten inside. I don't normally leave reviews but felt I had to in this case. If I had to suggest anything to change.. it would be that the chips were wide open in the top of the bag and given that we are in a pandemic feel that they could have been secured and less open to the elements. Yet they too were still hot!! Cannot wait to treat myself and my family again from here.

On the hunt for a new Chinese takeout, I found the Silver Swan, and I am not disappointed at all! Excellent food, great service and very reasonably priced. I will be ordering again!
