The best restaurants serving Chinese food in South West

Come down from Wales and I'm never disappointed with this Chinese the flavours are amazing, the portions are big and great for the prices.

Some workers seem to be abrupt and clipped with poor eye contact, but other are nice and good eye contact such as the cashier. Food is quick, hot, well packaged and very enjoyable. Although it should be said that they only take cash although there is a cash point inside the coop nearby.

Crispy chilly chicken with egg fried rice - delicious 🤤 not hot though I’d say it’s on a sweeter and sour side which is what I was hoping for

Place was shut but on Google it was shown as open.

Just poor quality, everything was dry/overcooked and bland, had a beef chow mein and starter box, chowmein was very very dry and tasteless, only ate a few mouthfuls hoping it was only dry ontop, starter box was alright but chicken skewers and ribs were chewy, prawn toast burnt

Food arrived tepid at best. Waited the 45 minutes we were advised. Unable to reheat as it would be unsafe. I telephoned to let them know there was a problem with the food but this was strongly defended by a staff member. I was told to return the food to them and they would replace the order. I have a spinal injury, and the last thing I wanted was to drive down town, which was why I requested delivery in the first place. We are weekly. Regular customers who have now deleted your number from our contacts. What a shame that businesses can just ‘throw away’ their custom.

Food temperature was cold, 2 dishes were not as ordered, the roast duck spring rolls were soggy and had a horrendous smell when cut open.. as a result of the meal 2 of my family members plus myself are now very unwell

Interior muy luminoso, un montón de personal trayendo comidas. Pedido pero para una familia de 5 adultos el servicio era demasiado desarticulado. La comida llegó a la mesa muy esporádica, las comidas que necesitaban arroz se separaron 20 minutos, fue vergonzoso. Nos quejamos y nos dijeron que diferentes platos se cocinan a diferentes velocidades, llega tan pronto como ots cocinado. Los 3 asados no valía 20 libras y también servía frío de serie! El arroz especial de la casa era horrible, sin duda debería leer el contenido! Hog Maw? Nunca volvería aquí, nada especial, si lo tienes reservado... ¡Cancela! Deliveroo y walk ins parecen tener prioridad sobre los comensales sentados, lo que fue frustrante! £ 150 de basura absoluta

Restaurant was obviously really busy. The driver got our orders mixed up - not his fault as my order receipt was attached to the wrong bag. Changed it over after a phone call with the restaurant, but then found my order was missing an item. After all this, the food wasn’t great - not helped by the time it spent in the box on the back of a bike, I think the driver was delivering 5 other orders. Pretty sure this is the last time I order with this place. Shame.

1st timers, Food quality nice and plenty of it, Staff friendly and helpfull.

Just eaten a takeaway from Alan's takeaway. Very tasty. No issues and compared well with places in Birmingham. Prices were slightly higher than some but definitely not expensive.

Delivery was 42 minutes late and we were missing some items. Tried contacting to ask for a refund for missing items but email address on website doesn’t exist.
