The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Poole South West

We had this wonderful food delivered, it was so delicious and very hot. We all thoroughly enjoyed it. And they were so generous giving us a bottle of coke and extra prawn crackers. If you are in the area you must order from here , FABULOUS!!!

Started using Joy Hing after multiple strange and disappointing experiences from our usual Chinese takeaway and don’t regret moving custom elsewhere. Service is great, friendly. Food excellent and consistent. So much batter than many we tried locally.

My first and last time at this takeaway 😢 The dim sum was heated up. It was cooked in old oil as I could taste it. There was no dip or sauce with it..v disappointed and had to throw it out after one bite. The shredded beef chilli was cooked in old oil too as was mushroom rice. I ate a small amount but threw most of it out.

So, firstly I know it is New Years Eve, but when you order a Chinese Take Away to be delivered to your house at 6:08pm and get told it will be delivered at 7:55pm, you think result… Then it gets to 8:47pm and you ring up and ask where your delivery is, you get told it has just left. We live 10 minutes from the Chinese so you give them 20 minutes and I rang back… It is still on it’s way!! 9:30pm was our cut off time, so I rang back… cancelled order, which I do not believe was ever made, or sent out for delivery!! Now I need to wait for my £50+ to be returned to my back after three working days!! Absolute farce! I really feel for the lovely girl working on answering the phone, but this will be the last Chinese I order and I will make sure friends and family know too!! Three and a half hours wait for a no show Chinese even on New Years Eve is diabolical!! So we went to the ever reliable Pizza Delight in Broadstone and got a take-away in 15 minutes!! Did someone order a Chinese!!! Happy New Year!!

We were staying in Rockley park for a holiday and decided to have a Chinese takeaway there were a few to choose from but we decided to go for this one as it had higher ratings than the others. The lady who served us was very friendly and polite. Came back to our pod and the chicken chow mein was amazing (hubby said the best he has had) the Singapore fried rice… the chicken was lovely but the rice was very dry chips and curry sauce was delicious too. Overall a nice Chinese restaurant!!

Very nice food but I thought compared with other take aways it was a tad expensive . Having said that the food was good and hot and the service quick.

We were on holiday and decided to try this after seeing the reviews online. Great food and prepared quickly, would definitely recommend and use again.

Food is 100% the delivery service is disgusting 2 hours for delivery and I paid for delivery.

We placed are order for local delivery with no problem . On arrival our meal was in complete 3 chicken balls instead of 8 . Gave them a call and they didnt believe me . After a challenging conversation they agreed and delivered the product . The conversation was terrible from there side with no customer service or personality skills .On arrival of the missing product ,no apologe just her you are . We have used this takeaway more 25 years and cant believe the shocking respect from a regular user. It's so disappointing that they just dont care and basically called me a lie er over the phone . If you carry on this way you will close and give someone else a chance to succeed. Called them again to talk to them but not interested and put the phone down .on me . Who ever owns this unit should at least make contact with me . But no e mail address to send this complaint. This shows customer service is really low on there agenda .

Been ordering from this place for many years, recently they have been awfu, my order took over two and half hours to arrive, and it was wrong, after being told numerous times, it's out for delivery, it took me turning up at the shop, and complaining for anything to happen, Manager is rude and arrogant, and frankly too lazy to check on his drivers and staff manage the kitchen correctly. Used to be one of the best around, sadly gone to the dogs

Lenon was the guy working. He was extremely rude. When we commented on the food hygiene rating he laughed and said yes I wouldn’t eat from here. I would re consider who you would be employ.

We have so far been waiting 1hr 20mins... If your very hungry I wouldn't waste your time with them
