Polite and friendly staff. We were served quickly and the portions were generous. Nice selection for vegetarians with veggie duck and loads of noodles and vegetable dishes.

Ordered online at 5.10pm on a Saturday. Still waiting for food at 6.15pm, an hour abd 5 minutes later, so rang the restaurant to enquire about the order and was advised that the order was still in the shop but would be delivered by 6.45pm at the latest. Was also advised that the delivery time was sent in an email acknowledging the order. Checked email and no delivery time advised. Food had still not turned up by 6.45pm. Tried calling the restaurant 3 times over the course of 10 minutes but the phone was just left to ring and not answered. Food turned up just past 7pm so a few minutes short of a 2 hour wait which isn't good enough. My husband was going out at 7pm so he missed what we d ordered altogether and had to make do with a hastily prepared snack to make sure he got something to eat. Very poor delivery service, no explanation or apology given over the phone for any delay. Will not be using them again

Ordered food at 18:30 for delivery. Nothing arrived past 20:10. Took 5 attempts to get them to answer phone only to be told they hadn’t even started cooking it yet. We decided to drive over there to save time waiting for the delivery on top. Got home with the order only for them to have left out a meal. When asking for a refund, said they would ‘do it later’. Food was good, but always collect it yourself and check before you leave because otherwise you may have this experience.

Had great experience tonight came for birthday meal with vouchers but no cash so had to go cash machine came meal was prepared and waiting thank you Miray and the team will be back best birthday meal ever

Tried the veg tofu again. Quite nice but still not enough tofu.

Food is great quality from here and not over priced. Delivery was made just about on time and the food was nice and hot.

Usually a great Chinese, but tonight the chicken balls were chewy and had frost damage, they were obviously old, and the duck with pancakes was overcooked and dry. Not the best I’m afraid.

I absolutely loved the experience .Yummy meal with a large quantity the packaging was 💯 good service delivery with complimentary prawn cracker,i also had beef springroll but i forgot to take a picture of this .I will recommend this place so many times.

Fantastic food, truly delicious. First time eating from China Fusion, they're officially my new favourite Chinese restaurant. All the food was gorgeous, but the salt n pepper squid was incredible!!

Ordered this via Just Eat. They didn’t care about my food complaint. This was the first time ordering from here. Their sweet and sour sauce was awful, tasted like pure vinegar. Not even thinking that this could be any different from other takeaways, we smothered our meals with said sauce! 🤢

Awful, firstly they got our order wrong, we called them and they reluctantly swapped out the wrong order for the correct one (no idea why the collected the wrong order, I hope they didn't serve it to someone else but probably did), special fried rice was awful, hot sour soup taste dlike bistro and the duck was soggy and rancid, worst Chinese I have had in a long time. Avoid!

I don't know what happened this time compared to the previous two times I've ordered. but it was so different ! the meal was cold. rice was soggy, crispy beef was more like pet food then human food. I just felt this time it was rushed or a different chef. I feel a bit nervous going back. the first two orders from this place was fantastic !

Tonight’s meal was awful. It’s been ok previously apart from the crispy chilli beef which has taken a real downturn. Soggy, chewy and a cheap unpleasant sauce. The veggie chow mien wasn’t good either. Soggy chicken balls as well. Maybe cheaper ingredients, won’t be ordering again.

Ordered a takeaway on Friday, has normally been our favourite place to go, a few months ago it was not so nice, we thought we would try it again, but sadly it was not nice, to much salt in all the dishes, the sauce on the sweet and sour king prawns was like water, I took back one of the dishes for the staff to look at, I wasn’t looking for any money back, I thought they should know the food being sent out to customers, lady serving on counter did apologise, but sadly I won’t be ordering again, very much put of by the quality of food , not as good as it used to be.

Food was amazing!! Friendly helpful staff. Only downside was it seems as though takeaway orders take priority over walk in customers

The food was late also the delivery time kept changing, the beef in black bean just tasted of salt I was very disappointed

It’s a bit like M&S, everything is just that bit nicer quality than other places. Fantastic presentation of the Starter Platter, and large amounts of meat and huge prawns in CNF House Special Rice are just a couple of reasons this continues to be our favourite Chinese.

Disappointed, the guy serving took my money and I moved my car because parking is awful, went back in less than a minute later didn’t even get acknowledged by guy that had taken my money seconds earlier, he was more interested in his phone, it’s only when a lady came out and looked at all the bags sat on the side and called my name. Turns out the food had come out while I moved the car. Food was ok if a bit cold service is awful. Maybe have a no phone rule on the counter?

More than 2 hours waiting for order on a Sunday evening … this is ridiculous food always comes cold

Ordered food via online as had done previously at 1752 and despite two calls had still not delivered by 1915! They had the gall to say they had issues with drivers and despite waiting for 15 minutes that food would be fine! If they do not have the drivers they shouldn't be taking orders! Will not be ordering again.

Dreadful on delivery.waited over one hour and 15 mins.after phoning up twice.eventually cancelled.said under heat lamp.as delivery man not turned up yet.who would eat food that's been under a lamp for a long time..been good customer over the years.if u havent got staff .dont take orders .

Visiting my parents and am a little sceptical when ordering from somewhere new and we do have a favourite Chinese in our home town but this did certainly not disappoint and can go as far as saying better than our local. Flavours were perfect, portions are generous and was not dripping in grease. Will be ordering again when visiting and now my parents favourite place to order from, thank you for the lovely food and great delivery service

I used to love thier meat Spring Rolls, they were huge, very little batter and full of meat and bamboo shoots, but I ordered them tonight, haven't had them for over a year, and how disappointed was I? They were more expensive and much smaller, like they were pre made or something. Please bring back the originals!

We were very disappointed with our take away on Friday 9th February, we had requested a 6.00pm delivery by 6.40 I phoned through to be told it’s on its way, 10 mins later it arrived. When I served the food up it was lukewarm, due to having chicken and prawn balls which we were unable to heat up so we were dissatisfied. I sent 2 messages with no reply which I’ve found very disappointing!

Arrived as per estimate but it was 1h10 after ordering so a bit slow. Also a bit disappointed as pancakes didn't arrive with the duck dish.

The hot and sour soup was great - the fried rice was anything but special. 5/6 bits of chicken in a bowl of rice hardly constitutes "special"

I have dined at China Fusion for many years and still maintain that it is consistently the best Chinese food I have had the pleasure of eating, whichever dish my family and I choose.

First time order - thai red curry was very bland and not spicy as listed, very watery. Egg fried rice had peas in which we don’t like - we don’t get that in other orders. Sweet & sour sauce was not tasty either. However the duck pancakes and hoi sin sauce were fab tasting. Order was quickly delivered by friendly staff. We were a bit disappointed but appreciate the hard work that goes into preparing and cooking food.

We get a lot of takeaways and China fusion is always excellent. We’ve been coming to them for the last 2 or so years and probably ordered 20 times. They’ve always nailed it. Good quality ingredients, well cooked. Best Chinese takeaway around. I’ve recommended it multiple times and no one’s been disappointed.

This is the Chinese Takeaway you really want for reliability and quality. You know you’re going to get what you hoped for every time you order, which is well-cooked, genuinely tasty food, with so many options that it takes all the decision to have takeaway really easy. Their performance and quality has always been great and we’ve been ordering with them for 8 years now.

We've Ordered from China Fusion on a number of occasions and never been disappointed with the quality. Only issue this time was a rice order missing, have put in a request for a refund for that item, we'll see how that goes. Other than that very happy.

Had takeaway tonight. Food was not great. Extremely salty. Only thing that wasn't was the rice. Won't be buying from here again

Food came much earlier than expected Very large portions far too much for me!

Delivery time changed from ETA 1hr when ordering to 2 hours after ordering. The order then didn't turn up, contacted the restaurant staff who were unhelpful and rude, then stated the order would arrive again in another 20 minutes, half hour later an order arrived that was not ours. The restaurant then denied that this was the wrong order stating they didn't even have an order for the order number on the ticket of the food I received. Eventually got the right food 2 hours and 50 minutes later

On the app it offered delivery in 30-35 minutes; when I ordered it said 60-75 minutes. The food eventually arrived after 105 minutes (an hour and three quarters after ordering). The food was very high quality when it arrived, but the delay was really unacceptable.

Just ordered via ‘ma soeurs guidance… Ordered Veggie duck, think I ordered extra cuc/hoisin/pancakes. Veg spring roll (wow big meaty ones like the old days)… satay sauce for dipping the Thai prawn crackers. We are absolutely stuffed unable to yet tackle the rest! Noodles etc… It all arrived hot and well within estimated arrival. Would thoroughly recommend! Hope it’s as good next time.

Wow, wow, wow!!! The good from here is out of this world. I love m’y satay sauce and it came very dark so I was worried it wouldn’t be great. It WAS the nicest satay sauce I’ve ever had. We also had salt and pepper chicken and chips, and chow mein. All was so nice and will definitely be back. They do a money off voucher too when you order which is a great incentive to come back. Amazing, thankyou

Food soggy, and crispy chilli beef tasted like oil.

Ordered our food at 5.40, food finally arrived at 8.00, was offered a 20% refund, but the text from Just Eat says it will be just £3.00. Real shame as the food was very good, but it arrived so late we didn’t enjoy the evening. A phone call front to restaurant said they were very busy, but surely they shouldn’t take orders that cannot be fulfilled.

I ordered for a event I would highly recommend the food and the service was great it was hot and loads of it

Been eating here for years however Food was inedible this time. Chili chips were like rubber, Not fresh or nice inedible. Chicken Satay the chicken was Brick hard and dry inedible too, the Satay sauce was so spice, much too spicy for a chid to eat, large pieces of peanuts floating in it instead of blended. I emailed the restaurant but got no response at the meal wasn’t cheap and had to be binned.

Excellent takeaway we collected it. It was quick the food when we got it home was hot and very enjoyable. Will certainly order again. Staff very friendly.

Had to wait over an hour for delivery but was peak time on a Friday so sort of understandable. However, when you wait that long for your food, you expect it to be HOT, sadly it wasn’t. The salt and pepper chicken was lacking any sort of pepper and was only about half full in the container.

Missing item. Did not receive my satay sauce so had to eat bland noodles

Ordered on recommendation, bad move. The food was tasteless, sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style ! If they served it in Hong Kong they would probably be wearing it, more peppers and pineapple than anything and the chicken was gluey and the sauce like a cheap supermarket brand, the Singapore noodles were totally bland and the only other thing in it was boiled bits of chicken and seriously salty. The delivery was good, best part was the prawn crackers. 20p for a carrier bag, service charge then a delivery charge and £1.20 for a chilli in the dish ( not even a hot one ) in conclusion; over priced, mediocre food, definitely WOULDN'T recommend it or re order. dissatisfied customer.

The food was middling. 3 different meals , one was good. One was okay, the third ( Hong Kong sweet and sour chicken) tasted and had the consistency of something cooked several days earlier, hard, sweet and old. Overall very average. Delivery was excellent.

Our last delivery was a shambles The food was over cooked ( burnt ) and they delivered the wrong items Had to go through hoops just to recieve what I ordered . Shame as all the rest were amazing but hope it changes in the future

Have been ordering for china fusion for years… extremely disappointed this time round as our pork was completely raw / undercooked and had a horrible smell. Was offered a discount on next visit but it’s safe to say we will not be returning.

Yet again this takeaway has forgotten part of my order, this has happened time and time again and I’m fed up, I keep giving them chance after chance and nine times out of ten I am left dissapointed. I will be not be ordering from here again.the delivery driver was unhelpful when I advised he didn’t have my entire order with him and just told me to phone the restaurant, although I understand it’s not his fault a better attitude would have been well received. I have been left angry and disappointed rather than being able to enjoy what part of my meal I have received.

20p for a plastic bag! Added on to a service charge this is unacceptable for what has been mediocre food in the past. One lost customer for ever.
