Beljing Palace in Poole

We were on holiday and decided to try this after seeing the reviews online. Great food and prepared quickly, would definitely recommend and use again.

We were staying nr sandbanks and after reading lots of reviews decided to order from here. There was 7 of us, and we all agreed the food was lovely. It arrived earlier than expected and it was a large order. It was nice and hot, all packaged neatly in a cardboard box. The only criticism is, I'd like my chips cooked a little more! But they were still yummy. Its just a shame we aren't local.

Tried another take away to see if it is any good. The food is so so (average). portion size of ok. Price is average. We could not finish the noodles so we kept it for the next day. To our horror, when we took it out we noticed the plastic had melted in parts. This is the first time we have experienced this. Crazy. They should change their container supplier pronto. We will not be returning.

I’ve tried many Chinese restaurants in Poole . Food was delivered early , fantastic flavours and very generous . Now my go to for genuine Chinese food . Try the omelette ...wow !!!!

The manage needs to go on a training course on how to speak and treat customers she really has not got a clue

Unfortunately our order was incomplete but after speaking with the takeaway staff our order was rectified and the staff were very apologetic and kind, ensuring we were given the correct food. Thank you for such great service and amazing communication! We will be ordering again.

Long time waiting for my home delivery but food was excellent apart from one dish which was full of salt. Customer service was excellent to resolve the problem but after such a long wait in the first place, it’s a shame there was a problem at all. Would use again though.

Fantastic Food and Great Service.Ordered a takeaway through Uber Eats which had the wrong address, which is my fault for not checking, spoke with restaurant and they sorted it out and delivered the food within 10 minutes, it was so nice and fresh.Highly recommend the special fried rice and the chow mein, never had a bad meal here, tries other places never as good as this one.

Excellent takeaway from these guys consistently, can highly recommend the Beijing Palace special curry with an egg fried rice, very friendly and helpful staff

Always get our Chinese takeaway from here, lovely food, fast delivery and friendly staff. Especially like the chicken balls and rats pork chow mein.

If we're not wanting to cook after a busy day a quick visit to Mai at the Beijing Palace is guaranteed to make us happy, great food and lovely staff too!!!

had one last night for 1st time.nice starters for two people,tasty singapoe style chow mein.mrs had chop suey.all in all very good.will use again.

Looked for a takeaway while staying in Poole and tripadvisor reviews pointed at this place. We were staying at Rockley Park, but we’re in town...but the food was stil hot when we got back...it’s only ten minutes away.We had some pretty standard Chinese food: pancake roll, shredded beef in chilli sauce, young chow fried rice, beef in black bean sauce.Pancake roll was a bit greasy, but the rest was perfect. The shredded beef was still crispy, which was nice. And all for 20 quid. Excellent value. Oops almost forgot to mention the Satay skewers, which were also good.

During our holiday in Poole, we had a couple times of take away at Beijing Palace. The outside of the building and the inside interior styling need some updating. But the food is very good and affordable. The staff is very friendly, and always has an ear for our special needs.

Iv been using them for over 20 years and never had a bad meal, they do the best food, iv tried others when iv been in different areas like Ferndown etc, and this place knocks spots off the others, especially with the special fried rice. I love the Ribs, set meals, they are always hot too. The staff are friendly and most of them know me as soon I say my name because iv been using them for so long and from three different addresses. When I have my friends around we put in huge orders of up to 15 people and they are always correct, hot, and throw in extra's for us like prawn crackers, salt & pepper ribs, and mini spring rolls. I live next door to one yet I use this one a mile away, that has got to say something! If you have not tried them yet, give them a chance now because I'm really fussy about food and I love them.

We’ve been using this takeaway for years and have never been disappointed. We don’t order from here a lot but on the occasions we do have Chinese we always get it here. Friendly service and delicious food. Always hot and plenty of it. Sweet/sour chicken hong style is good and their curry is lovely.

Friendly service. Good food. Fast service. Not huge portions on mains,but very good quality food. Beef was really tender. Duck was a generous portion for the pancakes. Prawn crackers were excellent quality.

Well worth a visit on our last night staying in Poole we decided to have Chinese take away and well worth it very good value and lots of it will definitely revisit next time we visit

En el camino a nuestra casa de vacaciones pasamos por Poole, decidió recoger una llevar y vio este lugar. Estaba lleno, así que esperé un tiempo para la comida, estuvo bien, el arroz frito especial era más duros que no eran fritos, costillas con carne y la salsa era frío.

Llamamos a esta tienda en alrededor de las 10 pm el sábado y era muy tranquilo. Estuvimos el cliente único.

It is my local Chinese take-away and within walking distance of where l live so I am very lucky to have them on my doorstep. the service is quick, portions are generous, good on price and the food is wonderful, never had a bad meal in the 15 years I have been here. there is also parking available right outside the door for those who are collecting their meal and they also do a delivery service. can't fault this one its great.

We were staying at Rockley park and saw the takeaway for this, must say this is probably the best Chinese takeaway we have ever had, lovely favours in the king prawns and ginger & spring onion, sweet & sour chicken juicy, and a great special chow mein. The only negative we had was paying £3.50 for delivery but we were a long way out of the area, but worth every penny. delivery was on time.

We have used this take away for while , but what has happened !! We ordered a take away and told free delivery and 40 min wait , one and half hours later , and phone calls they arrived but charged us delivery anyway , but as we were hungry we paid.I have never had a Chinese meal that was so watery and tasteless and very little meat in the chicken curry, we started to eat but could not finish as it made me feel sick , so into the bin it went.I felt like ringing and complaining but we were past food and will vote with my feet and try elsewhere , I'm are there is better out there , one things for sure there cannot be worst.

I fairly often use this takeaway as i know it has a very good reputation locally. I had sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style and my friend had lemon chicken. We had ribs to start and shared a pancake roll. We also shared a chicken fried rice. All the food was hot,tasty and of very good portion size. Will definitely continue to visit here for our Chinese takeaway. Never had a bad meal yet.

Recently tried this place as it has a really good local reputation and was recommended by some friends. We ordered quite a large order, about £35. Had a king prawn curry which was really succulent and tasty, egg fried rice is good, chow mein is ok. Got free prawn crackers, always a bonus! Lemon chicken was lovely and not too sour, sweet and sour sauce wasn't overly sweet, just right, chicken balls were lovely.

Food very salty and noodles and prawns rubbery. Would not go back again even if it was free!!!! Very disappointing will carry on usin evergreen....
