Very disappointing, the kids had pasta which was the tiniest bowl you’ve ever seen, followed by grapes which were frozen, the adults had lasagne, which was like microwave meal with nothing else with it, not even a bit of salad. I had a Calzone, which was cold in the middle and was just a mass of dough. I would not return, very poor standard of food. We had to stop and get the kids a Burger King on the way home as they were both starving.

Took my staff here for a Christmas meal. One of the worst meals I have ever had along with terrible service. 45 minutes from sitting down before our starters even arrived and we'd pre-ordered! Food was bland and cold. As for the vegetarian butternut squash tart, this looked like something the cat threw up and was completely inedible. And not even Christmas crackers. I can't believe people actually go here to eat. I for one certainly won't again! There should be the ability to have negative stars! They even contacted me after a review elsewhere to discuss the terrible experience but absolutely nothing came of it. Seriously, don't waste your money there.

We went to the Jolly Farmer for a family birthday dinner on a Sunday. There was only chicken roast left so we ordered a variety of dishes and they were all really good. We would definitely go back.

We offered to collect. We got bbq ribs, egg fried rice, sweet and sour chicken Cantonese style and mini spring rolls- it was some of the blandest lack lustre food we’ve ever had - wouldn’t get again

Dropped two stars because, staff ask whether you are drinking in or takeaway. Me being honest, I said drinking in and pay for the privilege, but there were a lot of people who clearly paid for a takeaway drink (who have takeaway cups) which is cheaper and sit in to have it. The staff should enforce this, or don't charge different prices to drink in and takeaway!! And FAR too many dogs inside !!

Great nice food. We tried beef with green peppers in black bean Sauce Ho Fun and chicken with Lemon sauce , both were really yummy! It was delivered wonderfully hot, and I’ll definitely be ordering again next time. Recommended!

We celebrated the Chinese New Year with friends at Kei's. The short number of staff compensated with professionalism and effort during a busy day. The food seems family style, fresh and delicious. We were all happy with the fantastic service and amazing food

Ordered a meal of 5 dishes, Spare ribs well overcooked and had a job to eat, none of the other dishes, were marked what they were, but never mind we tried them and it was awful, never again

Although delivery was just over an hour, no updates sent until after the food was delivered, quality of food wasn’t great, watery and taste not great

Normally we have no issues with this place, love it & great food & value, but this time was awful. I placed an online order to collect, waited 40 mins that went over my time slot, only to find my food had been ready for 20 mins an put in the wrong section! Got home with cold food & to top it off, wrong meal! Really disappointed, especially with the service.

Great chippy, been visiting as long as I can remember and never had a complaint. Family run business, always look after their regulars. big portions of huge fluffy chips and always easier on the wallet than other places.

Ordered a takeaway on uber eats and selected a deliver time - was then estimated to be an hour late! And when I called the shop they basically said “it’s busy it’s a Saturday night”. Totally shocking service - no empathy, no customer service, just basically put uk or shut up. Very disappointed.
