Great chippy, been visiting as long as I can remember and never had a complaint. Family run business, always look after their regulars. big portions of huge fluffy chips and always easier on the wallet than other places.

I made the mistake of visiting this takeaway for fish and chips as well as Chinese food when I moved into the neighbourhood. The fish and chips were cooked in rancid oil and you could tell the fish was old because it had a very bitter flavour. The chips were soggy with oil and very unpalatable. The Chinese food was very, very oily and again like the fish and chips, extremely un-edible. The owners were also very rude and unpleasant and made me feel as if they were doing me a favour by serving me un-edible food which was only fit for the bin. I have never been back to this takeaway and I would strongly advise people never to order from there. It truly saddens me to have to write a review like this.

Having recently moved to the area, I was hoping there would be a decent Chinese takeaway as the ones in our previous area, Ascot, were expensive and substandard. Wo Fung does have a limited menu, starters in particular, but what it does have are Chinese dishes cooked the way my family like them. The singapore noodles are the right consistency and heat level. The crispy beef is actually crispy - after years of soggy dishes my husband finally wants to order Chinese and this suits me. It's also very reasonably priced and if one of your party doesn't want oriental food, they also do fish and chips, like the Chinese restaurants I remember from my childhood.

myself and my partner were looking to get some chips as we didn't want to buy them frozen, so we went to our local 'fish and chip shop / Chinese', as we were only going for chips this isn't a promising review. The chips were horrible, they tasted like donuts - which isn't a good mix, whatever fat they were fried in wasn't nice. My partner then took a menu home to see if they had salt and pepper chicken, which oddly they didn't. Strange for a Chinese. Would not recommend and will not visit in future.

I took my children to the shop at opening time as we prefer our food fresh, the staff member behind the counter did not speak to me just nodded I took this lightly. I can only describe the chips as ‘ends’. I managed to pick out as many “chips” for my children but one large portion was not enough to feed myself, 7 year old and 2 year old (we don’t eat a lot. after a disappointing start I was pleased to see the cod was a good size and looked a little more promising until my son and myself took a bite...he’s not fussy when it comes to take aways but he didn’t want to eat it. Once I tried the fish all I could taste was oil. Such a shame as this is our closest fish and chip shop but I will not be returning

Having moved to the area I tried the take away one evening. I phoned an order through and after I finished my order I was hung up on. no time stated or a thank you etc. I tried calling back but got no answer. Leaving it the classic 25-30 mins I went to collect it. Was all there and no problem at all. Ate my food and the shredded chilli beef was pretty horrible, it tasted burnt. The chow mein was also lifeless and taste less. Even the prawn crackers were clearly stale. I tried to call and give feed back but to avail. not the end of the world I wont return. Simple

I was very disappointed with the rudeness of the owner (behind the counter) at Wo Fung! And as a result, will never shop there again! He totally ignored the fact I was waiting for a few minutes, then when it suited him, his first and only word to me was, "Yes!" Including a very stern tone and negative facial expression. He snatched my cash out of my 11 year old sons hand, not saying a word and totally ignored us! I do expect some form of politeness, even the basics when I purchase items, but this chap was clearly not able to even "pretend" to be nice. I hope he can learn from this experience and try and improve his basic manners, with a simple hello and a smile!

We love Kei's! Tasty, authentic food of high quality. Would recommend the all you can eat menu (£30.95 pp) instead of the a la carte menu, only because you get more variety of dishes and better value for money.
