The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Thanet South East

Ordered and was told 1 hour wait , we were happy to accept this order. Food arrived and when my son poured some on his plate the oil swam out of the container before any sauce, the chicken balls were swimming in oil in the bag and the satay sauce was also topped with oil, when I called to let them know I was told ok will do better next time! I explained it was not edible and they could collect it or I would return it, I was told no refund as it’s a £60 order and we can have 10% off next time, I tried to explain what customer service was and having ordered here for over 20 years( aware it has changed hand and telephone staff) I’ve never had to complain. I also stated £6 off when £60 of food was not edible was an insult, and quite frankly do not wish to order from them again, I was told ok sorry to lose you as a customer and hung up on me. I will be returning this food on my way to my night shift and never returning, I accept busy nights things get complacent but rudeness and manners cost nothing

I ordered a delivery includes ribs noodles rice and chicken satay all the food was fine apart from the RIBS I paid £6.60 for. However there was no meat on the bones. I paid for a box of BONES. When I called to ask why there was no meat on my ribs they were very rude and told me that that’s just how they come. So I continued to ask for a refund on the ribs and they declined as that’s just how the ribs come apparently! I EILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN AND IF YOU WANT MEAN ON UR RIBS THEN I SUGGEST GOING TO A DIFFERENT CHINESE !!!! i am very disappointed.

Food quality was poor, cheap produce and lacked authenticity in flavour’s & cuisine. Wouldn’t recommend unfortunately.

Nice big portions. Taste is good as well but I was surprised to learn that they didn’t make chilli oil. Very unusual for a Chinese takeaway for not having such basic item.

Lovely treat. The food is full of flavour, so tasty. We got the B for 2 people and mixed starter. The staff are very friendly and the Peking has beautiful Chinese ornaments and decorations. Will definitely be ordering from there again. Thank you 🙏🏻😊

Had Beef chow mein and 1 portion of crispy seaweed. Couldn't fault it, ample portion, nice and hot, didn't have to wait long for it to be cooked. Will go back

Way above average Chinese takeaway food. Always seems to arrive well before the estimated time and everything ordered so far has been delicious.

Doudou is my favourite Chinese.Always greeted with a smile whether i am going in or just walking past.Food has always been fantastic and yummy,i can’t fault it for taste,and service is quick

Ordered takeaway, they delivered half the order, we phoned and they was nothing but rude accusing us of lying and hung up, absolutely terrible customer service.

Overcharged asked for a receipt only to be told there wasn’t one and after going home found a recent article on Kent online to confirm Environmental Health inspection where vermin was found and good hygiene rating now a 1 noted whilst in takeaway they still display a 5 rating never returning apart from demanding my money back that was overcharged and will be reporting to environmental health eat here at your peril 90% of what we purchased now in the bin, disgusting!

Probably the BEST Chinese Take Away in Margate, Food piping hot, delivered within time and staff are courteous. Value for money.
