driver was nice and very polite.

This is our go to Chinese takeaway in Ramsgate. We can say, hand on heart, that we have never had a bad meal from here. Naturally, sometimes something might not be as good as usual, but it's always been good enough to enjoy without complaint. Delivery times can be a bit hit and miss, but every other takeaway has been the same.

Food was really tasty. Thoroughly enjoyed.

The food was best Chinese I have had in years! Arrived earlier than expected and was piping hot! Found our new Chinese was so good!

My order was sent correctly and delivered by a friendly delivery man. There was a little leakage from the containers, but nothing dramatic. The plastic bags contained it. Food was tasty and portion sizes were as expected. Piping hot too, which hasn't been my experience with food delivery for a long time, My only gripe is that although the food was delivered on time, the wait was nearly 90 minutes which is a long time if you have a hungry family waiting. It wouldn't stop me from ordering again from Ho Wong, but I would place the order a lot earlier. Perhaps it was because it was a Saturday evening. Overall a positive experience.

The food was full of flavour and arrived piping hot. I've never had a bad experience from this restaurant. The delivery driver was friendly too.

Arrived too early, I know some people would think that was good but for me it's inconvenient. Food was all good though.

The food was over an hour and half early. It arrived whilst I was out. Thankfully my dad took it in however by the time I got home it was cold.

Delicious, tasty food and huge portion sizes! Delivery slightly later than expected but worth the wait.

Again, there was a problem with leakage due to lid not being properly fitted on one of the containers. Please pay more attention to this.

Another scrumptious meal from Ho Wong. Was a little bit late, but the road conditions are awful, so not a problem.

Just one thing, please make sure the lids are on the containers properly. One of the containers was leaking on everything else because the lid had been left slightly loose.

Our experience was totally serviceable, but there was no sense that the meal was made with a loving hand. Dish by dish: Crispy wonton were very dry, tasted of old fying oil and came with an sweet and sour dipping sauce that gave me a sugar headache. Vegetable spring rolls - of a similar ilk. Get some from Iceland, they're probably better quality. Crispy beef was okay: Arrived clumped together and slightly on the dry side, with another cloying sauce. Plain chow mein was very nice. Would get again. Tofu in black bean sauce was good, with a decent punch of heat. Would get again. Roast pork was tender and quite flavoursome. I'm not sure about the sauce, which tasted a bit like souped up Bisto. The jury is it on this one Overall impression: the kitchen are dialing it, and probably not making everything fresh.

Chips were much better this time but could still do with being cooked more. Otherwise all great, lovely omelette.

All round my favourite Chinese in Ramsgate. Crispy Pancake Rolls were lovely dipped in the hot Curry Sauce. The Hot & Sour Soup was spicy and tangy and nice and thick. The Spicy Spare Ribs came with a dark, unctuous Garlic & Chilli Sauce. Finally, the Roast Duck with Rice was nicely flavoured with a Hoi Sin type sauce. Would I order again? YOU BET.

Excellent delivery. It's a shame the chips were ruined this time by being greasy and soggy due to not being cooked anywhere near enough (they were completely white! They should be golden brown). The rest of the food was great.

Food was sugary and inedible - would never use again

This Chinese was so enjoyable, the flavours didn't merge, everything tasted indervidual, was hot on arrival and packing good.

The best I've ever had from here. Chips were superb this time, cooked really well done and not at all greasy. Everything else great too.

I did not enjoy my meal at all unfortunately. The only bit that was ok was the ribs, otherwise all the remaining meat tasted rubbery and the sauces were running. Don't like to give a bad review but it didn't taste like any Chinese I've had before.

Very late despite phoning ordered 5.30 arrived 7.25 , originally said up to 60 min then went to 80 min then still 40 min late and rice was wrong

The food was absolutely awful. I could not eat it and threw it away. The satay chicken looked pale undercooked with hardly no satay and weird things like cucumber. Everything tasted old and not fresh. Will never use them again.

Not great food, quite overpriced for what it was. Not nice ingredients or flavour. I always find poor quality Chinese food use too much carrot for some reason. Wont be using again

I haven't eaten here before, so maybe they have a new cook or maybe the chef is having a bad day... who knows but in all my meal was awful. sweet and sour pork tasted like vinegar and the pieces of "pork" in the dish were 90% batter, couldn't eat, in the bin. satay chicken might as well have been called chicken mush and veg in sugar sauce, disgusting. in the bin. sweet and sour king prawn balls tiny prawns in masses of batter. not good pork fried rice, nice taste, rice overcooked. just passable crispy pancake rolls, they were pretty good to be fair.

First time I've ordered from here and the food was amazing, the barbecue sauce was lovely

Lamb Kung Po (apparently out of lamb so got Beef instead) was overpoweringly sweet, same for the duck in "plum" sauce (tasted like sweet and sour). Prawn rice-noodle dish had approximately 2 prawns in it (?). Chicken chow mein, deep fried chicken balls and veg spring rolls were good however.

Asked for no Carrot, I hate carrot, comes loaded with carrot.`Disappointed, normally they are much better than this, excluding the carrot issue the rest of the food was good

Arrived perfectly on time. It's a shame the tofu was unusually greasy and the sauce was far too thin. But everything else was great, and lovely chips.

The tofu with Chinese cabbage was completely lacking in any flavour whatever. Everything else was lovely.

Everything was ok, chips were rancid. Soggy, weird taste, tiny portion, luke warm.

After reading review was excited but crab had no flavour and rib chow mien was unchewable . Would like refund as I will have to order a w dinner for the evening .
