Food was delicious. Staff were very polite and chatty. I asked for extra chilli and they didn't charge me...prawn dish was spiced lot anyway. Definitely come back. Loved it. The only thing I didn't like is they automatically add on service charge and I prefer to add my own tip.

Visited this restaurant tonight from my sister's seventh birthday.. not sure where to start firstly we will start with the toilets was overflowing and sewage all over the floor with no light in the women's wc either.. after complaining they told us that a emergency plumber was on their way but continued to trade.. but service was terrible waited over two hours for our main course which due to the situation in the toilet areas downstairs I had lost my appetite and decided I was not going to eat a single thing from the premises unfortunately it ruined our evening and they agreed it was wrong and agreed it shouldn't happen so definitely will never return to this filthy rotten place!! don't expect to have sewage and urine on the floor which I have a video of should they contest this review stay well clear as for service most probably the worst restaurant I've ever visited in my entire life..

Ordered a delivery last night the person took my card details and once he had taken my money he proceeds to tell me that delivery would be about an hour and twenty minutes because he only had one delivery. Surely it would be better practice for him to have given me that choice before taking my order, however it was delivered on time. Before ordering I asked if the meat apart from the pork was halal and was told it was. My sweet and sour soup unknown to me had pork in it. I rang to double check, same person asked the chef and said yes it had pork in it. My argument is when I’m asking about halal I’m a Muslim so surely he should have questioned my prefer for soup and asked “if I was aware there was pork in the soup”. His menu does not list the ingredients in any of the food so we are relying on him to inform us using his judgement, not calling back later in the evening as an after thought offering a replacement dish which fair play to him kind of redeems him to a degree as it was a kind gesture. My problem know is that I have a lot of food left over but can I trust this person who has told me “it’s halal” to eat what I haven’t yet opened for lunch today? It beggars belief how quickly trust can be broken!!

This place is disgraceful towards its customers , I myself waited on an order for 45 mins for collection .. this shouldn’t be the case for a portion of chips and a chicken dish .. to then take my order home and my dish was missing it’s meat they only put the veg in the container so after dishing up the food o then had to travel bk and correct my order which the owner thought was funny 5mins later they returned my food laughing no complimentary refund or a sorry .. I put myself out and asked for some free prawn crackers as my order was over £25 to begin with. Certainly won’t be putting money in there pockets again as local customers get treated unfairly .. I suggest ppl use laburnum Chinese diamond garden there foods amazing and the chef is about his customers not about taking ppls money 💩

At least have the decency to contact customers that have paid on card and explain the reason behind the cancellation and your change of mind! Terrible customer service regardless of food is good you don’t accept an order take the money then cancel without a call to explain.

Ordered by telephone a deivery...after finally giving my full card details and expiry date and CVC number and told it would be 60 minutes for the delivery...60minutes turned to 60+ phoned back to be told there was no order placed and that there had been a caller who had hung up and had not placed an order...oh dear Pinochio lives on...my order has now gone to a conpetitor, very poor service and even worse the Lady who answered my call when I wad asking where the food was told me that a person called but cut the call...my outgoing call log would contradict this...shame on you...your business owners lost a new customer and possibly, since it was a personal recomnensation lost sone existing customers..

Ordered a deliver via Uber Eats at 18:45 , delivery time quoted between 19:20 & 19:40. At 20:55 nothing has arrived. Tried contacting via Uber App & phone. The calls goes straight through to a voice mail box saying you can't leave messages! My advice is to go elsewhere for deliveries!
