Order meal B2 for three of us. Foood cooked on time and was a really easy process ordering online. Weather was nice so went for a collection.Food was great, service was great. Plus there was more than enough for us to store away for the following day. I remember this place when it was Lin's House, still offering a great service.

I’ve got nothing to say bad about the food,I’ve had it for years l,all I asked was how much the price had gone up,what I expected was for them to say the price of food had gone up to buy & the electricity & gas prices had gone up,& that I could understand,but no all a got was a thumbs up when I asked,I had to laugh as I give the recieptionness was a thumbs down,how rude !!!!!!!

Ordered a delivery …it as 30 minutes late and the pork and chicken balls were hard a rock… like they’d been pre-prepped and re-fried…I called them and complained and the guy said “that how we do them” I won’t order from this restaurant again… Poor show on quality and poor show on customer care

Last time I will be buying from there uncooked rice or out of date , dishes very small , more water than sauce curry came out of a tin prawn crackers must of been 2 weeks old chow mein very salty and tasteless, Be warned this place has to be one of the worst in Medway kent

Bad attitude! The man in the Chatham shop today rudely told me he wasn't going to serve me because my kids had a Mcdonald milkshake in their hands as we had just gotten a takeaway. I was getting myself a takeaway from here so didn't see what the problem was however, I told my children to stand outside while I ordered. The lady explained it was against policy and I said that it was fine. The man tried aggressively talking to me again and I just simply said, I don't need to talk to you now thank you, so he said he wasn't serving me and kicked me out! Shop was empty too, why turn away business over a child holding a milkshake. Rude.

Good points are. Tasty food, always hot, fast delivery however if I order sweet and sour chicken balls I expect a sauce to go with them which you've failed to send, a Chinese is a treat do I expect to recieve what I ordered! So you've lost a mark

I ordered food from here and had to complain because I ordered chips in BBQ sauce and was sent sweet and sour sauce on chips and when I called to let them know I was laughed at and was yelled at and was told I was wrong. On top of this my chicken omelet arrived cold along with my chips, I also ordered egg fried rice with peas and had no peas in it. My order was also late by 20 minutes and I was told it was definitely here. I also had ordered bbq ribs in bbq sauce and it had barely any meat on the ribs. My omelet was also sitting on a yellow liquid that ruined the omelet and made it soggy to the point eating it made me sick
