The Manager of this shop is so rude. He scared my 7 year old daughter by shouting at me in front of her. I had no idea what he was shouting about but he was telling me to leave now and read the sign on the door. I said I was hoping to order some food from there and have our lunch at the available seats. He continued to shout we must leave now and mocked me asking if I can understand English. All this was in front of the other customers and was so embarrassing. It turns out he was unhappy with a cupcake in a greggs bag we had. Avoid

Terrible, rude and arrogant staff no consideration for parents with baby's would advice avoid the place at all costs will never go back

Food tastes amazing, staff was very friendly and helpful they recommended us the best combination caramel and bbq!! Hygiene was perfect Definitely i recommend this restaurant

The best chinese food in town.My daughter love caramel chicken.Salt and pepper is the best for me.Good place for quick lunch.The girl who was served me was very polite.The man behind was very friendly and make a jokes with us.Very good food,atmosfere,and very tidy. Where do i even start, i went there with my family. I chose to get a medium bowl of egg fried rice and caramel chicken. Everything was fine until after some scoops of the food, i discovered a large fly hidden under the rice. There is a picture attached. Shocked, we went back to the shop expecting an apology and an explanation if possible. Instead the owner/manager disregarded our situation, told us to throw the food away in the bin and said the following. "The shop is an open space! The fly could have come from anywhere!" He told us to stay at the back of the queue and wait to be served again. While being served by another worker, the manager came across and went ballistic because we were ordering a size up. He started insulting us and accusing us of stealing. At this point, i decided not to eat the food again. I decided that i wanted a refund and he went ballistic again and claimed that they do not give refunds. He then proceeded to kick us out of the shop. This is the worst food shop on chatham high street. The owner/manager offered no apology, was extremely rude and belittling. This is absolutely shocking and the worst customer service ever. His hygiene rating must be reevaluated.

Bad attitude! The man in the Chatham shop today rudely told me he wasn't going to serve me because my kids had a Mcdonald milkshake in their hands as we had just gotten a takeaway. I was getting myself a takeaway from here so didn't see what the problem was however, I told my children to stand outside while I ordered. The lady explained it was against policy and I said that it was fine. The man tried aggressively talking to me again and I just simply said, I don't need to talk to you now thank you, so he said he wasn't serving me and kicked me out! Shop was empty too, why turn away business over a child holding a milkshake. Rude.

Go here once a month, it always tastes good, service is always good too, nice people even when busy, though sometimes I can see them measuring out each amount per serving rather than just putting a full spoonful on of the meat, it's kind of annoying tho I'm guessing that's the company being tight with money rather than the workers.

Owner is very rude to English people, there is no vegetables in any of the dishes, even the noodles are plain and have no taste what so ever

One of the rubbish food I have ever had I was sick for 3 days with stomach pain The Thai curry was worst. Rice was tasteless.

Girls serving were friendly. The food I purchased had lots of flavour however it’s missing the glaringly obvious addition to noodles which is the option to add stir fry veg. It’s a good addition to a high street that mostly has overpriced sandwich options, but the lack of vegetables made it feel like a heavy meal. Could be improved.

The manager is totally rude! Was shouting at a lady in the restaurant today with her kid. This was in front of loads of people, the stuff coming out his mouth was not nice. I would never recommend this place ever as the customer service is shocking!!!

Awful customer service. Horrible attitudes. They had the topping I wanted but only the very last bits another customer who queued after me got bumped up the queue and served first and took the last bit. They then started making a new batch and so I asked if I could have some even though I already paid for a medium box with only one topping and they stated no. Mind you I'm autistic and this is my safety meal.

Tried this place for the first time, food was okay felt sick towards the end. The portion sizes were so small, I asked for a bit more sauce because it was dry and the manager said no. He was very rude and had a face like a slapped a*se. I feel sorry for the girls who are working with him. Seems like he is very unhappy in life and wants to make everyone else miserable. Also looks like an absolute creep. Honestly would avoid, better off going McDonald’s or any where else for that matter.

Honestly the worst “ Asian” food I’ve had ever! Food is tasteless and disgusting. The manager/owner is a horrible man and doesn’t know how to speak to his young workers. I witnessed him speaking to his worker in an intimidating way to the point it made her cry and she could barely look at him. The poor girl could not defend her so I did it for her having to argue with the manager because he I asked a colleague to check on the worker he was dealing with. The manager is rude and racist! He also stinks or cigs and he shouldn’t be the owner of this place!! Treat your workers with respect! I’ll give the food to my dogs if I had too that’s how disgusting the food is!!

I ordered a large as normally I get medium and it’s never enough toppings yet they valse a topping as only 4 small pieces of chicken. Stingy portions.!! And food very bland no taste.!!

My daughter went to sit on a table she wanted to sit on and yes the table was messy, my partner asked him if it was possible for it to be clean it and the manager very rudely told us she can sit on any other bloody table. And we only said can we have that one so it was far away from everyone. And rudely started shouting at us to get out because we asked if he could clean it . The owner of the company is a very rude man, and disrespectful. No care for the people and shouting at families and because he feels like In his power of his restaurant when we ain't done nothing wrong but ask. We had asked if they have any chilli oil and in a rude was replied no and that's fine. So we went and got our own chilli sauce and returned. And he was very rude. Never in my life have a been disrespected like that in my life, all my comments I have done on here has been nothing but positive but I want everyone to know how rude the owner is and making a child feel like asking for a clean table in a restaurant a bad thing. I am not here to ruin anyone's buisness but the manager needs to learn how to treat people if he wants his buisness to grow.

If I could choose 0 I would! Food was lovely, but having a 2 year old they don’t like Chinese. They had already had a McDonalds and were just grazing on the last few chips. We went in, ordered our food and even spotted the owner helping to move a chair so we could get our prams in. My sister went to take her daughter (also 2) to the toilet but as Chopstix’s toilets were out of order she had to go to a different shop. Once she left and I finished my food, the owner came over to tell me that other food in his store was not tolerated and he wouldn’t allow it. He said that he noticed they were babies which is why he didn’t say anything but wouldn’t tolerate it. So basically he waited until he got the sale, the food was eaten and I was alone to come and scald me. He was rude and very intimidating. We shall never eat in there again! It’s such a shame because the food was lovely and was recommended by some friends. But none of us will return. I cannot believe the intimidating behaviour of a so called owner!

On three occasions I’ve now attempted to re-visit after a decent meal purchased during a shopping trip last month however every time I have been here from as early as 5:30pm the restaurant is closed and food packed away! The restaurant opening hours are written as 6pm however clearly the staff feel 5:30pm is adequate! With most shops closing around this time you think be a good time to be open for staff to grab a bite on way home from work.

The lady told me I couldn’t drink any drinks in her store unless I bought them. SCAMMER! And so I was NOT IMPRESSED! Losers and rude staff and manager

Found plastic in food manger told me its onion whe definitely plastic. Didnt want to help called me love at was demeaning. Very sexist to women. Refused to help came to table waving arms at us. Told us we put it in food no plastic used throughout whole company. Nasty man. Reporting to head office and to local authorities. Refused to give me any of the complaint details said not allowed to. Needs sacking

whoever owns this shop must fire the manager immediately not only is he racist, and rude to customers, but i noticed how he was being inappropriate to female staff who looked to be under the age of 18. The food also wasn’t that great, abit ironic of the manager to work in an asian food place and he says racist things. fire the manager hes just so rude and creepy.

Was above average in the local area the food was cooked at better standards then other Bussiness in the area of the highstreet. The food was value for money and was cooked to spec and tasted nice and was great as well as the customer service was above average in the area in this restaurant.

Kinda strange but this small fast food shop has some of the nicest Chinese I’ve ever had, nice sticky chicken and rich noodles and quite a lot of choice as well. However it often runs out of some of the nicest dishes, Korean BBQ chicken is almost always out and last week when I came it was gone. Make some more because you know how popular it is.

If I could, I would give no stars. The chicken was so chewy and had no flavour. The noodles were just awful and the rice was like microwave rice. Definitely eat somewhere else!

Chicken was like rubber. Over priced for what it is and tasted awful. Would not return if starving. Didn’t even manage to eat half the food we bought. Tables and chairs were dirty. 5* food standards rating though and very clean toilet.
