Shame the duck in orange sauce had more clumps of tinned pineapple chunks than anything. Was actually vile

delivery was really quick, but I'm very disappointed with my duck wraps tonight, the duck was full of fat and very very greasy to which I couldn't eat it and went into the bin. There was hardly any meat, not happy with tonight's order. 😒

£5 difference ordering set dinner A1 through just eat compared to ordering direct from the takeaway menu. On the menu it's £9.70 through Just Eat I was charged £14.70 and that's before service charge and carrier bag! Food was ok.

I live local to this restaurant and have used this takeaway multiple times before . Usually to food is to a good standard how’ve at times is hit and miss like tonight . We ordered rice dish , noodle dish and spare ribs . The pork in the rice dish was like rubber in appreciate it is double cooked but I don’t expect this to be something that Dunlop can use in formula one. The noodle dish had a brown like water underneath the total dish was just pleasant . The noodles were wet and soggy and some of the meat pulpy. As for the barbecue ribs well. If you like the meat burnt at the edges and the sauce in one big sticky gloop the fill your boots . Not for me personally . Also they charge a pound delivery service and the meal came to twenty pence past the pound. When the delivery driver was handed the money and change was expected he was already halfway down the path without even a don’t want your change and when asked for it stated to um and argh re giving it so we just gave up in the end. When we phone to complain we were basically told that this is the food we serve !!!! Unfortunately this is the only Chinese takeaway that delivers in parkwood . Don’t waste you time to get any food delivered . Drive down and go to parkwood takeaway. They don’t deliver and it tells in the food:

Portion sizes have really dropped, was really surprised at how small my meal was. The food is nice but no longer worth the cost, will not be ordering from them anymore. Delivery was quick this time but last time had to chase food up and think we had been forgotten about.

New to this eatery as our previous go-to take away has a new chef and we aren’t impressed by the quality now produced, what a delight to find Silver seas , the chow main is beautiful and not at all greasy , lovely chicken curry, only criticism are the sweet and sour chicken balls, we’ve had them three times now and I can’t say they taste nice, to me it’s the taste of undercooked batter, chilli beef and salt and pepper dishes are also great not forgetting the prawn crackers. Our new favourite tak

Ordered at about 18:30, was advised it would be with us by 19:35 (as the latest time) the order was marked as delivered at this time, but we had. It had the order. I rang the restaurant who advised they had “pressed the wrong button” when I asked when the order would be delivered they couldn’t say, just said they were very busy, my husband rang again after half an hour, and they said it would be delivered in about 10 minutes. It turned up after about another 15 minutes. Will not be ordering from

Our food was ready but no delivery drivers were available, so we collected ourselves in the end, so your delivery fee was not used.

Totally disgusting waited over two hours and when we phoned the restaurant was told it’s on way then changed to another 15 minutes then said computer had crashed and when we finally got the food it was cold so definitely will not be using this restaurant again got to be the worst Chinese restaurant that we have ever used

Disgusting service. Ordered 5.45 Delivery was due 7.05pm then pushed forward to 8,05. Phoned 15 times and could not get through. Could not cancel via just eat app as they were saying contact restaurant. Food was attempted to be delivered at 21.15 when I had left for work. I’ve called the restaurant who said this was a just eat issue and I’ve heard nothing from just eat!!!!!

waited 3 hours, no food. went to the shop, ignored me, couldnt find my ticket, hid in the back. worst service ever. avoid like the plague.

Ordered our food at 5pm Now currently 8:30pm and food has still not arrived. Called them over an hour ago for an update which they advised all deliveries are 30-40 minutes late without even asking for my address. Have called the restaurant a total of 85 times without any answer

Food was tasty. Ordered on the strength of their advertised delivery times of 35-50 mins…..2hr 32mins later it arrived.

Takeaway was late being delivered and when I rang to ask what was happening the person who answered the phone was rude and eventually hung up on me

We are now at the 3 hour mark and have no food I just managed to get through and was told half hour 40 minutes without the lady even take my address and refused to tell me anything else and yet there still accepting orders what a joke!

Food was “out for delivery” for over 45 minutes, ended up arriving nearly two hours after ordering and was cold. Very disappointing as is normally great. We had guests over & a large order so were shocked that it was all cold and clearly had been in a car for a long time.

Very late delivery! ETA was 19:25-1945. At 19:40 I called the supplier and was told my order was on the way. 25 minutes later, still no delivery so called the supplier again & was told that there was an issue with the “ticket”? And that my order was just being cooked. Eventually arrived at 20:30 with the delivery driver apologising (not her fault). This has ruined what was a really good day & I’m really disappointed as the service & food quality from Silver Sea has always been exceptional.

I order half a duck it was more like 1/4 and had a lot of fat on it and any meat on it was dry for £26 I would expect a high standards they normally I’m hoping it was just a one off as this is my my go to Chinese

Arrived 2 hours after i originally ordered (40 mins was the estimate at that point, increased to 40-70 after I placed order) and still 30 mins after the revised delivery time after contacting them. Delivery lady was friendly and apologised, saying they were a driver down but restaurant then needs to manage orders accordingly! This was my second order and the quality didn’t seem as good - maybe because it had been sitting??

Really disappointed order was accepted at 8:58pm and didn’t arrive till just after 10:30pm. Partner was not happy as wanted to go to bed and half the food has been wasted now. No explanation as to why it was so late, asked the driver and he said the delivery driver broke down. If this is the case why not let us know and at least offer a partial refund? This is terrible customer service!!
