Order meal B2 for three of us. Foood cooked on time and was a really easy process ordering online. Weather was nice so went for a collection.Food was great, service was great. Plus there was more than enough for us to store away for the following day. I remember this place when it was Lin's House, still offering a great service.

I was recommended but will never order again!!!I spent £50 and the food arrived stone cold.The crispy duck had been shredded,greasy and was very poor quality, plain chow mien was soaky, fillet steak in pepper sauce bland and the meat tasteless and king prawns in black bean sauce was watery, flavourless and lacking in prawns. Unfortunately most of it ended in the bin.

DON'T GO THERE I dared to post negative direct to the restutrant. As the food I received tonight made me vomit within 15mins. All year the food is poor sweet and sour is sweet bright red syrup never seen a lemon. All sauces are bistro gravy. Black bean is gravy with chilli, yellow bean is just bisto gravy. Crispy chilli beef is biltong dipped In sweet sickly chilli stuff. It's Chinese Cantonese at its lazy poorest don't care, Do not go. I have tried for a year giving the benefit but its just getting worse if you like Chinese go elsewhere if you want Chinese curry and rice go here as its brilliant

The cook in this take needs to back and learn how to season food, £23 for bland, unseasoned food, black bean sauce ? More like Black Bean WATER, absolutely disgusting!

Very nice takeaway. Fast delivery as come 20 minutes before stated. Also nice to see a small business following the government guidelines during this pandemic. Delivery driver friendly and able to adapt to customers requests. Highly recommend.

I’ve used the magic wok many times and the food has always been nice. Last night I ordered a delivery the wait was 90 minutes considering the way things are at the moment that wasn’t a surprise . What was a surprise was how tasteless some of the food was.We had special Chow mein and chicken chow mien . Both were tasteless and both were mainly noodles no beanshoot and not much else. Also today I’ve looked at my debit card receipt and it’s from The Happy valley in Borstal so I’m not sure we’re the good actually came from . But I won’t be using either again,

Ultra fast delivery but probably because no one else was ordering. Food was so bland and tasteless. Hadn't used it for a while and it used to be good. But sadly not tonight.

Have been using this takeaway since moving to Kent in July, x3 I have tried to use the coupon for money off and been fobbed off with the excuse "offer didnt work on the website"AVOID AVOID AVOID..... it's not even as if the food is all that good!! :-(

When my grandmother was alive, we used to get food from here on many an occasion. So in my first visit back in the region for years, well it needed doing didn’t it?So I called and ordered. We were staying at a nearby hotel and wanted to eat in our room and arranged the delivery point in the hotel reception.The food arrived and “My God” it was delicious. It conjured up loads of memories and there was plenty. So much that we packed up the remaining uneaten food and brought it back to Belgium in the boot of the car.Very efficient service and the next time we’re in the area, this place will definitely be receiving another call for takeaway.

Me and my partner have used magic wok quite a lot. Definitely the best Chinese about. Not overpriced and the new menu with the new ownership is really good. Always quick, hot, full of flavour and lovely customer service too. Can’t fault it in any ways.

Decent enough Chinese take away always offering plastic knives and forks as they quickly realised that we were staying in the nearby hotel.

I have never been in a Chinese restaurant with such terrible customer service as magic wok. I rather drive to Chatham high street than buy from this restaurant.He gives no serviette, no tissue, the price is too high and customer service is terrible.Very terrible.

After a long day I fancied a takeout staying right across the road at the holiday inn this seemed like the perfect option. My chicken chow mien was tasteless, chips & curry sauce were ok but the main dish was pretty awful as so bland. Almost like the noodles were not cooked long enough - had two mouthfuls and left the rest. Won’t use again.

Magic wok is really tasty hot food and you can order it on their website and you get money off points with every order so you can save them up for free food what could be better they do large and smaller portions can’t fault it brilliant

Love going here for great takeaway Chinese food, people come here from further afield than the Davis Estate because it's got a good reputation. I particularly like the friendly front of house staff, they remember and value your custom 😊

Haven't had a take away from here in a while and not sure if it's under new management but the food and service were way better than before very tasty food

Rubbish service, food items missing, what was there was sub-standard. I certainly won't be going there again, nor will any of my friends.

Rubbish food today very bland taste, tough meat, undercooked rice, it was crunchy! Really was the worst I have ever had from there. Shockingly bad!

Used this takeaway for years and usually it hits the mark, especially the prawn toast.

I have been using this chinese for 10-15 years, So Iam a regular user. I had a chicken curry early last year where the chicken was out of date, and the manager admited it was and refunded and relaced it.I let this go because It had never happened before.

Visited this place to order some food on Friday the 3rd. I have since come down with food poisoning because they had clearly undercooked their food. Phoned the store up and asked to speak with a manager, the person on the phone asked what it was about so I told them my issue. They replied with "there's nothing I can do for you mate" and that was the end of the conversation.

Over an hour to deliver when I placed an early evening order not long after opening and the food was overcooked and my king prawns dry. I had to pay £1 for delivery too!

I ordered a foo young and a side of mixed vegetables and the portions were the smallest i've ever seen with chinese takeaways. Food was pretty mediocre. Would not rush back, i'd advise heading into rochester and going to a proper restaurant to dine in.

I have used this take away on numerous occasions and have always found the food to be first class. Delivered on time, usually earlier than quoted. The food always arrives hot. Staff are always polite when I phone my order in. All in all a first class takeaway. I would highly recommend it if you are looking for a Chinese meal.

I have used the Magic Wok for many years know,with no problems. A few times lately, they have managed to get the order constantly wrong. So you wind up waiting for half an hour with half of a meal while they go and get the other half.

Ordered a Chinese take away from the Magic Wok on the Davis Estate in Chatham as my family were visiting. The delivery time was an hour, so we opted to collect.
