Last time I will be buying from there uncooked rice or out of date , dishes very small , more water than sauce curry came out of a tin prawn crackers must of been 2 weeks old chow mein very salty and tasteless, Be warned this place has to be one of the worst in Medway kent

Absolutely disappointed. Ordered in shop They left out a main dish. Obviously didn’t realise until we got home. I called them and the best they offered was picking it up!!! Although they do deliveries, by then our meal was on the table. So they offered to give me it next time I’m there!!! We would, only eat Chinese food around three or four times a year!! So I found this very unacceptable and lost £5.70 into the bargain!! Terrible service and average food. That’s expensive, with small portions.

Tried for the first time and it will be the last. Not very good no idea what meat they use in a special chow mein. Got a upset stomach this morning.

I have many food intolerances and allergies, I hadn't had a Chinese takeaway in over 12 years until we found this little gem of a takeaway! The staff are super friendly and very informative about the specific ingredients of the food. Now our regular go to or family takeaway nights!

I’ve got nothing to say bad about the food,I’ve had it for years l,all I asked was how much the price had gone up,what I expected was for them to say the price of food had gone up to buy & the electricity & gas prices had gone up,& that I could understand,but no all a got was a thumbs up when I asked,I had to laugh as I give the recieptionness was a thumbs down,how rude !!!!!!!

43 High StreetOrdered a deliver via Uber Eats at 18:45 , delivery time quoted between 19:20 & 19:40. At 20:55 nothing has arrived. Tried contacting via Uber App & phone. The calls goes straight through to a voice mail box saying you can't leave messages! My advice is to go elsewhere for deliveries!

9A Darnley Road, StroodOrdered by telephone a deivery...after finally giving my full card details and expiry date and CVC number and told it would be 60 minutes for the delivery...60minutes turned to 60+ phoned back to be told there was no order placed and that there had been a caller who had hung up and had not placed an order...oh dear Pinochio lives on...my order has now gone to a conpetitor, very poor service and even worse the Lady who answered my call when I wad asking where the food was told me that a person called but cut the call...my outgoing call log would contradict this...shame on you...your business owners lost a new customer and possibly, since it was a personal recomnensation lost sone existing customers..
