Did not receive the prawn crackers that were supposed to be bundled with orders over £30. Please check the orders properly before releasing them.

This is our go to place for a Oriental Takeaway, super friendly and quick service, freshly cooked, delicious, crunchy veg, yummy chicken balls and I love the chilli beef. everything is spot on with great flavours and was swiftly eaten at home. Thanks guys, top notch again, cheers Mat

The salt n chilli ribs were just bone no meat at all Chicken chop suey was bland no sauce or gravy Even the prawn crackers were soft and stale ! To be fair prawn ginger n spring onion was ok and sweet n sour chicken Cantonese style

Two take away Duck and Plum sauce meals contained no plum sauce therefore meat was dry and tasteless. Payment was by cash only which required a 500 yard walk to the nearest cash machine and back in order to pay for two tasteless meals.

Thought we would try a different Chinese but that was a big mistake ! Portions were very small, chow main was bland with very little meat, crispy shredded chilli chicken, this was sweat and sour chicken drenched in sweat and sour sauce with a few chilli flakes sprinkled on top, plum sauce duck had no plum sauce and was on a massive bed of pineapple making it look like there was way more duck that there was, over all expensive, bland, badly made food would recommend mcdonnalds of this place

We have been buying take-outs from here from a few years now. Previously the food has been very good and the Oriental Express has been one of our favourites. Unfortunately, the past two occasions have been very disappointing, the food has been tough to eat and overcooked. The prawn crackers were stale. Has there been a change of chef?

Only ordered one thing and on the menu it was £6 which was confirmed by worker. However, then charged me £8 on card machine and tried to hide the amount! Just disgraceful
