The best restaurants serving Chinese food in North West

Although the food and atmosphere is fairly good just a few points dropped for the following Set menu Please study as When you buy a set menu and they say prawn crackers with your soup you will.pay EXTRA for those The main course sauces can be very blank and watery The fried rice is NOT egg fried rice or even fried rice its strange A bottle of normal magners cider is £7.50 and all drinks are over priced expensive When they ask you would you like your tea and coffee now after finishing your meal these are also chargeable around £4 each! I feel It should be asked would you like to buy a tea or coffee now and possibly shown the menu with drinks prices Wendy is good at running the restaurant but can.be very snappy and loud with staff "kitchen NOW" we don't need to hear We spent over £200 which is actually my weekly wage so should have been a treat but the small additions sneaked in which came to nearly £40.00 left us feeling cold and ripped off We won't be returning or recommending

Over 2 hours wait for delivery. Rang back after 90 minutes and was told it was out with delivery driver. asked how long ago it left and was told they didn't know! Turned up 30 minutes later and i felt to check it was warm. ( it was lukewarm) and he said he only picked it up 15 minutes ago- Somebody's telling lies. Food very average won't be ordering again. Don't like being lied to.

The price I just pad was outrageous. I ordered fried rice dish, chicken dish and a seaweed starter. All for one person and I was charged nearly £36??? Seriously!

It used to be excellent value for money,now I cannot say the same. Very overpriced and completely average food. Some of the food was like warm at best and lots of it extremely tasteless. Flat rola cola. Extremely disappointed. Will not go back as much better food for cheaper in other restaurants.

Two bad experiences in a row. Our last takeaway order we actually received was really disappointing. Instead of roast pork or char siu, the "pork" was Spam... Then we thought we'd try again tonight, and they rejected our order online.

Disappointing customer service! We ordered on the app, the estimated delivery time was over an hour away (6:05pm). We were out but decided instead of waiting an hour once we got home with our toddler who enjoys noodles, we would order as we would be home in 20 minutes (arrived home at 5:30pm in plenty of time for the estimated delivery time). Got home to a missed call and voicemail to say they had left as we weren't in. Watched our ring camera, the driver arrived at 5:10pm!! Called the driver and the restaurant and both didn't give a damn and said that we were lying about the wait time! Refused to refund. They could have at least delivered close to the time on the app! Not 55 minutes earlier! Terrible customer service and I think they need to keep an eye on their delivery times! We will not be ordering with them again! We were a regular customer as the food was good however, i think they have changed owners as it can be very hit and miss now a days anyway. The food can be cold or overdone.

We have just had takeaway from here and it was horrible (worst i’ve ever had). Nothing had any flavour and I had high expectations given I had spent over £50. The chowmein tasted of nothing, the salt n pepper chicken was the driest chicken with no flavour at all and didn’t come with any veg just plain chicken in a box. Rice was edible if curry sauce was on it. Can’t believe we paid £17 for dim sum and the sui mai was rock hard. The starter also came with what looked like mouldy lettuce in the box! Won’t be ordering from here again, stay clear! Will be getting my money back!

This was my first time here and I really enjoyed it plenty of choices food was delicious I will definitely be back again 😋

Had a lovely set menu meal for two. Chicken & sweetcorn soup, small combination tray, sweet & sour chicken, beef in black bean & rice. All tasted good was lovely. Drinks good. Nice atmosphere & setting. Prices really good too. If I had to be negative I would just say staff are all miserable not very friendly at all.

Esto fue un placer para mí como celíaco. Pude comer galletas de gambas y pollo agridulce. Fue una noche tranquila, así que el personal de camareros fue muy servicial y creo que el chef tuvo tiempo para cocinar con aceite limpio. Obviamente hay cosas que no podía tener fuera del menú, pero la camarera revisó todo a fondo para mí. Comida muy sabrosa y un servicio impecable. No puedo esperar a volver. Gracias.

We come here often on a Sunday night and it’s never not busy, I’m not surprised as the food is great, and their portions are good. Lovely staff with great service The Mongolian Ribs are the best ribs anywhere 9/10 John Cavanagh

Este era el restaurante favorito de mi mamá y estoy muy feliz de decir que tiene muy buen gusto en los restaurantes. Fue nuestra primera visita y viendo que era San Valentín reservé con mucha antelación, lo que parecía ser una buena idea, ya que se puso muy ocupado, muy rápido. Pedimos nuestros entrantes y platos principales y se entregaron a los pocos minutos de ordenar y terminar y luego también pedimos postres a pesar de que nuestros estómagos ya se sienten llenos. La comida era excelente, el servicio era rápido y cortés, los precios son buenos y hay aparcamiento decente proporcionado si usted está conduciendo aquí. Los cócteles están disponibles, así como las cervezas, vinos y licores habituales y sin duda puedo recomendar la cerveza blanca belga Blue Moon. Los baños están limpios, hay una gran zona de fumadores / espacio de patio fuera junto al río Tame y es un lugar tan agradable para sentarse y relajarse. Definitivamente volveremos.

Well with liverpool on tier two hope to see restaurant open again as had been lots of times with my friends prices were allways good,they run a take away service with the covid close down,but now its tier two and open again I hope Derek moores, do try it you will be pleased 😀 👍 🎅
