The best restaurants serving Chinese food in North West

This crispy was not crispy at all. The chicken was like rubber tough and not at all crispy. I also had to go and get cash out because the machine was t working so it cost me £1 75 extra at the cash machine . I rang up and just got "sorry" no offer of a tea I could eat !!!! So £11 down the drain. Very disappointing service and food

I am shocked at how bad this food was. Had many takeaways from many venues over the years, some good some excellent but in over 30 years never tasted anything as poor as this. Was actually inedible

The salt and pepper box isn’t good

Two bad experiences in a row. Our last takeaway order we actually received was really disappointing. Instead of roast pork or char siu, the "pork" was Spam... Then we thought we'd try again tonight, and they rejected our order online.

Disappointing customer service! We ordered on the app, the estimated delivery time was over an hour away (6:05pm). We were out but decided instead of waiting an hour once we got home with our toddler who enjoys noodles, we would order as we would be home in 20 minutes (arrived home at 5:30pm in plenty of time for the estimated delivery time). Got home to a missed call and voicemail to say they had left as we weren't in. Watched our ring camera, the driver arrived at 5:10pm!! Called the driver and the restaurant and both didn't give a damn and said that we were lying about the wait time! Refused to refund. They could have at least delivered close to the time on the app! Not 55 minutes earlier! Terrible customer service and I think they need to keep an eye on their delivery times! We will not be ordering with them again! We were a regular customer as the food was good however, i think they have changed owners as it can be very hit and miss now a days anyway. The food can be cold or overdone.

Best way I can explain this meal is it was like dish water. Worst chinese ive had. Singapore chow mein was soggy and tasteless. Hoisin sauce tasted like vinegar. Prawn crackers were stale. And when I got home my curry sauce wasnt in there. Terrible.

Ho Ho es Mossley esta noche. Primero, lo bueno. Buena comida. 6 de nosotros fuimos. 3 de nuestra fiesta tuvo un banquete y dijo que era genial. Comida limpia. Buen ambiente. Los baños estaban en buen estado. El personal era amable No tan bueno. Mi comida era genial, pero no había una opción de un banquete vegetariano para mí. Además, como vegetariano, el tamaño del plato parecía más pequeño. Puedo ser vegetariano, pero puedo mantenerme. Había demasiadas interrupciones regulares preguntando si queríamos más bebidas. 5 veces en 20 minutos. Se agregó un artículo a la factura que no habíamos pedido, aunque se trató rápidamente. El aparcamiento es un poco 'mare. Sin embargo, estos eran probablemente puntos exigentes, y en general, es un 4 / 5 y todos acordamos que volveríamos.

Friendly staff, sometimes a bit of a wait if you haven’t ordered on the phone, it’s a very busy takeaway but that’s because the food is first class!!

Well with liverpool on tier two hope to see restaurant open again as had been lots of times with my friends prices were allways good,they run a take away service with the covid close down,but now its tier two and open again I hope Derek moores, do try it you will be pleased 😀 👍 🎅

We love chopsticks! My husband has tried almost every other Singapore noodle in town and thinks these are the best. The lady who runs it is so polite and goes over and above to help with questions and intolerances.

We came here at 8.40pm on a Sunday night . Our order was taken and we were then told it was a 50 min wait for our food . We didn’t have a choice but to wait as nothing else open at this time in the area . The food is not nice at all . The egg fried rice was tasteless and dry . The chicken curry tasted like packet mix and the chicken was soggy and defiantly processed from a frozen packet . My son had chowmein and chips . Again the chicken is soggy and processed. The chips were over cooked aswell . For the prices that you charge , I would expect more flavour and decent meat not the soggy stuff that you put in your food . I would not buy from here again .

I’m going to post this on here for anyone thinking of going to have a meal at the ‘Food Palace’ on whitegate Drive blackpool, don’t bother!!!! Yesterday was my dads birthday so we went just to celebrate there for meal. The starters were ok and hot. However, when the mains came they to say they were substandard was an understatement but not only that it was the absolute diabolical attitude of the waitress who served us that left us with a bitter taste in mouths and disappointment all round. The rice was disgusting thick stodgy and claggy we could not eat it so complained - the waitress said it’s always like this same every time which isn’t true as I’ve had takeout from there many times before and been fine. Then she changed her mind and told us it’s a different rice they have had to order in as usually get it from America 🇺🇸 well that’s obviously contradictory then!! So she had already brought our main course dishes out when she said I’ll bring you noodles instead to which we agreed 👍 and wouldn’t charge us for rice. While our mains are just sitting there going cold and waiting for the noodles to come a second batch of rice came out.!! Not sure why as we’d just agreed to noodles instead? I said to her my meal had gone cold whilst waiting for this to come and the batter on my prawns was now soggy, mum was eating her main on its own!! and dads hadn’t even come out yet! so she took mine away to get a fresh hot prawn one for me so then we are left to eat rice on its own with no mains!!!! wait it gets worse!! Didn’t think it could but it did. So the second batch of rice was not much better but at least edible eventually my salt and chilli king prawn came back and it was so heavy with thick batter on outside and was soggy inside I couldn’t eat it the first batch that went cold was better I’m certain the chef just reheated same one added more batter I ended up having to take out the prawn only inside I couldn’t eat the horrible batter!! So when we went to pay my dad and myself said to the waitress how poor the meal was and it was £76!!! The rice was £12.80 for a small portion to eat in you’d expect it to be at least edible !!! So we said we should not have to pay this full amount as it was dreadful and she had said initially we wouldn’t be charged for rice and as we couldn’t eat 3/4 of it. This was when her attitude changed completely she started to argue with me and my dad about it all she said well you’ve eaten it I said no we haven’t as we have had left over half of it after all this we could not eat it due to all these issues. Jesus Christ we ended up in a heated debate! we told her no wonder the restaurant is always dead inside with an attitude like this she said oh we do fine was busy last last night find that hard to believe always empty when we collect takeout she said she’d have to ring the manager about it he’s not on site as he has a chain of restaurants!! or we can wait till 11pm to talk to him when he comes into restaurant it was 7:30pm at this time! I said are you serious is this a joke ? I said I would never come back here again she said she didn’t care if we don’t come back we were gobsmacked in all my life I have never argued with any serving restaurant staff about a meal like this and my family have never been spoken to like this before over a meal I’m totally and utterly disgusted and fuming as it spoilt my dads birthday meal! Needless to say we are writing on here and I’m letting my friends know! We did get a reduction in the bill in the end but not without an absolute disgrace of an attitude and fighting for it and this should never have happened in first place. This place calls itself a restaurant! And for the extortionate prices nowadays they are charging you’d expect at minimal something you can eat !!! My advice to anyone thinking of going don’t because the food and service was disgusting and disgraceful!!! If I could give us no stars I would but it won’t let you.
