I say, I'm ever so sorry to have to pen this, but I simply must share my experience with Park Lane Chinese. I truly regret having to say this, but their service left me absolutely gobsmacked for all the wrong reasons. The phone manner was shockingly unprofessional, and to add insult to injury, my delivery arrived well late. When it did eventually show up, the food was not only stale and cold, but completely botched—I ended up with two sets of salt and pepper chicken instead of what I’d ordered. Now, I hate to be so blunt, but that hygiene rating of 4 is a load of codswallop; in my honest opinion, it ought to be more like a 2. I'm absolutely gutted to have been fleeced out of £30. Please do yourself a favour and steer clear of this establishment. Once again, I apologize if my words seem overly harsh, but I felt it necessary to warn others of what I experienced.

I really enjoyed my experience at buffet king. Amazing food and lovely staff service , would definitely recommend to anyone who’s been thinking about coming great experience.

Ordered Chicken Curry, the chicken had this inedible texture, soft and slimy like it was coated in fat. Had to go in the bin.

Two hour wait for food.Arrived at 8.15pm.We did offer to cancel the order but they said it would arrive sooner. It didn't. The length you have to wait here for a delivery is terrible and happens all the time over the years we've ordered from here. Sadly last night was the final time. Nice food, terrible service

Extortionate prices. They’ve gone up again. Chicken and king prawn chow mein and sweet and sour balls was nearly £18. I was told that the prices haven’t gone up since June. That’s only 4 months ago! Never returning. We shouldn’t support businesses that price gouge and raise prices so often. Not because their costs go up, but because of greed.

Absolutely disgusting!!!! Dont even rate 1 star.. person on phone not helpful at all egg foo young scorched egg.. so egg was non existent shocking to say the least.. worst 15 qwid ave ever spent. Dont bother cause when you ring up they dont give a s**t.

I have heard some brilliant reviews in regards to Klondyke Chinese, I am not sure if it is due to a change in management but our order was practically inedible. We ordered crispy beef in chilli and honey and received rock solid pieces of batter we struggled to find any beef and it tasted burned greasy and refried.We also ordered pork in ginger and spring onion (the only thing we ate) the pork was well cooked and had quiet a fresh flavour we were disappointed by the slimy onions and small portion for price.We also decided to order sweet and sour battered chicken the chicken was good it wasn't greasy and we didn't mind it but the sweet and sour sauce was possibly the worst thing it was bright pink and was closer to cherry Ade than sweet and sour it was completely inedible ,overall I was really excited to order and was very dissapoined won't be ordering again .

¡Qué experiencia horrible! Hemos comido aquí varias veces anteriormente, pero nunca más después de hoy. Mi esposa y yo decidimos pasar nuestro almuerzo de San Valentín aquí y qué error resultó ser! Nos mostraron a nuestra mesa y pedimos bebidas. Salimos de nuestra mesa a buscar nuestra comida y al regresar a nuestra mesa nuestras bebidas estaban allí esperando. Tan pronto como nos sentamos a comer, una camarera joven vino a nuestra mesa con nuestra factura y una máquina de tarjetas y nos preguntó si nos gustaría pagar en efectivo o con tarjeta. Respondí “estamos comiendo nuestra comida” a lo que vino la respuesta “te pedimos que pagues antes de comer”. Esto no me ha pasado en ocasiones anteriores, ya que siempre he pagado en el bar al salir. Si sus procedimientos han cambiado, entonces lo suficientemente justo, pero si desea que la gente pague antes de comer, entonces tome el pago en el punto de sentarse y pedir bebidas. ¡NO solo porque la gente se sienta a comer después de conseguir comida! Esto arruinó totalmente el ambiente y básicamente arruinó nuestro almuerzo. Había una joven madre con un niño cuya mano sostenía mientras llevaba un plato de comida de vuelta a su mesa y la misma joven camarera se le acercó pidiéndole que le pagara ANTES de siquiera haberse sentado. Lejos de esta cuestión, la comida en sí no es ni mucho menos tan buena como solía ser. La elección de platos es mucho menor que antes. En general, una experiencia muy pobre en todo el mundo y después de haber visitado este restaurante muchas veces durante varios años puedo decir honestamente que esta será la última vez.

I’ve used this Chinese for many years and despite people’s negative comments I’ve continued to use it. Yes, you sometimes get the occasion where it isn’t as nice as usual, as with all places. However, tonight it was very disappointing. The meat tasted really cheap, made me wonder had they changed their supplier. One of my prawns was a bit mushy so had to spit it out. The curry sauce didn’t taste as nice either. Will just give this place a miss for a while and hope it improves as this has put me off a bit.
