Food was poor, no taste ?? It’s always been the same here hit and miss

came really hot ,lovey food shame you don't get free prawn crackers anymore though 😞

Food arrived on time and hot. House special curry was mostly onion and pork in hoisin sauce very thin

Fantastic Chinese, they don't deliver to my area so always collect, the lady serving is always cheerful and friendly, she's great at origami too!

Might want to check stock as our drinks were missing also half of the order. Wasn’t a cheap order either and trying to ring to get an answer was hopeless

All the food was superb quality, but the 4 large spring rolls are very small, you use to get 12 the same size as the 4 we got. delivery great.

This was a birthday meal, so after amazing day it was dampened by this awful meal… no juice on the Chow Main it was in the bag it arrived in, so meal was dry. My Chicken Fried Rice was dry and rattled when you put it on the plate, even the curry sauce didn’t help. My son’s special curry had more onions than meat. So all in all I won’t be using this takeaway again. 😞😞😞😞😞😞 very disappointed.

Ordered house curry. X3 prawns.x3 chicken.x1 beef. Loafs of onions and curry sauce. Won't be going back. Called them back to let them know. Only for them to blame the chief.

Waited hour n 40 mins for food but it was nice

Ordered on just east first time using them. Order arrived over an hour late. Food was all cold. And they refused to give any refund for being late delivering and for cold food avoid at all costs complany do not care about customer satisfaction nor do they care about issues. Like I said avoid at all cost

It was super early but of really poor quality, salt and pepper chips were awful and rice tasted like they were reusing tupperware to cook with as it just tasted dishwater. I'm a chef and can taste when somethings not been dried enough out of the pot wash. Won't order from here again and will definitely be checking food hygiene scores BEFORE ordering anything from now on as I checked after my rice tasted of dishwater and this place does not have a 5 star hygiene rating, which is very easy to get

Late and cold. Over an hour late and hard to gage the food because non of it was hot, some was completely cold. Wish I hadn’t bothered on this occasion.

Food arrived on time. Spare ribs had plenty of meat on them. Good amount of meat/etc in the special Chow Mein. Would order again.

Usually stick with same takeaway until find a better one. This by far exceeds meals I've had from other places. Service is fast and friendly, the food containers are full to the top with ingredients and sauce and meat dishes have loads of chunks of meat in them. My go to Chinese takeaway. GONG HEY FAT CHOY.

I'm so angry with the quality of the food from here. Ordered Szechuan Beef and got chewy meat in a grey, bland sauce. It was not szechuan beef, which for one is supposed to be (and is advertised as) being spicy but this dish had no chillies in it. My honey chicken wings were in the same tasteless sauce. Do they just have a vat of "mildly Chinese-tasting sauce" that goes on every dish, regardless of what is ordered? Phoned up to complain and was told "there's nothing I can do" before actually being HUNG UP ON!! I have £25 of food to scrape into the bin.

To look at the food was overcooked and when tasted you could tell it was yesterdays leftovers warmed up this takeaway should have its licence removed for serving food like this absolutlely discusting

We often get food from here and it's always lovely. Today we got the share box and this time round we found it way over salty. We are 5 mins away from wok king but it was still 10 mins late. Other than that the food is normally delicious and we will order in future

I wouldn’t bother! Not worth your time or money. Order was delivered almost 3 hours after order placed. (Almost 2 hours after estimated delivery time.) Request a time update twice the restaurant didn’t offer any help at. The food arrived and was cold. Customer service was terrible. Never ordering from here again.

I don't like to leave negative reviews but this food sadly wasn't good. Very sloppy chow meins that didn't seem freshly cooked. 1 star from me I'm afraid.

Only reason i give FQ 3 is that the springrolls have shrunk massively. Maybe to keep the price down, but.... increase the size again, the price has already been increased

Food is always Delicious and hot from here. Only fault this time was they forgot our chips in our order 😞 I rang up and they said they will take money off our next order which is fair enough.

Rude as hell! I asked for a lunch meal on their menu and they refused. It was cheaper than a night meal. I asked for the sweet and sour sauce to be separated from the chicken and they refused again! Avoid!!! There were no time restrictions on the menu.

Took over an hour and half to come, food was alright, not the best Chinese I’ve had. Ordered beef chow mien - wasn’t very tasty, crispy beef was nice and the curry sauce wasnt as good as some places- was too runny. I prefer it thick. Food was nice and hot though. I wasn’t complaining when I was eating it, but I was starving because of how long I waited for it to arrive.

50-60 minutes initial delivery, over 2 hours later finally arrived with no sorry, and no complimentary items, not even any prawn crackers.

Food was okay. Was expensive and probably not worth it but can’t deny the portions sizes for the price. Spent 30 and got rice. Noodles. Curry. Gravy. Chicken balls. Prawn toast and prawn crackers. Average but nothing special. Sent free spring rolls tho.

The fried rice was dry as anything. Curry sauce had no flavour or spice to it. I ordered stir fried mushrooms, and got mostly onion and carrot, with maybe 8 mushrooms! Took almost 2 hours to be delivered too. Never again!! Not worth the £15 I paid!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! I might as well of eaten a jar of salt. Couldn’t taste the curry or noodles, all I could taste was salt (the rice and chicken balls weren’t the worst I’ve had) the beef was chewy, rang the place and they couldn’t care less. DON’T USE THIS PLACE, HORRIBLE FOOD, as I write this all I can taste is salt!

Ordered food via just eat. £33 for 2 adults. On receiving meal a few items didn’t seem quite as described . Salt n pepper chips seemed to be missing salt and pepper. 2 x special dishes only had 3 prawns between them. Food was bland, rice was dry, noodles were sticky. I did call the restaurant to advise the order wasn’t as described… staff couldn’t be more unhelpful. We have used this restaurant a few times before and never made to feel more disappointed. Customer service doesn’t exist. So if you want a good value for your money Chinese takeaway I’d suggest you go elsewhere. We certainly will be.

Vet expensivel (jumping on the cost of living crisis/scam) food was only just ok nothing special, quite plain and quite boring. £8.70 for chicken curry and fried rice! That must be £7.00 profit. It may be time to learn to cook Chinese meals; I sooooooooo miss the belle vue chop suey house!! Come back George and family. My tastebuds log for your dad’s superb curry!

Really disappointing. Used to love the hot & sour soup from here but it was absolutely flavourless. Salt & pepper chips almost £5 are not worth it. Few chilli flakes - no onions or peppers fried in with them. Think it’s time for me to find a new Chinese to order from in future 🙁
