Our favourite treat love it everytime so much to choose form and the kids try diffrent things everytime thank you because they are fussy eaters

Disgusting restaurant threatened my daughter if she didn't eat everything on her plate, she would get 5 quid fine!!! There is nothing on the website saying this or when you pay you money...never heard anything so ridiculous in my life!!! I am appalled n disgusted by thus...threatening children to over eat and be sick!!!!

very good quality and lots of different foods and desserts on offer, plenty of room between tables, and staff constantly clearing plates and re stocking food.

Clean the range of food Indian Chinese Korean English dishes taste divine refil potato great deal deserts to die for Great prices very clean toilets brilliant I for one will be back outstanding

Really good food, but an Anonymous person was just over the 1.5m line and coated the adult price (almost double price). Other than that, I recommend this place

It was like being on an all inclusive holiday at meal time. The Chinese food was spot on. Didn't try any of the other foods but it probably should just stick to doing Chinese cuisine anyway. I'm giving the atmosphere a low score just because you feel like you're piled in there like pigs for slaughter. But really we were just pigs gorging among other pigs. It was an experience but I'll probably just order it in next time.

Refused free tap water, even though we had bought drinks for the rest of the party ( 9 of us) absolutely illegal! Will be reporting to trading standards, paid on way in, then don’t get to keep the receipt!! Waiter asked if we had been before, then left us to it when we said yes! Lots of food waste as some of it was inedible, there were some very tasty dishes though which is why it gets a 2, the strength is the Chinese food, everything else was a bit Meh! Almost £200 for the 9 of us and that’s including £1.60 x3 for the waters we had to pay for!! Will not be going again!

They don't let you seat with family , they have to much spicy food,the service is not good

We should have known something wasn't quite right when we arrived. Being asked to pay before even being seated should have been the first clue. The warning signs were all there right from the beginning but naively we ignored them. Having paid we were shown to our table. The waiter didn't wait around, he disappeared immediately leaving us somewhat disorientated. He gave us no information at all, didn't even say "enjoy your meal", or "if you need anything just ask". No, he just disappeared. Where are the drinks? Do we just go up and grab food? We knew nothing - so we explored and started trying different foods. I will say this, there is a huge selection of food, from a British roast, to donna kebab, Pizza, Indian, and Chinese. The problem is, non of it was of a particularly good quality. The restaurant is all you can eat, but frankly I didn't want to eat all that much since it was not nice food at all. Even the deserts were nothing to write home about - although there is plenty to write about them in a review! They were horrible, and clearly filled with a vast quantity of additives and preservatives. I still cant make out what some of the flavours were supposed to be. We had been told by several people that this place is amazing - and I am sure there are those who would be sold by the promise of refilling their plates as many times as they want. The problem is I would rather have less choice, but really tasty food, than piles of bland garbage. I could write pages about each individual dish that my wife and I tried, but the fact is we were not impressed with any of them. There were people who seemed to be enjoying their meals, but unfortunately it wasn't for us. When we left we walked past several staff including the bar staff. Not one of them acknowledge us at all on our departure. No one said "good bye, hope you enjoyed your meal" perhaps because they knew the quality of the food we had just suffered through. Maybe they were too afraid to ask, or, as I suspect, they simply didn't care. Indeed the issue seems to be that the staff just don't care about the customer experience. come in sit down - we have your money so who cares about the rest. We left feeling sick - not because we had gorged ourselves, but because the food really wasn't that good at all. We both said that we would have eaten better in McDonalds - certainly we would have enjoyed it more. We were really looking forward to this evening and we both felt so let down.

This isn't a gourmet buffet restaurant but for the money you spend there is not only decent food but a lot of choice. I would say this is an excellent buffet restaurant there is loads of various options

Been before on a weekend and it wasn’t bad, but the food on a week day is horrendous, Staff are rude, had the man behind the till argue saying some of the items were fresh, As an ex high end chef I can guarantee some of it was at least 4+ hours old, I’m not a snob and I don’t hold high expectations from a buffet but this is by far the worst experience I’ve had, Wish I’d necked off the £6 pint and just left Food poisoning incoming I imagine off the absolutely cooked into next week prawns 😂 If you like good food, go elsewhere

Food was laced with spice, even the foods that aren’t meant to be spicy! Went to speak to someone about getting some form of a refund. The First Gentleman I spoke to was lovely however the second man who came along was so rude I was speechless. Giving a 1 star rating simply because I have to in order to give a review

The food was lovely but the staff ruined my experience, my friend got told she would have to leave if she continued to mess around but she was only eating her popcorn. A 2 year old child was sat behind me and got told by a staff member to sit down all though him and his family had just arrived so hadn’t had the chance yet. The food tasted amazing but not as many options as you would expect for a ‘world buffet’. Floors were really slippy, huge queue when entering but 50% of tables were filled. While getting food I was getting knocked into and couldn’t move. The toilets were disgusting, I found shrimp in the toilet. I have been previously and it was good but this time I was not very satisfied. The drinks that were advertised as fizzy were very flat and not fizzy at all.Chicken nuggets were pink and majority of food was cold and never getting restocked , Staff need to stop spending so much time cleaning the already clean floor and clean the toilets. The rolled ice cream was very delicious but melted within about 30 seconds of getting it, the macaroons were delicious however they need a bigger flavour selection and signs telling you what the flavours are as i wasn’t sure what i was picking up. Price was extortionate for the bad service, food options and cleanliness.Staff ruined the experience, will not be rushing to return. Staff need to focus on their jobs more then telling people off for doing nothing, if they continue the way they are they will have no more customers.

Good food well cooked and tasty, only drawback is not alot of Indian dishes available mainly Chinese.

Pleasantly surprised with the experience of eating there after reading some reviews that weren't good the food was good and the staff were fine

food was lovely but staff were incredibly rude, were shouting at little kids to sit down when they just arrived so didn’t have chance, told someone to leave just because they accidentally dropped popcorn on the floor when attempting to put it in mouth , overall really angry and rude staff , disappointing and really upset because the food was so good but the staff made me and my family not want to return. Chicken was raw and all food was pretty much cold, the food was not restocked often so found my self often searching for not cold or raw food to eat. every where but the floor was really unhygienic as they never stopped cleaning it. I then needed the toilet as one does after a drink but i found the fizzy drinks not fizzy and flat even though it specified it was fizzy. when i arrived in the toilets floor had food all over mirrors where green and there was no soap. and to top it all off there was loads of shrimp in the toilet! just vile . when waiting we waited over 45 minutes just to get in and see that there was over half of the seats empty! staff didn’t pay attention with table sizes as we asked for two tables of 2 and one of 3 and all got put on one big table even though they said that it possible! when waiting for rolled ice cream they didn’t allow you to pick your own flavour because they were doing it in batches of a flavour and wouldn’t allow any option. what i do have to say was the dessert was amazing very happy with that but unfortunately the rest of my experience was not worth the extortionate price i had to pay for a group of 7! very disappointed will not be returning staff need to sort themselves out and stop yelling at people and clean and cook the food!!!! do not come here if you want a bad and expensive time🙄

absolutely ridiculous was told we couldn't book which because we didn't have 8 people which is ridiculous made to wait for half an hour to get it because we were only a 3 ! staff were rude didn't let us know how long the wait was or anything just stood and miserably stared. wouldn't bother

Visited with my daughter and granddaughter whilst in the area. After reading the reviews, we weren't sure what to expect. The range of food for a Tue afternoon was about what we expected. The quality was pretty average. Mostly, it was about what you would expect to get at a standard takeaway. We all left feeling a little disappointed.

If you want haute cuisine, this ISN'T the place for you. If you want a great value round the world buffet, then it definitely is. I shall be back again soon, and probably not long after that too. Great value.

Always love coming here brought the kids this time so expensive for kids two boys okay as under the height but for our girl she same age as one of the boys 11 and taller and had to pay an adult for 100 quid for three children under 11 and us two adults as good as the place is I wouldn't come any time soon with kids specially when they don't get value for month definitely not as adult price for kids

Plenty food choose from although not piping hot and self service drinks are a cheap flat make. Didn't like the constant feel of security watching us eat.

First time visiting this venue part of 13 of us for 16yr old birthday party Thankfully we had table pre booked and massive queue outside. I spoke to security guy and asked if we still had to join the long queue as we where pre booked myself and another family member have disability so can't stand up for long and needed to sit down. We where allowed to go straight in staff where very helpful good selection of food to cater for everyone tastes I would say. We would not go back simply because of the travel to get there No disabled car park on site and it was 7 to 10min walk from multi storey car park to get there.

We went there straight after a 5 hour journey to celebrate my son’s 5 years birthday. Table was pre booked but we still had to spend some time in the waiting room to get our table. Before we were ushered to the table, we were ordered to pay for both food and drinks. We decided to pay for food and said will pay for the drinks once we know what everyone will be having as we were with 6 kids and just wanted to settle them in. My brother then asked one of the staff where he can get some water and the staff said go to the bar. To which my brother said he doesn’t drink alcohol and he meant water. The staff member then said “It’s all the same. Just put it in your mouth and gulu gulu (making gulping sounds). My brother told him that was being rude. He then went to the front desk to raise his complaint. He came back to the desk with a glass of water for his 1 year old daughter. Next thing we know, the rude member of staff came to our table with a so called security guy. They both stood over my brother’s shoulder. My brother requested that the rude guy to not be next to him when he’s having his meal. The tension started to escalate. This was the moment I then got up and go round to where my brother was. I then kindly asked the security that the member of staff is not needed next to my brother. I then reminded him that if he has done the SIA course then he should know how to deescalate the incident. Which I doubt he was even a real security personnel as there was no SIA badge displayed on his person. Which is a requirement especially at a venue where alcohol is being served. The security guy then brought to our attention that the rude staff was the manager. I told him that he should have known better if he is the manager. The security guy now said that he could end up removing us from the restaurant. To which got me boiling, I told him that he can try but we won’t go anywhere without having our food as we spent over £160 on food alone. He then walked away. I then went to the bar to order some drinks and the shift supervisor then told me that she is just a supervisor but I can fill in a complaint form to which she can take higher up for us. I did wrote one and my eldest son also wrote one but a month later and we still haven’t heard anything back. The food was ok but not worth the money they charged. We have been to lots of Chinese buffets all around the country but this is the worst we have ever been. Service was very poor, our tables were full of dirty plates and staff just kept walking past our table. There was no introduction or explaining how things were done. We will never be setting a foot at this soulless place

Bought me and my son a meal and a refillable drink each that came to £49.60. The guy that sat us gave us 2 different glasses. When filling mine up the ginger lad behind bar came and took my glass off me accusing me of not paying for refillable because that isn't the glass they use. Absolute joke and won't be returning thanks to solely him.

Amazing and helpful staff, great accessibility, a lift and escalators and they allowed me wait in an indoor seating area due to disabilities as my partner queued outside. Great choice of tasty food and great venue.

Food was tasty enough and plenty of options, although staff was super dismissive and rude. A table of about 12-16 of us and they wanted to argue about a glass and made me wait about half an hour for one, everyone had bought refillable drinks and the 2 babies had fruit shoots but got told by staff after a half hour debate that they'd let me have a glass that was missing from the table and apparently they had counted?? Clearly can't count cause it was one short and I'm not going to be told "you can have one this time" I know I paid for it!!!!!!!!! The young man seating people and man at the bar literally deserve the boot. Super rude! Ruined what was actually a decent time.

Second time coming here now food is good but on arrival informed them a friend was running late upon arrival of said friend they refused to let him sit with us “it’s company policy we can’t let him”I’ve then spoken to the front desk and tried telling me I never told them what an absolute joke and disgrace no professionalism at all

its fine, food is decent with a good selection but its just so crowded, not so bad when sat down but there is very little room while getting food and theres litarally hundreds of people about, only one drinks machine so theres always a queue with barely any room to do so prices are decent compared to other buffets and its generally kept tidy considering the amount of people there is

me and my girlfriend came for a bite to eat while having a day out and honestly it’s a pathetic excuse of a restaurant, the selection is appalling we paid and sat down after 20 mins i got approached and was asked are youse done and we where getting rushed about and couldn’t sit and enjoy my food which was also not the best the chicken was soggy and rubbery everything was lukewarm and honestly will never be returning after realising how bad the food was i went for some ice cream and there was strawberry in the chocolate mint in the strawberry the only thing i could say was okay was the refillable soft drinks however there was no ice so even the drinks where luke warm place needs shutting down my girlfriend has also suffered and upset stomach after the food here please do your self a favour and put them out of business by not going

We have been there today with family and friends and unfortunately had the worst gathering experience.We were a group of 13 of which 2 are babies (both one year's) They made people wait outside though 75% of Restaurant was unoccupied. After a long long wait they said tables are ready but they cannot make us sit together as they could only accommodate us in 2 different tables.We had no other choice but to accept after nearly 40mins wait time and went to get to see all tables empty.Those tables could easily be joined but they just decided to not as per their policy.I wonder why they allow large groups in these cases. And worst of all they charged babies 3 pounds each as our bill was low hence they have to charge each head 😅...Never seen any where else charging babies to meet some target for the day???? As per other reviews yes they force you to buy drinks for all though not all in your group require. Staff were rude.It hardly is World buffet not many items and food wasn't great enough to wait in queues with kids. Don't waste your time and money please.This was our first and last trip to this place.

My first visit was on a weekday lunchtime with three other work colleagues, two of whom had visited before so knew the set-up. £15.30 paid - a bit steep I thought, but to be honest, the food was pretty good. I'm told there was much less choice of foods on offer on a lunchtime as opposed to an evening. The offerings seemed to be predominantly Chinese, there were some Indian dishes but these looked a bit luminous and watery so I swerved these. The pizza / garlic bread offerings were also perfectly good but very limited in choice; the salad buffet looked good too. All in all, a good visit so positive feedback from me. I doubt I would feel the same however if the place were rammed the way it was in other reviews!

The food for a buffet is very high quality in my opinion. Always topping up empty dishes very rarly not got what I wanted. It can get very busy though especially at peak times which is no fault of the place I go here everytime i come middlesbrough the price is excellent too!

Food was hot and tasty with a varied selection plus desserts or cold desserts But drinks are none branded soft drinks and cakes are half the size they use to be but overall A good meal and a nice atmosphere.

We visited W2 World Buffet Restaurant on a Wednesday evening, and our experience had both highs and lows. Starting on a positive note, the staff were professional and polite, greeting us warmly and promptly showing us to our seats with drinks already prepared. The service throughout the evening was attentive and friendly. The main draw of W2 World Buffet is its vast selection of food, offering a wide variety of cuisines from Chinese and Indian to other global favorites. It’s an impressive lineup for anyone who loves having options. However, as is sometimes the case with “all you can eat” establishments, quantity seemed to take precedence over quality. While it was great to have so many dishes to choose from, many of the items felt lackluster, lacking the vibrant flavors and freshness that make these cuisines shine. The dessert section was also a bit underwhelming. One large cake appeared to have been ravaged, looking far from appetizing, and the mint ice cream had an unfortunate, overpowering flavor reminiscent of toothpaste. It was clear that desserts were more about quantity than quality. All things considered, W2 World Buffet is decent for the price, especially if you’re looking for a casual night out with an array of options to explore. But if you’re expecting top-notch quality, you may be left disappointed. It’s an alright spot for satisfying a variety of cravings but definitely not a fantastic dining experience.

Giving 5 stars for recognision but wouldnt even give it a one! Would never recommend this place to anyone. Got there was security on the door that was blocking the entrance and giving us dirty looks. Got to the checkout and the girl booking us In was rude and clearly had an attitude. We wanted refill drinks and were only allowed to order them if we bought all the toddlers with us refill drinks too which was not necessary. It cos over £130 for our family to then be served raw chicken and dry, stringy and discoloured foods. We called over a member off staff to show them the food. He took it away, waited for another member of staff to come look at it also and they both took the plate out back. When one of them returned to the table they said they had just temperature checked the chicken and it was hot enough to be served and there is a sign stating that the chicken maybe discoloured due to being cooked in soya? Looked for the sign stating this and never found one. Asked to speak to a manager and was told no managers were available. We all went home feeling poorly after consuming food here and will never return.

Was a Saturday lunchtime. Good selection of food. Our party ordered cocktails and these took over 40 mins to arrive despite chasing several times. Refillable drinks are great in theory but these are not branded drinks and the cola wasn't great.

i went with a group of my friends for my birthday. the food was stunning as always however some of the staff was appalling the way they spoke to me and my friends. it was like they weren’t interested in talking at all and sounded really annoyed at us all for no reason. there was about 15 of us and they never charged us for refills as of how many people there was. and another thing is from now on if anyone leaves anything on there plates they charge you £5. i used to love coming here but now i wont be returning

Chicken nuggets were not fully cooked pink inside. The staff on Wednesday 6th November were awful very cheeky telling kids they couldn't have more than 2 drinks even know payed for refillables. The staff also said had to £5 per plate if food not eaten. They charged a woman with a 2 week old baby £5 for taking her own baby milk in. The way staff spoke to people was absolutely disgusting especially in front of kids. I am classed as disabled I was told wasn't allowed to use disabled toilet because I could walk I have problems with my spine so can not walk far. Just be careful if you go if you use your card to pay and not finish your food they will charge your card. It's way too expensive aswell it cost me and my partner with 4 kids £142 without drinks. I will never go again not after this time. I've never had a problem like this before.

Really good few niggly bits but overall the staff were quick at removing plates and very helpful nice food excellent. Been today(7.11.24) with my daughter and her friends for his birthday. I deliberately stood back as I noticed a staff member being rude to a bunch of teenagers, acusing of not paying for drinks/food ect. Being rude aboit 1 individual leaving 2 chicken nuggets and threatening to charge for wastage Will not be going again and the app has already been deleted, I don't care about the loyalty points scheme this waiter with a pony tail wins "the worst waiter I've ever witnessed serve" award

Food is lovely, service a bit slow initially to get us seated as there was 11 of us but would happily eat here again there is something to keep everyone happy and plenty of it.

absoloutley shocking place this is well for a start they now have signs on the tables about a charge of £5 for wasting food which is fair enough but my daughter is severely autistic and she kicked off getting upset at the food cause she was full after the manager standing watching us the whole time he then flew over and said to my child there’s a charge for that …, after paying £102 to actually get in he demanded more money he said i don’t care who’s disabled then on the way out he tried to stop us getting out he said how r u paying cash or card i said i’m not paying he said right ur all banned do not come back how shocking that place is in the picture is the food what was meant to have been wasted but to get told he dosent care who’s disabled is surely breaking the equality act but before going here please remember leave one single bit of food and your getting charged

dont go unless you want some food poisioning!!! me and another person came with me. the initially food seemed weird, the chips were cold and the noodles tasted a bit odd. my boyfriend wanted to try out the menu but then he was told to pay £5 if they didnt clear his plate (we werent told that until they wanted to take it away). then the next day i was suffering extreme symptoms of food poisioning! £30 for food poisioning is not worth it in this economy. dont go

Visited here on a Monday 22nd of July dinner time (lunchtime). The 2024 price was £10.95 (adults). Good restaurant, they do pancakes where you have to queue up chocolate cakes, the normal Chinese And a chocolate fountain well busy highly recommended I don't know about Sunday never been but will definitely be visiting again.... been again since the lockdown, you now have to download an app to order on your phone. You can do it the old-fashioned way, but our waiter didn't tell me this he just expected me to know these things. The lad on the payment counter was more helpful when I complained. I said, "Shouldn't you have a notice at the Front door to tell people before they enter because not everyone is clued up about these things , I only went in to get something to eat it spoilt the whole experience for me if I had gone on my own I would have still been sat there lucky I was there with my 13-year-old who knew what to do obviously that doesn't work for everyone does it so why don't they just write it down what you want on a piece of paper instead of you sitting there getting yourself al frustrated and what if you didn't have a smartphone .?? Or enough charge even Anyway, enough of me rambling on, they now serve it to you, but they only give you small portions but you can order as many times as you like but pre covid-19, you filled your plate up, didn't you . I've been in May 2022, and now everything is back to normal. You get up and serve yourself / been again in August 2024, and enjoy it

Place was manic!! Food was below average tough chicken most stuff tasted same ie sweet sour, nd peking! prawns still had shells on under batter🤮🤢 Indian food didn't even taste like Indian lol, Steak well a feed me dog better meat overall, GARBAGE!!!! On thee other hand if your obese or just a pure greedy so nd so well this place will suit ye down to the ground!!!

Good place, odd smack head gets in, but generally good, cola chicken is lovely. Escalators to get in and out, toilets are stunning and music is blasted in so you can pass wind or poop as loud as you want.

Gorgeous food excellent staff very clean highly recommend it

This was our second and last visit. We went to celebrate my daughter’s birthday as she liked the desserts this first time we visited. Both times I found the staff quite rude and unprofessional. First visit in summer, my daughter and I went to eat, meanwhile my toddler was fast asleep in the pram. I explained that she was asleep and wouldn’t be eating and if she woke up during the visit, I would come back to pay for her too. Someone literally stood over us and as soon as she woke up, marched to our table to request immediate payment without me having the opportunity to go and pay. This visit, we had booked for my daughter’s birthday, a few of her friends joined and some adult family members too. We paid on arrival as you do with one more on the way, we were shown to our table put coats on chairs and at that my friend, that last guest arrived looking for us…. I spotted the Manager following her and met them half way to explain she hadn’t been before and was coming to check in, she just wanted to make sure we were there. He rudely explained that “Policy” stated no one was able to join a table after you had sat down. I pointed out that we had not yet “sat down”, had been in the building all of a couple of mins but did not see the issue as she was also a paying customer! We had our first course (basic Chinese food and some salad) then they cleared away our plates but not the plates from the table the children were at. I asked if a waiter could take away the plates and they said they were leaving them there as they wanted to speak to us about “policy” again this time on food wastage (one of the children left some noodles that didn’t taste very nice and another left a few chips that were cold) I explained that I was unaware of these policies and would like the plates removed so that the kids could eat dessert. One of the kids wanted some strawberries but was refused unless she ordered a crepe too, (seems strange and out of line with their food wastage policy if unwanted) anyway, she opted for other fruit instead. They must have a lot of people looking to dodge payment or leave lots of food as it seemed to be something they looked for and quoted regularly! All in all, food was “OK”, Service levels absolutely terrible but if you want a nice meal out with your family or friends without a line of waiters stood staring at tables looking for ways pick out diners not meeting policies, I really wouldn’t recommend this place!!!

Some of the food was good but about a third of what I had (so not everything on offer) wasn't great. The staff were nice, the place was clean and the beer was cold so not too bad.

Loads of different dishes to choose from but most of the staff look miserable and charging kids by height instead of age is a joke, adult price for my 11 year old who despite the fact he doesnt eat a lot but because hes tall we had to pay adult price for him

I've wanted to visit here for years and today I was finaly going to, I was so excited, but I was so disappointed 😞 there was hardly any choice in food, few Chinese dishes, nd couple of indians , best part was deserts, and yes it was much menu, but I expected better

It's a lovely place, with lots of tasty food. The variety is top-notch. There's value for money as well. Remember to come hungry, though.

Loads of choice in food. Definitely advise booking table in advance and bring cash as you can sometimes get served quicker if there is a problem with card scanners.

The food is good, However the staff are quite rude & mostly incompetent. In particular a Pakistani chef on the grill who looked miserable & was very difficult to deal with as he basically didn’t want to be there. He just basically hated his job or maybe hated the customers… I am not sure

The food was lovely but the floor was wet and i went flying. The staff seen me fall and didnt care all they was bothered about was cleaning the floor after it happened so they didnt get in to trouble. The staff did not come up to me to ask if i am okay. My mother had to move plates to next table as no one came to take them as they was a big fammily of us. Would not recommend coming here again

It would have been alot higher if the man on the bar yesterday had been more polite and less rude. He was rude to his colleagues, to customers etc. I know there were issues with some machines but he was very verbal about how annoyed he was, and took it out on other people. If he is a bar manager I suggest he gets re-trained. Food was excellent, other staff were very helpful.

We where there last night . My daughter fell as the floor was wet, and.she hurt her hand. The staff didn't come over to her to ask if she was ok but as soon as she moved they was drying the step where she fell . i would never go back

If you want food poisoning at a high price point and poor customer service, be my guest. I don't know why there is always a queue to get in here. I have met more people who complain of how bad the food is here than who actually rate this place. It's the bottom of the bottom food places. I am convinced some of the 5 star reviews are fake. I had the worst food experience here. Hold that trophy world buffet. Had fried prawns and they tasted like they'd been cooked last year and left there, so I left them on the plate. I went for a second plate and got noodles and black bean sauce which tasted like what i imagine animal excrement would taste like. I was not expecting that at all. It was so awful to the point I gave up eating. Money down to waste. Never again. Save your money. Save yourself from food poisoning . There is zero food standards here... Plus, staff are always rude here.

lovely place for couples or families, and a selection of great food really enjoyed it

I like this place, been about ten times. Food always good, of a higher standard than most buffets and because busy food turns over quickly so never sat for long periods. Excellent amount of choice and of course all u can eat. Brilliant choice of deserts including two separate members of staff, one making fresh ice cream roll and one making crepes (my favs were biscoff ice cream roll but has to be nutella on a crepe). The reason i dont score it any higher is down to, your individual experience on the night as to who serves you. Quite often had drama at the front counter about payment, or their own loyalty scheme or more so when two of our party were delayed after their car got hit on the way. Staff were having none of it and said we either sat without them and they were not allowed to join us on arrival or we had to leave. Great way to treat loyal customers. Does it stop me going, no! Still enjoy the food and sitting chatting with friends. Oh and the birthday music/robot can get annoying lol

The customer service is nothing to write hime about. First, the lady at the pay point was not concerned enough to explain the drinks refill policy to us (which still makes no sense to me), just because one of our party of 3 didn't want a drink. All the other waiting staff were unreasonably rude and unwilling to assist us when called upon. Then I had the worst case of food poisoning afterwards. Then, we were not allowed to take a group photo at the table. This put us all off entirely. This was my 5th and worst experience in W2.

Food decent, nothing special , waiters ignorant. Floor was soaking wet so I slipped over and when I told the waiter that my food was on the floor he just blanked me and walked away , should really have wet floor sign
