food did not arrive at all very unhappy with this service

I never received my order and it’s telling me it’s been delievered.

We waited ten mins over estimated delivery to call restaurant to be informed food was sent to wrong address, they offered to send replacement which we accepted. when food finally arrived after 2 hours the food was tiny portions (about 5 pieces of salt/pepper chicken and TWO mini ribs!) and crammed into the corner of the box that wasn't even sealed correctly. Even the prawn crackers were soggy... When we rang restaurant to inform them of this they were very dismissive and unhelpful.

Normally order from here however will not be ordering again. First of all order was late so rang and they said already been delivered to which it had not. Agreed to send another which is fine however another half an hour later, a soggy box with hardly anything in and curry so thick it was jelly came. Rang back to tell them it’s really unacceptable as waited 2 hours already for them to be rude and unhelpful and put the phone down!

My order was over an hour late orders at 8.20 came at 10:30

We've ordered from here before and the quality was not as good as normal. The food arrived luke warm, with no seasoning. The ribs were tough and the curry sauce was incredibly thick to the point it was hard to stir and dish up. Everything was cooked through but disappointed at the quality. Hopefully it's better if we order again.

Worst Chinese I have ever ordered, the only take away I’ve put straight in the bin. Salt and pepper chicken wasn’t sealed it was in a half opened paper/card container, and was actually cold, it was just plain cold chicken and black onions. No hot bag from the driver, wrong can delivered, hard cold rice. Never again.

Beef Mushroom & Rice were very nice, Wings were tasty too! Chicken balls unfortunately were not really edible, Extremely hard to take a bite out of them. Never had hard chicken before (Chicken itself, not the batter)

arrived late then was no pancakes for the duck so they sent lettuce leaves. did phone up lady told me they had run out of pancake wraps . what's is the purpose of duck rolls with out the rolls. meal was spoilt.

All I can say is it was worth it 💯💯💯

Sent wrong sauce asked for curry for sweet and sour which I’m allergic too so full meal basically gone to waste cos who would eat curry sauce dry. Food freezing

delivery time came and went then they added another 30 minutes to delivery. two hours it took to come. request refund but got a poxy £3 credit!.... customer lost.

order didn't arrive, estimated delivery time came and went, tried to call the restaurant and was met with an answerphone message saying their restaurant is closed until Thursday and they will see us Friday, then when clicking on them via Just-Eat they were "not taking orders" even though the shop shows open 1600-2230. . . DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT

Delivery took 2 hours 50 minutes. Food arrived cold and curry sauce burnt and taste of smoke. Meal was not edible

But it didn’t matter that it was 20 late as the food was great, no complaints at all….YUM

Curry sauce was inedible as it was 2 thick was like jelly and the spare rips barely had any meat in them and when the did it was really dry

extremely greasy chips thay wjere deffo not salt and pepper ones as ordered. ribs dry and meatless. beef was far too chewy. 40 odd pounds spent on wasted food. never again

10/10 they have never let me down they cook nice hot tasty food with loads of flavour !it’s deffo become my go to place for a Chinese takeaway tried years to find a decent one nothing even comes close

Late delivery, food arrived almost 1.5hours after ordering and was mostly cold. Wrong orders received, wrong sauces received meaning the food was dry as the sauces provided were not to our taste. Submitted info and received nothing back

If you want plain chips and bland chicken nuggets, order the salt and pepper chicken because there was no salt and pepper seasoning on them at all. Rubbish.

Chop suey tasted like it had been rinsed in a sieve before serving. The duck rolls were nothing like duck, the chips & egg fried rice were dry, as for the noodles & sweet & sour sauce, they were OK at best. Will not be ordering from here again.

really disappointing this time, noodles were dry very bland and cold, pancake rolls were not the same as usual and didn't taste good at all. very small portion of seaweed. £56 order and not even a bag of prawn crackers thrown in.

Chips taste like they’ve just been warmed up, curry tastes like perfume.

Order arrived late . Ordered beef chow mien and spare ribs was cold and the beef was a challenge on your jaw and the ribs lived up to the name ‘spare’ last time I order from here .

1st time we ordered it was amazing but this this time wasn’t the best the black bean was more spice then any other flavour and the sweet and sour sauce just tasted like vinegar

Friendly service and lots of tasty food, cooked in just 10 minutes for collection. A large selection of 193 dishes (at the time of writing the review), even when discounting the Main Course meals. Main Course further adds to the amount of choice, with 26 sauces/recipes/cooking styles to be made with a choice of 12 meat options (312 possible Main Course combinations at the time of writing this review). Unlike most chinese stores of this type, Main Course dishes can also come with rice or noodles for 30p to £1.50 extra. Quantity was large too. One noodle tub was enough to fill 2 plates. Main Course sauce and meat fills a similar sized tub. Definitely pleased with good: +Phone to counter service +Menu choice +Food flavour and texture (Crispy meat menu items in sauce is sticky on the outside, but this reviewer enjoyed theirs) +Quantity of food in each menu item +Cooking speed for collection (Can't vouch for delivery) It's not on the resturant filled Linthorpe road, but you can be assured wih the quality of food. (2 delivery options: Direct from them, or by Just Eat. Direct delivery is in fact £1.50)

Initial delivery time was 6.10pm, rang at 6.25pm and they said "5 minutes" food finally turned up at 6.40pm. Food was almost stone cold. Very disappointed as we usually love this place. Don't think we will order from here again

Food was gorgeous but it did take a while to come. However, the restaurant did take the delivery free off due to the delay which is a good touch.

Food was ok but the prawns weren’t de-vained (yuck) and the curry whilst spicy hotish was quite flavourless (probably personal taste) The rest of the meal was nice. The delivery guy was friendly and polite.

The food is usually good and reasonably priced compared to other Chinese takeaways, but this time the food came quite late and I found hair in my udon, quite disappointed, probably won't get food from here anymore.

Ordered the combo box and it absolutely superb, totally hit the stop!! 🤤 it was even good reheated the next day. Also the staff and driver were lovely too.

Food was OK. Small portions. Crispy beef nice. Chips cold and not great quality. Chow mein was nice. Chicken soup big lumps of chicken but also big gloopy bits (where the starch clumped together I assume) Got a million questions from the driver when he arrived though... confused as to why..ended up having to show proof we ordered and proof of our address...weird

Order arrived 20 mins late, not a problem but curry sauce missing with our food which to eat is dry, told 1 hour for delivery of sauce which now we have to re heat our rice/food. Not happy at all!!

Absolutely trash, garlic all over the chicken in massive chunks, chips soggy and not cooked properly, payed for drinks and never came with the food. Honestly ridiculous not ordering from here again

I understand about the delivery time, it was a really bad night with relentless rain and bad driving conditions, but to then receive our meal which was barely warm and inedible. We couldn't warm the chicken and the sliced vegetables were wilted and like rubber, the egg fried rice was just a massive lump and wouldn't break down it just went into smaller lumps, the soup is usually beautiful, it was cold and like jelly. We ended up £27.00 out of pocket and nothing to eat.

Fantastic delicious duck in plum sauce... really recommend! Lots of delicious duck. Egg fried rice was very nice too. Delivery was on time.
