Food didn’t arrive. We rang and was told to give it 10 minutes. Ended up waiting another 25 after calling the restaurant shut and we were left with no order still

Little mix up but the food was lovely and quickly resolved - good quality food!

When do you get hoise special curry no prawns, spend over 20 quid no prawn crackers rang them up n got laighed it. IM NOT LAUGHING highly disrespectful and VERY UM PROFESSIONAL sorry pecking has went down hill since new owners won't be buying again from them disgusted and humiliated!!!!

Had to telephone 3 times to see where ordering was and when I got it it was almost cold and the bottle of coke was missing

I usually get my c takeaway from another establishment. My son however goes here. He was buying. I got the beef kung po. I was optimistic going by his experience. Well.....never again! It just wasn't a pleasant experience. The onion was cut too big and was raw.....the sauce wasn't nice. It tasted and looked like a sweet chilli sauce! Not szechuan at all. I couldn't even finish it and most went in the bin. I won't be getting a meal from here again! Even if someone else is paying! Back to my usual takeaway

Was my first visit here and unfortunately it will be my last. I put a note on asking not to make the beef in black bean too peppery. We had 1 person who doesn’t like too much pepper and 2 who don’t mind at all. All 3 couldn’t eat it because of how peppery it was. Everything was either too peppery or too sweet and it all tasted the same. Also paid almost £37 and no free prawn crackers? Sort that out please. It wasn’t disgusting, just wasn’t really nice either.

Food arrived cold apart from the curry sauce and the sweet and sour sauce was lumpy and had an awful taste to it so I couldn’t even eat my food it tasted slimy overall was not pleased with my food at all £33 wasted as I couldn’t eat it

Over an hour late delivery driver took to wrong address chicken balls were nice gravy was like tar and and oily did get free bottle of coke and prawn crackers. Man on phone said it had been delivered to my address when it hadn’t so if driver hadn’t of went back to the address I wouldn’t of got replacement or money back shame really I usually order from here aswell

This is the most disgusting sweet & sour I’ve ever had the misfortune to eat, pancake rolls were frozen from Heron contained no bean sprouts or Chinese veg, weren’t cooked properly. The sweet and sour tasted like it had come out of a jar, batter on chicken was soggy and sauce fluorescent and disgusting, just sweet no sour. I’ve had better ready meals at a fraction of the cost. It was my retirement birthday so thought I’d treat myself but it’s just made me furious

Ordered rice and plain noodles on 2 occasions in the last 2 weeks both times arrived cold and late

I ordered the duck with plum sauce it came in a sickly batter, duck was very small thin pieces and the plum sauce was tasteless. My partner got crispy beef, it was soggy not crispy with the odd vegetable. The fried rice was the best thing and even then it was mediocre. I won’t use this Chinese again it was over £10 per meal as well, very disappointed.

Over an hour wait for delivery but the food was lovely, hot and full of flavour. A brilliant takeaway and really enjoyed.

Rather tasteless especially the soup. Would not order again I’m afraid. Special chow mein had 2 prawns and 1 piece of chicken.

ordered beef chow mein mixed veg egg fried rice curry sauce and spring rolls couldn't fault any of it. it was devine. looking forward to eating the left overs tomorrow. xoxo

Watery and not very flavourful. No sign of peanuts in satay, or coconut milk in thai curry. Just most basic gravy.

We’ve never had a problem with peking Chef before however we’ve now been waiting over an hour , half our order hasn’t turned up . Our delivery driver apparently knocked on our door 3 times ( was at the completely wrong end of Middlesbrough ) then said he broke down on the motor way . The half we have is freezing .

Best curry I have had in years and the sesame toast was delicious would definitely return and delivery was on time and all the food was piping hot

Took me two hours to recover from the devastation. Should be ashamed of yourselves selling PORK instead of DUCK!!! At £11 a "quarter" which is already £1.50 more than all other Chinese places, you then have the audacity to fob people off with PORK. As soon as I smelt it I knew, looked at it & it's blatantly not what I ordered. Didn't attempt to eat. After a hard day & running late with my usual takeaway I feel for this bull****

Food was exceptionally late especially after waiting over an hour for it to even be dispatched. Then all the food came lukewarm to cold. Wontons were soggy, crispy chicken was chewy, chips floppy. Just overall an unpleasant experience. Was extra disappointing because last time I ordered it was great.

The food was nice however the portion size on some of the items was shocking. The crispy duck portion was almost non existent, certainly not worth the cost. They also didn’t look at the notes regarding dietary requirements either. Very disappointed overall.

Although wrong dish turned up when I rang they would send it again I said thank you but then I rang back to say I'm keeping order and they offered a free curry next time I order can't beat that for service

We have waited over 2 hours for our food and the food is stated as ‘delivered’ when it is yet to even be sent out from the restaurant. I pray for the freshest bit of chicken you’ve ever made.

got my order wrong, sent Me some chicken peppers and nuts, could have been allergic....I still have the chicken box, I ordered currysauce, fried rice and chips! was to late to reorder... how'd you get that wrong!!

Missing missing my sweet and sour sauce the chicken egg fried rice was really dry and no taste. Chips tasted like been warmed up. No taste in mushroom egg fu Yong . Honestly wish had not ordered it been a waste of money

Food late no updates only when I asked for support and well the food cold and stale could tell it had been stood there or in transit a while ! Pretty unhappy considering it was nearly a £50 order
