1. Pre-made dishes, I watched beef fried rice and egg fried rice being brought out of the microwave. 2. The food was not fresh. My friend and I spent an average of 50 pounds per person. We ate black rotten crayfish. 3. The waiter was very dirty. When serving the rice, I saw a waiter wearing glasses pouring the rice into the big rice cooker. As a result, she grabbed it directly with her hands. 4. Use a dirty rag to wipe the dishes. Each bowl is wiped with a dirty rag to dry the water stains, and it is done openly. It's disgusting.

¡No te arrepentirás!

A superb venue and very helpful staff (though we did wait a while to be seated....) are a great start for this restaurant. The Dim Sum was very very good but it wasn't excellent (and we expected excellence given the hype) so we wouldn't go back. A good solid performance but didn't smash it out of the ball park......

Trip to London with family to the theatre - googled ‘best pre- theatre menus’ and was delighted to find great food that met my budget, so booked for 5pm. First irritation was that despite booking, and paying a deposit, and seeing tables free upstairs, we were directed downstairs, despite me asking could we stay upstairs. Of course downstairs has very little atmosphere. We were given the a la carte menu, so I asked for the pre theatre one - only to be told that we couldn’t have it as there were 5 of us! I didn’t want to make a scene, and it was only when I got home and read previous reviews that I realised the goal posts seem to be very shiftable on this one - so be warned, and be firm. Of course being downstairs I couldn’t get online to read the small print - now I have double checked I can confirm that there isn’t any, and we were well within the time limit. No reference whatsoever to number requirements. Such a shame as the food was good, the sour taste in my mouth came about from feeling ripped off!

Came here with three friends for dinner. Pleasantly surprised. All food was fresh and tasty. We mainly were veg with one meat dish. Really enjoyed the vegetarian sushi boat, dumplings, and smashed cucumber.

The restaurant is in a quite narrow building so there is not much room and not many tables. Kitchen is on the view so you can see that dumplings are not frozen but made in real time. You can feel it’s not extravagant, more like home-made food. Service is good, swift. I ate seafood and pork dumplings, it was very good experience and day after no digestive issues. Without any doubt it is worth visiting.

Gab and Vivien's service second to none -always felt welcomed when we come out for a get together or evening meal. We did not make any reservation but was given a table . A shame we didn't get to have the lobster dish but Gab was able to recommend some other dishes which was very tasty.

I come to London annually on business at this time of year and am compelled to visit Fei Er every time I visit Westminster. The combination of quite excellent, authentic quisine with incredibly good value for money, make it a must. I’m currently half way through my meal right now and I’m thoroughly enjoying it!!!

Recommended to me by a friend from Hong Kong, I knew it was a safe choice. However, I was even more positively impressed and I would place this place in the top 3 asian cuisine restaurant in London. Among the signature dishes you would expect to find, like Pork Belly Noodles, Roasted Duck BBQ Rice, the menus offers some interesting and international variants, like the Salted Egg Roasted Duck Spaghetti (a HK version of the Italian Carbonara) and a Pineapple Bun with Satay beef, which looks more like a burger. As you can see in the pics, portions are also very generous. Atmosphere is relaxed and staff very quick and friendly. The menu is endless… so I ll have to come over again to try a few more things
