FuLuShou in City of London, Westminster

Gab and Vivien's service second to none -always felt welcomed when we come out for a get together or evening meal. We did not make any reservation but was given a table . A shame we didn't get to have the lobster dish but Gab was able to recommend some other dishes which was very tasty.

Gab’s attentiveness and friendliness really made our evening, and we’ll be back soon for a third time to try the lobster. Really cosy booths to sit in too. We recommend the ho fun noodles with beef, Szechuan prawns and duck spring rolls.

We arrived 15 minutes early for our reservation and they were so apologetic about the wait... when we were the ones early! We loved being able to use the tastecard. The food was great and the server recommended good additions which turned out to be a favorite at the table. We had a great time and didn't feel rushed at all. We have gone twice now and I am sure we will be back.

Me and my partner came here on Valentine’s Day and we had an amazing evening . Firstly the food was great , we had fried crab , satay chicken and aromatic duck with rice and pancakes . Our waiter GAB WAS outstanding so refreshing to have good customer service . He was so attentive and made sure we had a great evening . He went out of his way and was very friendly . I will defo be returning.

La comida estaba muy seca, le faltaba salsa que normalmente viene con el plato. También la carne era muy dura. Probablemente el peor chino que he tenido. No volveré a comer en este restaurante.

I booked FuLuShou for a Saturday night with friends as it was offering 50% off with my tastecard. As all reviews will tell you, it’s in a casino - an absolutely huge place with a big mix of clientele. I had to ask various members of staff where it was & when I got there it took a few minutes standing at the entrance to get anyone’s attention only to find they’d lost my reservation. They cleared away a booth for me (which are on the inside and nicer than the outside tables without a problem though. I was half an hour early so wanted a drink, had to eventually flag down a waiter for a wine list & it wasn’t till 40 minutes after I’d arrived that we were asked what drinks we wanted. The waiting staff when you got their attention were great but there wasn’t enough of them & service was really, really slow. The menu was pretty limited - pretty standard British Chinese fare & my local takeaway has a lot more options. It’s reasonably priced & when it did arrive it was all very tasty. Although by 8 they were giving a wait time of 30 minutes, it didn’t feel overly busy. We had a really nice night all in & with the discount the bill was very reasonable. I didn’t love the casino location though (but that’s probably more about me) & having to flag down staff was annoying so in two minds if I’d go back.

Visitamos el restaurante para una comida tardía después de perder la reserva por 40 minutos debido al tráfico en el área.Nuestro camarero, Gab, era muy servicial y nos acomodó muy rápidamente (el restaurante estaba muy tranquilo debido a la hora de la noche) y nos trajo rápidamente los menús, proporcionándonos recomendaciones y descripciones de algunos de los alimentos. La comida llegó extremadamente rápido, era muy sabrosa y ambos disfrutamos nuestra comida y dejamos el restaurante lleno.Una vez que le informé a Gab que estábamos celebrando el cumpleaños de mis compañeros esa noche, él hizo todo lo posible e incluso sacó un plato de postre decorado, lo cual fue un pensamiento encantador.En general, una gran comida con comida encantadora. Sin duda volveremos a este restaurante!

Fuimos allí a cenar, era nuestra primera vez y no teníamos ni idea de cómo sería la comida. No solo la comida era muy buena, pero nuestro camarero Gabe fue realmente servicial e hizo todo lo posible para mantenernos felices. Gracias y bien hecho.

Garry & I, plus our wifes having been coming to FuLushou for over 10 years now, and we never got tired of telling family & friends how great it was, and how you got 5 star quality and choice at Gastro Pub prices.We arrived on Sunday to a new menu, a new drinks list and no sign of our favourite restaurant manager. The service was transactional, with no warmth and friendliness we've come to know over the years.The choice has been cut by around 30% and both our favourite dishes had gone - the best Thai Green Curry in the UK.We notice the prices had gone up, and the wine list dissapointed, with the cheapest standard sized glass of wine @ £10. The food quality was good, but failed to live up to it's usual wow factor.When the bill arrived we were dismayed to see a 12.5% discretionary service charged added to an already inflated total when compared to previous visits, and we insisted the charge be taken off as delivering food and collecting dishes is what your paid for, gratuities are earned by going beyond the standard. I'm disappointed to say that was our last visit to Fulusou - A Sad Day

Muy contento de que este restaurante nos lo recomendaron! No solo teníamos la comida más increíble, ¡sino que nuestro servidor Dora era una joya absoluta! Ella aconsejó algunos platos impresionantes que solo puedo describir como posiblemente la mejor comida que hemos tenido. La comida fue sazonada a la perfección! Probamos algunos entrantes y luego teníamos dos canales principales de salmón. Luego pedimos una langosta. Bueno, ¡la mejor langosta de todos! ! Los chefs son claramente del más alto nivel y no podemos elogiarlos lo suficiente.

Estuve muy impresionado con su supervisor de restaurante, Ibrahim, que fue amable y servicial. Logró resolver un pequeño problema. Disfrutamos la comida nueva que se agregó al nuevo menú. La langosta de Malasia era buena. Yo preferiría que los fideos se fríen y no con salsa. Regresaré de nuevo.

A pesar de estar dentro de un casino, que era un ambiente muy agradable y tranquilo. Nuestra camarera era precioso y la comida era servida rápido, lo cual es fantástico, ya que compramos como una pre-oferta de teatro. Tuvimos la bolas de gambas y rollitos de primavera para compartir como entrante y luego elegimos pollo dulce y agria y carne de alubias negras para nuestros platos principales, que eran las dos preciosas. Como parte de nuestra oferta, pan de gambas y bebidas (vino de la casa, o una bebida sofr carlsburg) estaban incluidas, lo cual fue una sorpresa muy agradable.

Después de parar para ponerse al día con un amigo que nos hacíamos un bocado para comer en el restaurante FuLuShou en el imperio del Casino.

Habiendo sido comprado entradas para un espectáculo de teatro para mí y mi madre, estaba incluido dentro de la FuLuShou precio paquete para una cena antes del teatro. Yo había hecho mis investigaciones anteriormente, leí las críticas, y así sabía que el restaurante estaba a un casino en Leicester Square.

Un buen restaurante (arriba) como parte del casino. . . . Nuevo menú de con langostas frescas en vivo. La comida es muy deliciosa (chef headhunted de un hotel de primera en Hong Kong). El pato, el Pancake filetes de lubina, la sopa caliente y amarga, los granos fritos xo, más otros comida japonesa fusión local y algunos están en el extenso menú. Usted puede elegir para sentarse en el interior o en el balcón y ver el abajo!

Había visto el menú en una visita anterior y me pareció un lugar que merece la pena probar. 4 de nosotros decidimos mientras toma una bebida para ver si una mesa disponible en tan breve plazo y pudimos conseguir uno. El servicio era excelente y el estar en un casino real tenía un buzz para el lugar. La comida era adorable y muy bien de precio, sin duda el uso de nuevo como pasamos una noche allí

Promedio de una comida de calidad con todos los platos servidos en un pez pesado y pasta chip. Servicio indiferente. Por lo menos era barato!

La entrada es muy céntrica, en Leicester Square, y por lo tanto muy accesible desde la estación de metro de Leicester Square. A través de la entrada principal del Casino Empire.

I did visit the Empire Casino several times but it was the very first time having dinner in the restaurant. The menu is completely Asian orientated even thought you can find an excellent Lobster Special selection for a great price. Beautifully served, fresh and complete...

This must have been my 8th visit to Fulushou and for me the food and the service just seems to get better and better, this time around we had a new menu to choose from and I was glad to see lots of new dishes as well as all the old favourites on the menu.The Tempura King Prawns are amazing and the Chicken & Swetcorn soup is so tasty and authentic, as for the main courses they are all brilliant but the Thai Green Curry has a great kick to it and the Teriaki Salmon is just fabulous as is the sizzling fillets steak in black bean sauce. The restaurant team are very friendly and attentive and the food arrives quickly and very hot. The Fulushou is a hidden gem sitting in the Empire Casino in Leicester Square and I almost feel. Bad telling everyone how good it is just in case it gets so busy that I can't get a table...

Valentines day this year and being newly weds we spent the day in London with my husband and decided to have a flutter at the empire. Around 6pm we got a little hungry and decided to see whether there were restaurants in there which Fulushou was right in front of us. We decided to go in. The decor looked lovely, it was nice and quiet as it was still early evening and therefore we were seen to immediately. We ordered crackers to start with chili dip, sesame prawn toast and half a duck. For mains we ordered Fillet beef in black been sauce with mixed peppers, we ordered pad Thai, chicken in oyster and garlic sauce and mixed veg. Really was delicious and we left feeling really content. The service and food were quality

Had an enjoyable meal here with friends who also wanted to check out the Casino scene at the same time. The food was very good, meat tender and the Asian dishes tasty. Service was friendly and the staff helpful. We ordered 4 dishes so we could have a taste of everything. An enjoyable meal. There is however a bit of noise from the Casino, (and bar area if there happens to be a match on the sports channel) so better to sit in a booth if possible.

I lived in China for a while a long time ago and it changed my view on Chinese food which, in the UK at that time, was predominantly of the indifferent take-away kind. Since then I have been a bit fussy about Chinese restaurants because of how exceptional Chinese food can be. I love Sichuan food but I have to say that the food at FuLuShou is really great and good value. It is the reason I discovered the Empire Casino, but worthy of a visit for its own sake!

I visited here on the 16th August. I pre booked a table, but the restaurant wasn't full so I got to pick where I wanted to be seated, I chose the balcony where it over looks the casino. The staff were friendly on arrival and we was seated quickly. The drinks order came straight away. The food was delicious, I would definitely eat here again. Plus it is very reasonably priced as well.

Service was ok and food was very tasty.Went there for a friends birthday and had a good time and prices of the dishes were very reasonable.

This restaurant is inside a casino in the heart of Leicester Square. It has great food better than the restaurants in China town. The food was perfectly seasoned, the meat melted in your mouth and vegetables were juicy. Staff are friendly, but the waitress we had it was hard to get her attention even though she only had two other tables to attend to.

Today was the 4th time that we went eat in fulushow for the nice food but everytime we were served by a brown hair waitress, named Zita, who was not aweful but more...No thanks,no welcome, absolutly nothing. Especially tonight her service was so poor...to ask for a drink we had to wait 10 minutes because she was never looking to us and as soon as we could have her attention she was looking like we were disturbing her. Only a waiter called Antonio was really friendly with us and tried to make us as happy as he could. At the end we asked for our wow card discount. Excellent, from 75 to 65 circa with service charge included. As we are waiter too and we can distinguish a good service from a poor one we asked to take off the service charge. When my collegue went to pay the waitress tried to let her pay the total ammont of 75 hoping we could not see the mistake.Such good food but with such poor service. The managment should tell to this lady that laughing a little bit more with the customer would be a good thing. Compliments to the chef and to Antonio!!!

Restaurant is inside a Empire Casino a bit of confusion to find the way in but anyway food was decent and prices. Chicken in black bean was awesome and the vegetable garlic was nice with noodles. Staff & service was ok and atmosphere inside is cool as you can see the casino. It's worth for a try if around in London food is much better than china town.

Staff's attention seemed to be split between our crawlspace of a restaurant and some tables next to it that were graced with tablecloths and good service. Took ages to seat us despite us arriving just after our reservation time and the place being pretty much empty. We weren't given much attention at all after being seated, finally waiter asked if we were ready to order despite us not having a drinks menu. Food was actually ok, even if one starter arrived a while after the rest, but again just felt a bit like we were being ignored for the duration of the meal. Some mains a little overpriced for what they were; ramen noodle soup just looked and tasted like a big bowl of nothing in broth, however at the same time dishes like phad thai were very reasonably priced for a generous portion.Again had to wait quite some time for the bill (after asking one waiter, him saying he'll get it and proceeding to clean tables, is then having to ask another), at which point we'd already decided to request the discretionary service charge be removed from the bill. When it turned up not only had service been added but also a donation to a charity (of which we had no prior notification on the menu/signs). When I asked for both to be removed the waitress asked why! Probably a good alternative to bar snacks if you're spending the night at the casino anyway but otherwise wouldn't recommend.

Had a great meal out at the FuLuShu Asian Fusion restaurant last Saturday night with a group of friends and I have to say the food and the service was excellent, our waiter "Lorenzo" looked after us brilliantly from the moment we arrived to the moment we left and he really made the meal occasion feel special. The food itself is not only very tasty, fresh and appetising but the prices represent great value for money, my tip would be to have the Tempura Tiger prawns to start and the sizzling beef for your main course or maybe even the Thai Green Curry which was fantastic.I can't wait to return for another meal at the Fulushu as it's rare to find great food, great service and great value for money all in one restaurant.

I chose this restaurant based on other reviews. Whilst there is nothing particularly wrong with this restaurant the other reviews are so wildly exaggerated as to make one suspicious.The service is fine and the food is very nice but that is it. You will not leave here thinking "wow i must go back"..but equally if somebody took you there you wouldnt be disappointed. Its that sort of place .."OK"However, in a city with as many and varied restaurants as London there are plenty of others I'd go to before here.Out of 10: food 7, service 7, atmosphere 3, overall 5

I went on a voucher deal so I was not expecting that much but I must say me and my mum were very surprised the food was really good and we really enjoyed our food full of taste and the service was excellent to so all in all really good value we also we in the icon bar after and the cocktails were amazing and I would come back to this place .

I will go back to this restaurant over and over again, we had the best service, best food, best atmosphere ever! We had somuch fun we didnt want to leave even though we had work the next day.

We went into the restaurant after I saw an advertisement in the casino. The service was ok. We asked for the 2 courses for £12 menu and the waiter asked us for our code to which I replied its just a menu on the website? He seated us and walked away. He came back around 20 mins later With a 2 for £12 menu! I ordered prawn dumplings for starter and sweet and sour chicken with rice for main and my boyfriend spring rolls and chicken in black bean sauce with rice. The portions were big and the food was definitely in the top two Chinese I've had! Amazing!

So happy I wasn't put off with it being inside a Casino. Absolutely delicious. Next time I visit London, will definitely go again!!
