Authentic Chinese food, great Peking duck and seafood. Had a great Chinese New Year dinner, good ambience and service is attentive.

Food was not great at all and very dry, dishes were lukewarm and you could tell had been pre cooked due to the speed at which they came out. As a fine dining restaurant you would expect freshly cooked food which was at least hot. Service was shocking and when asked to remove service charge I was given stern looks by all waiting staff, with some seen gossiping and laughing. I was then questioned and argued with being forced in paying the charge as the staff felt like they gave good service. This should be up to the customer to decide and it should be my final decision not theirs but they insisted which was unacceptable. Management must have changed as a few years ago the restaurant was great but now nothing special at all. It's a shame but I don't think I will return and would not recommend.

The table was booked months in advance and cancelled last minute on Chinese new year. The restaurant wanted confirmation they could take a deposit and disregarded my call to them confirming they could. Impossible to get another booking. Very inefficient and unreliable and a terrible let down on Chinese new year day.

We came to Imperial Treasure after hearing amazing things. We didn’t order their signature duck but opted to eat off their a la carte menu. We had an early seating and so the restaurant was pretty quiet when we arrived. We were seated quickly and had our drinks and food order taken within 10 mins of arriving. The food was good, but nothing particularly special. We had the 6 piece dim sum, vegetable spring rolls, lemon chicken, beef ho fun and bbq chat Sui pork. The meat was definitely of a higher quality than most high street Chinese places but so much for expensive. With one beer and a cocktail our bill came to over £175. The servers were very attentive, and the food was nice, it did seem over priced. We recently visited a Chinese restaurant in Westminster for a third of the price and it was equally as good if not better. The table next to us did have the duck - it looked delicious but the chef did not carve all the meat and left a lot on the bone which for £90+ seems ridiculous. Save your money and go to china town!

The food was excellent. The BEST Peking duck in London!!! The meat was so juicy & tender. We also ordered dim sum - deep fried lobster roll & Iberico Sar Siew Pao. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Sunday brunch - some of the reviews made me question our decision but a really lovely restaurant. Service was friendly, efficient and very subtle too. I wasn’t made to feel bad when I needed a fork! The dim sum was exceptional. Tasty, good size portions and beautiful to look at. We will definitely be back!

I am afraid this restaurant is not as good as before. Here is why, first of all the food, we ordered lobster rolls, it was swimming in oil. BBQ Char siu pork was too tough. The other 2 dishes were good. The service, the waiter that served us was competent but for a restaurant that cost £250 for 2 (could have been £300, if the food was better because I would have ordered more) his altitude was below expectations. If this restaurant charge half the price then it would be ok, but for double the money I would not recommend.

Excellent fine dining Chinese. Well presented and beautifully prepared. A very young/hip crowd at 8:30pm on a Wednesday. Attentive and efficient service and a very friendly hostess.

Have you ever felt like you were invisible in a restaurant? Well try Imperial Treasures, If you are not of Asian descent, be prepared to wait for service and food. We arrived and were seated immediately in an area with 5 tables. Only one table was being served. We ordered a Diet Coke and a red wine. The cheapest glass of wine was 33 pounds or about $40 US. It was a Brunello and I did expect it to be pricey. The 5 tables around us filled up fast. And speaking of the table, for a Michelin restaurant not to have a tablecloth is unacceptable. Anyway, back to the service. We ordered 2 appetizers and 2 entrees. The entrees were very simple beef and broccoli and chicken with cashews. Rice was extra but 30 pounds for a bowl of rice??? That is about $39 US for rice. The tables around us were all seated with Asian customers. The waiters and staff fell all over these tables. They had Peking duck sliced at the tables with several courses while we waited for our entrees. An hour later, after all the other tables had finished their meals, we finally received our 2 simple entrees. The table next to ours, which had been seated about 10 minutes after us, had already finished their Peking duck as well as 2 other courses, paid their bill and left and we were just finishing our entrees. They immediately seated another group of 4 at that table. Then to add insult to injury, when we asked for our check, our waiter thought it more prudent to take the order of that new table of 4 before we got our check. Our waiter served us our food and refilled our water once and that is all the service we received. We truly felt invisible to the entire staff. Awful All in all, for a Michelin restaurant, this was certainly no treasure. I love Chinese food but this was nothing special. We paid $276 US for mediocre overpriced Chinese food and lousy service. It is right next to the Hotel Sofitel where we were staying. Eat at the Wild Honey at the hotel! Excellent!

One of the worst food experiences this year. I literally left hungry. To be honest, meat dishes looked good, but if you are vegetarian there is nothing to eat. I only could have a soup, spring roll and side vegetables. That's all they have on offer. It's shocking that such a a central restaurant is not intrested in making money (I would be happy to order some quality real food). It was also embarrassing for my friends that they recommend coming here. Funny enough they have some tofu dishes but soaked in beef or prawns. Just to be sure that vegetarians are not welcome here. If your are vegan, I presume water only. After all we evacuated as quick as possible to find something to eat

The food was refined, delicious and generous. The wine specialist gave us the best advice about a wine matured in an amphora. We really enjoyed our experience at the restaurant.

At this price range, 100 gbp per person, I would not expect we were given the bill without being asked if we wanted dessert or coffee, and told that we have finished as the table was required for another group of guests. Food is good, by UK standard.

Privileged to be treated to a private dining experience at the Imperial Treasure recently. I have visited several times previously both in London and Singapore and always have a very special meal – among the favourites I always make sure to order a Peking duck, which is expensive worth it as a very special dish that Imperial does better than any other restaurant. For this visit our hosts selected some new dishes for us to try, including lobster with braised noodle, ginger and spring onion and Turbot steamed with soya sauce. The turbot was deliciously moist, cooked to perfection with just the right amount of seasoning from the soy. Wonderful memories of this visit !
