The best restaurants serving Chinese food in East Midlands

They always deliver and pay attention to requests closely. The deep fried starter for two is great value. If forced to point to one thing I’d like improved it would be a bit more chicken in the soup.

They close quite early at 9.30 but did visit mid week.

Absolutely astonishing!! It was the best chinese food we have ever had. We have never had such a fresh, tasting, beautiful meal. Ordered online ready within 15 minutes for collection. We stopped having chinese for a long time due to other places around melbourne Derby area being so greasy poor quality in food. We thought we would take a risk, and my gosh, it was worth it!!!

Sorry to say probably the worst iv had . Food was tasteless. Im not one to usually leave negative reviews id rather not leave one at all but only went here judging by previous reviews. Had starters and mains both of which were flavourless, starters were bland , beef chow mein was so tough didn't even bother after the first few fork fulls , salt and pepper chips were frozen chips with tossed insome kind of sauce . No one came to ask if we were enjoying our meal so i could bring any of this to thier attention at the end of the meal i had to ask the young girl to speak to the owner for me on which the reply was " nothing she can do " on paying the bill i brought it up again and was told ill take £10 off the bill . Unhappy customers ☹️

First visit & won’t be the last! All you can eat — order from the menu. Food was so fresh & tasty, good portion sizes, amazing service & very well priced. We were told it’s just gone under new management & I wish them the best of luck — keep up that standard of food & you will definitely succeed! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First time coming to Northampton and found this place on google. Service wasn’t bad but the is not worth the money. Sweat and sour chicken wasn’t even cooked properly. Rice had no flavour and the beef short rips was good

Called up to order and sat on the phone for 6 minutes with no talking after them saying one moment and when the phone was picked back up the phone was put down

One of the worst Chinese I have had. Soggy aromatic duck, watery, very little tasting satay chicken with the cheapest chicken you can imagine , they even ruined the crispy seaweed, barely any flavour and not crispy. Poor tasting chow mein and £30 for it all. I could cook quickishes far superior one third the cost. How have they got 4.3 reviews star...... Unbelievable, I won't ever return or recommend. I have eaten in cheap and expensive restaurants. This is absolute rubbish. A whether spoons would cook you a much nicer Chinese dish for so much cheaper. Even if I paid £15 for all these dishes I wouldn't be happy. Rothwell deserves much better than this.

Never had a bad meal from here, always cooked fresh, always hot good portion sizes, Staff are friendly and waiting times arent that bad (Saturday evening can be busy, I'd recommend ordering by telephone ) the only draw backs are it's a cash only establishment & not on JE, UE or any other delvery platforms.

Our usual Chinese takeaway was shut, so we decided to give the little bridge our business. So glad we did! It was delicious! Yes portion sizes are smaller than our regular, but the quality was superior. I'd rather have quality than quantity. We'll definitely be back!
