The best restaurants serving Chinese food in England

I ordered on Friday evening for takeout. Spent all night and Saturday spewing my guts out as I had food poisoning from the munch box.

Ordered food online at 7pm and didn't receive it until 9.30pm and phoned twice in-between asking where it was. My daughter had to go to bed without any as she was too tired and it ruined my mother's day tea. When we finally got it the crispy duck was chewy, worst I've ever had. Salt and pepper chips and squid were actually salt and chilli flavour. And special fried rice had about 3 prawns in it and didn't taste like what I have had before. Overall a very bad take away so won't be using again.

Avoid. Absolutely overpriced Rubbish. We will never use this place again Prices have increased a lot, quality down creased a lot. Singapore noodles , bland and tasteless like they’d just come out of water. No curry or splines no chilli. Fatty chewy bits of chicken Pan cake rolls. Greasy,so soft fell apart. Tasteless Ingredients which were only beansprouts. Overall taste of cooking oil Chow mein ok. Can’t really mess that up although a little greasy. Hot and sour soup. An improvement at least had a flavour. Orig tasted like cornflour Chinese pork, pork ok 6 pieces on loads of bean sprouts in a horrible yellowish oily sauce. This place has never been great but ok Now it’s dreadful. Maybe the fault lies with a rubbish cook.

Excelente comida para llevar Pedimos comida esta noche carne crujiente fría, char siu curry huevo joven especial arroz frito y patatas fritas entregado rápidamente y delicioso gracias

Huge helpings and nice tasty food would recommend this takeaway. Also very handy for delivery if needed

Ehhhh OK vomit inducing,stodgey and gristle,now if this your idea of dinner then go for it, mine went into bin AGAIN yes again, I decided to give them one last go, and disgusting slop and think place needs proper chef who understands how to actually cook a beef curry. No more chances

Ordered our food at 5-45 before we so called rush and was told 3/4 of an hour…all good ..however two and a half hours later it arrives…Luke warm at best ☹️. The experience was marred by the complacency of the staff and driver who just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. In all a very bad experience.

Rang ahead with order, only had to wait a couple of mins for it to be completed. Absolutely lovely meal, we thoroughly enjoyed it and have no complaints

We have had food delivered once before this and all was okay, however on this occasion food was ordered for delivery at 7.00pm. At 7.30 having had no food delivered I tried to call to ask when we might expect food to arrive. Line constantly engaged. I tried to send an email via their website, it got returned as undeliverable. At 8.00pm and with a very hungry son I felt I had no option but to drive to the shop to check up on my order. Half way there and husband called to say it had arrived so I returned home. No apology from driver and husband asked why the very long delay, apparently the driver had had an accident. I feel a phone call to explain what had happened would have been acceptable and I would understand the delay. Food on arrival was okay but chicken ball’s were not hot, just warm. And all the trying to chase put a dampener on the meal and instead of enjoying we just ate quickly as we were so hungry. Very disappointed!

La peor comida china de mi vida. Tengo dos platos uno de fideos de setas y otro pollo Schezwan. El sabor del pollo era horrible, parece que hierven pollo con otra carne también. Incluso el hongo era insípido, solo olor extraño al agua. Sin conocimiento sobre alérgenos. Horrible experiencia

Ordered a delivery via the restaurant directly. I have used this place for a number of years now However I won't be using them anymore. My issue is that I can't imagine the Chef or cook is blind. So I take it as an insult when I get sent food that should never have been sent to ANY customer let alone a long time regular like mysel. The Chicken Balls were dark brown, hard and some welded together. Believe me they looked and were ridiculosly bad. The Curry was like water. Totally lacking in flavour and body. Awful. The FACT I was sent this tells me how contemptuous they can be. AVOID

Great food as always. But be aware when ordering online you pay over a pound more per dish. And a service charge. So although collected as normal cost us nearly £5 more for a couple of dishes.

Again wrong order delivered I ordered king prawn curry got chicken curry yet got charged extra for king prawn this has happened twice now

We've eaten from here before and it was good. However, this time was very disappointing. I had the crispy beef strips in batter. I have these regularly from my usual Chinese so I expected them to be similar. Unfortunately they were just batter - I cut into one and it had the thinnest strip of beef in it that I just couldn't taste. Portion sizes were good but maybe focus on the quality of food as opposed to quantity.
