The delivery driver had difficulty finding my house . He phoned when he was outside and I told him he was at the house and to come out and turn left . He came to my back door and I pointed out where the front door was . While he passed me the food in a terse manner he said ‘ what difference does it make - you have your food?’ To which I replied - ‘ don’t be so rude !’ He then told me to F off ! I phoned the manager to tell him what had happened and told him I would never order food from them again , He replied ‘no problem’. Apart from that - the food is overpriced and ordinary whereas two years ago it was reasonably priced and very good .

Absolutely appalling service. Can’t rate the food as we never received it. Ordered and selected delivery for 6.30. By 7.20, it still hadn’t come so I rang to say it was nearly an hour late. No apology, but was told they would ring the driver to see where he was and ring me back. I never heard back. About 8 o’clock I rang again to say it was now an hour and a half late and no one had rung me back. Still no apology. I gave the same information again, waited a few moments and heard a lot of background noise, then the line went dead. I tried ringing back over a dozen times but the line was engaged. I finally got through at 8.15. I explained the situation AGAIN. Still no apology. Was asked the same questions, hung on waiting and listening to background noise - this time for 7 minutes - before the line went dead. About 9 I started calling again. Eventually I got through and asked to cancel the order and asked for a refund. After a while I was told “that’s fine we’ll give you a refund.” Still no apology, and it most definitely was not fine. The food was over two and a half hours late - I wonder if it would have ever come at all. Our evening was ruined, we’d been hanging around not wanting to really start watching or doing anything thinking the food was going to arrive, we’d had the oven on and plates warming for about the first 40 minutes which was a waste of electricity, and one family member isn’t supposed to eat much past 8pm for health reasons. We ate cereal at gone 9pm. I’ve never known a delivery to be so late, I’ve never had to chase a delivery so much and still got nowhere, and to not receive an apology at all makes it even more infuriating. I’ll have to contact them again soon if I don’t get my refund. Definitely won’t be using them again.

Just can’t fault this restaurant. Never had a bad experience, food always delivered hot and tasty. On Saturday night by takeaway was delivered within 20 minutes!

Ordered a takeaway and was very impressed. Portion sizes were very generous and the food was excellent. Fantastic vegan options and I thought it was very good value for money. My new go to.

I am changing the 1 star review to 4 as in the last few years its got better,yes it was awful I will admit but.....since getting deliveries over the last year or so it's become very good......chicken chow mein is lovely and so it crispy chilli beef.....cant say fairer than that when the food has improved :)

Their food is delicious but their delivery is shocking and steadily getting worse each time. Over an hour late this time, making it 2 hours from when placing the order. If they can't meet the time they state, they should be more transparent and honest about a realistic timeframe.
