Please avoid this chippy constantly messing up delivery’s ordered food only sent half so 1st half went cold while I wAs waiting for the rest to be delivered I cut me losses and told him to take it all back £18 out of pocket but know not to use again

We had an absolutely delicious meal delivered from this takeaway on valentines day last week. It was a big order but it came with nothing missing and even some suprise extras (pop and fortune cookies). Highly recommended.

Never ever has this chippy got my food right so I ring up because my meal would be spoilt and they make a lier out of me saying I'm wrong when I wouldn't bother ringing up if I had the food infront of me!, the Chinese women I spoke to was so rude and it's not the only bad thing I have heard about this place!.. saying they will bring my food which I have paid for and they still haven't been now!

Asked for a special butty for me and my partner, I asked for the barm to be on top and not underneath to stop them going soggy and was told I would be charged extra for this. When I asked why because I'm getting the exact same thing in the box I was told no. Left the shop would not recommend as I received terrible service!!!

Recently ordered a Chinese takeaway from the Golden Flower. There was a minimum order price and also a delivery charge to pay, making the meal total for 1 over £8. Food was hot on delivery and very tasty - huge portion of rice, could easily reduce the size to avoid throwing about half of it away.

Ordered a combo for me and my friend and ask if we could swop soup to a different one as my friend doesn't like chick and sweet corn and was going to be charged a extra 2.00 for a simple soup swop

Absolutely our fav takeaway at the moment the delivery time is great and the food is awesome you gotta try the mussels in black bean as a starter they are proper lush as are the shu mai and the mains are just top notch . special foo yung and chicken in cashew are proper . our takeaway of choice at present , give it a try an you wont be disappointed.

i have had a variety of meals from here and never had an issue - however i do feel sometimes the prices are slightly steep. the portions are generous.

Yet another once fine chippy that has gone down the pan not as bad as the Dolphin but not far off. When are these business owners going to realise that the vast majority of the general public would happily pay that bit extra for their meal if the business were to improve the quality of their produce, it's not rocket science.

6 Regent StTRULY DISAPPOINTED – AWFUL FOOD & CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have ordered from this restaurant many times, and the food is usually great. However, on this occasion, I was extremely disappointed. Despite spending over £40, half of the food was undercooked, inedible, and simply not up to standard. I called to express my concerns, hoping for a reasonable resolution, but instead, I was met with terrible customer service. The owner called me back, and rather than listening or addressing the issue professionally, she was rude and dismissive. I politely requested a partial refund for the food that was not edible, which I believe is a fair and reasonable request. Instead, I spent 15 minutes being spoken to aggressively, accused of lying, and insulted. At one point, I mentioned that the food was still here and could be collected if needed. However, after being shouted at and treated so poorly, I no longer felt comfortable having the owner come to my home. I work hard for my money, as do the staff at this restaurant, which is why I expected better treatment. Requesting a refund for food that could not be eaten is not unreasonable—it’s basic customer service. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won’t be ordering from here again.

208-210 Liverpool RoadIt's constantly online and seems to be taking money from people, yet it's been closed since early December. There's still prawn crackers in the hot hold that have been there for months. I live facing it, not once has it been open. Don't try and order from here.
