I love ordering from here food is great and it’s always delivered pretty fast !! Love the phad thai and the crispy bbq beef !!

The Salt & Pepper box is nice, but the ribs are often quite dry and somewhat tasteless. Chips can be hit and miss, on a good day they are nice and soft, other times they can be quite crispy. Also, there was too much onion in our last Salt and Pepper box and it had been cut with large slices so was overwhelming. Delivery usually slow and it isn't uncommon to wait 60 minutes or more even for a small order (this is not including the 45 minutes advertised). Nice on the whole and will return.

I got salt and pepper king prawns and they were not real prawns. They were made from reformed mush loaded with salt and sugar to hide the fakery. I also got a Thai red curry and it was not even close to real Thai curry. It was slimy, sugary sirup with no Thai flavours or coconut milk and just like the prawns, it was not even real chicken, it was rubbery, reformed, fake meat. I ate a few prawns, and 1 piece of chicken and then had to throw it all in the bin because it was inedible. There was no way i was putting that garbage into my body.

Noodles so greasy and not much meat I through 3 qtrs away the wife's mushroom omelette to greasy sat on chips and peas not as advertised as she is allergic to peas so could not eat it what a waste of money £20.50

Charged £7.50 for chips curry and a sausage, with a can of coke, took 20 mins to cook it up. Paid by card but then said to my mate he would have to spend a 10er to pay by card. The portion of chips is shocking hardly any curry, definitely won't be coming back and will be advising family and friends to say clear of place. Sort it out

Chicken cooked but looked greasy and slimy even cat won't eat it.i feel really un easy about eating the rest of this and I've just spent almost £30 😞 Lady was polite but the till area is full of suitcases and god knows what else I should of ran a mile really

This was an online order. States on the bottom of the paper menu unrefundable so clearly they know how poor it is. Staff also said I only wanted a refund because I was young and had no money? Also said she wanted to keep a percentage of my money to help her? And would only give me a slight refund because of the inconvenience it caused her. Her boss was shouting at her even though she dictated her self and told me it was her business she ran for 20 years. 20 years of ripping people off and giving them food poisoning. She was crying to me then shouting and arguing. Not actually finding a solution. It was all about her no way to help the customers. The area were they cook the food is absolutely diabolical, looks like a landfill site. Only go here if you want to put into an early grave 😂🫣 needs shutting down!!!!!

Since moving to Runcorn 4 years ago, we struggled to find a Chinese takeaway that had decent food, good prices and friendly staff. Win house definitely has all three of those in spades, their ribs are especially to die for and portion sizes are immense! Always greeted with a friendly smile by all members of staff, food is always fresh, piping hot and of brilliant quality. We usually collect our order but have had it delivered a few times, even the delivery drivers are great, and when told it could take a while for delivery they always turn up earlier than expected. We would never go elsewhere for our takeaways, we have recommended to lots of family and friends who have also started ordering through here. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!

Been our go to Chinese for the last 10 years. Never had any issue (we allways pickup) and the food has been great!

Chichen was nice and hot but I would not call it crispy chicken and the honey sauce was very gloopy looking with no taste

Received a delivery this evening, and the food was not up to usual standards. The free prawn crackers were stale. The chicken was cold and the duck and pancakes where awful considering the price with barely any duck. I've eaten here many times and always had nice food but tonight this was not so good.

This is by far the best chippy in runcorn the food is always tasty and fresh and the owners are so polite and friendly try there hot and sour soup it's the very best I've ever had . They deliver your food in good time to excellent sevice

Was not pleased with the service that I received, food was stone cold and chicken balls were raw, had food poisoning for a week after. munchy box was greasy and grimy and had no flavour to anything. walked in the restaurant and there was a little boy sitting on the front desk playing games on his laptop and shouting. Extremely disappointed as i know that this restaurant has had good reviews and i feel as if i was let down greatly. will not be dining in this establishment again, please improve your service and stop the child at the front desk

Don’t waste your money. £32 for the following rubbish… Chicken Fried Rice - basically a large portion of Egg Fried Rice, no chicken. Chicken Black Bean - Loads of Veg and about 3 pieces of chicken. Salt and Pepper Chicken Pieces - The worst portion I’ve ever seen, tiny pieces overloaded with onion. Stale Prawn Crackers. Honestly, I’m not one to complain, but we want to say this is appalling compared to other local Chineses (we only ordered from here so we could do it online) and they asked us to cb in 15 mins, too busy. Please don’t waste your money on this place, you’ll be as angry as we are and you can see that via all the other reviews, I just wish I’d have checked them before hand!

Enjoyed the chips, fish and gravy, but the peas were awful. My daughter had chicken balls and chips that were excellent. The noodle box was excellent. Please change the peas.

Absolutely horrible food. The only reason anyone orders from here is because you can pay with card online, unlike a lot of other chippys in Runcorn. Get some cash out and go Langdale instead.

This is the worst take away ever, delivery service is awful waiting way over the delivery time they say. Food is so salty you are drinking for the rest of the night to quench your thirst. When you call to ask where order is you are either fobbed off with it’s on its way. I will strongly recommend you look else where for a Chinese, I certainly won’t be going back.

Best Chinese takeaway in Runcorn and won't go anywhere else now. I've been going to Win Kitchen for over a year now and the staff are always very friendly each time I call up and even on 1st name terms now haha I always get chicken skewers in satay sauce with noodles, seaweed, pancakes and salt and pepper big chicken balls and every single time it's been perfect and always delivered hot and fresh. Highly recommended by far. The only slight thing is that it can take a little longer than usual delivery time but I don't mind waiting especially when I'm getting lovely quality food. Best Chinese food EVER.

Rice was cold chips where missing off my order even after being charged £2.10 for them and food was ordered at 18.45 but did not arrive until 20.35 not impressed at all

My favourite place! Always where I buy my chinese meals from in Runcorn, I adore the salt n pepper munchy box. It is very heavily seasoned and may be "too salty" for some who like things plain, but that's why I love it as it has great flavour. Amazing rice, chips, ribs, curry etc. Other people will moan about anything, but I love it and always good staff and tasty food done with care. Ordering another today as a treat (:

This was possibly the worst food I've ever tasted £30+ in the bin. 1/4 of aromatic duck pancakes were stuck together and hard around the edges. Duck was dry. Teaspoon of watered down hoisin sauce. Beef in Cantonese sauce couldnt taste anything but salt. Ive never tasted Cantonese sauce like that before. Wouldnt even feed this to my dog awful

If you like a very greasy meal then it's the place for you, but don't waste your money on the crispy won tons, they are just pastry, no filling to be seen. WILL NOT WASTE ANYMORE MONEY HERE. First time ordering, spent £35, will never order again.

Had to wait over 2 hours for the most awful food... I ordered Thai sliced chicken in sweet chilli, there was something weird taste to the sauce, the batter on the chicken was slimy, the prawn crackers were stale, honey ribs the sauce was like jelly and the ribs had fat right thru them all, not even edible. Also rice does not come with the meals, this cost 22 pounds for 3 meals, will never go there again.

Had a email from owner reference review , new website. Great with all the covid stuff. Just tried to order all my food salt and pepper munch set and asked to change chips for small portion of curry. Chef said no , so gone to China Express who were great. Never order again. Poor phone manner and service

First time ordering tonight. Food came quickly which was good and the delivery driver was nice. Appetisers were ok and the chips and rice. Main meals and sauces lacked some flavour we felt and the chicken in lemon sauce was chewy, hard and we couldn't eat it. The salt and pepper chicken balls however were too salty and there was no salt and pepper mix except 3 slices of chilli. Not the best experience unfortunately.

First time trying this place and would not recommend, I had ordered two noodle boxes which arrived different to what I had ordered. When I phoned back to complain I was told that they were what I had ordered, also delivery time I was told 45 minutes then when I called back nearly an hour later I was told it would be 1 hour 20 minutes. Not to mention being charged for delivery when it was suppose to have been free with spending over a certain amount, didn’t even eat the food in the end and couldn’t even get a refund because the boxes had been opened.

I have just had the most delicious mixed noodle box which had noodles, chicken, beef, pork, shrimps, prawn a load of mixed vegetables in oyster saw. Will definitely be getting it again.

Yuk! Just paid £22 for a meal I couldn't even stomach a quarter of. Absolutely caked in salt, ribs had next to no meat on and one looked like it had been half eaten and only got 4, BBQ sauce was more like sweet and sour, chips were dry, prawn toast burnt, hardly any meat in the special fried rice with bits of egg. Not one for leaving bad reviews but they need to take notice, this was up there as one of the worst Chineses I've had, sort it out Win-house! KLee much better.

We used to order all of the time from this place until we discovered eastern chef, they were closed so we ended up ordering from Wins. 2 portions of salt and pepper chicken pieces, egg fried rice and BBQ sauce. The salt and pepper chicken pieces we’re just as we remember, bland chicken covered in onions, the egg fried rice that we ordered turned out to be just fried rice and the BBQ sauce was syrup like and extra sweet which was a struggle to stomach even half. The prawn crackers we’re thin and super hard. Won’t be ordering from here again, definately recommend Eastern Chef, it was a premium upgrade!

Just ordered beef curry and chips and salt and pepper chicken. The beef was processed slop and the salt and pepper chicken was made up with a few peices of chicken and a mound of vegetables. Not good. Worst food I've had in years!

Waited over 90mins for food, delivery driver couldn't find me, and wouldn't listen to directions, so told him to forget it, then he decided to call my wife, and give her verbal abuse because he wouldn't listen, then gave me verbal abuse. DO NOT USE.
