Hong Kong House in Dudley

Ordered our food at 5-45 before we so called rush and was told 3/4 of an hour…all good ..however two and a half hours later it arrives…Luke warm at best ☹️. The experience was marred by the complacency of the staff and driver who just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. In all a very bad experience.

Outstanding takeaway food, will come hear again. Although it was very busy my food was prepared relatively quick. Will definitely return in the future

Best Chinese takeaway in the area!! The lady at the counter is always so friendly, the food tastes amazing and orders never take too long to make. The prawn toast and crab claws are so good, 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Food hygiene rating is 1 on Food Standards Agency. Major improvement needed, their kitchen must be in a terrible state

The food was delivered with hair in the food, didn't want to give a full refund and wondered why I threw the rest of the food in the bin!! Do not touch this place

Nice food , but when they say 45 minutes for delivery they mean 3 hours ! when you call to see if its on its way they say yes when it's not even cooked

I ordered a Singapore chow mein last night after digging into it I found a lovely long hair hanging out of my mouth absolutely disgusting which then led to me throwing my tea away I will never use this place again

Always use this take away and the food has been very good but a bad experience with a delivery i understand when they are busy and expect to wait but they told me 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutes and took 2 hours They said was on its way and 20 minutes later still no delivery They offered me just over 2pound off a 23.00 order which i refused as we had to cook something before it got to late Ordered at 18:50 and delivered at 20:45 I only give someone one chance as there are plenty more Chinese take aways to use I you order a delivery add at least 30 minutes on to the time they say very disappointed as their food was good

Beautiful food. Everytime we've ordered a delivery, they've been here on time and the food is the bomb every time. Defo recommend to all!

Delicious, tasty Chinese food. Always fresh and hot. Plenty of choice.You must try the salt,pepper and chilli chips 😊

We have takeaways from here regularly and they're very nice indeed, plus the lady that usually answers the phone is so polite and courteous it's a joy to ring this establishment.

I visited here after having a few recommendations since it had changed hands. The food is excellent and great value for money the portion sizes are good too.

New takeaway. Friend at work brought left over food in for lunch. Omg there was loads and the quality looked fabulous. I usually stick to one Chinese restaurant but have recently been let down so thought I would try Hong Kong House out. We were not disappointed. There is plenty of choice, the service is swift and the prices are comparable. They are not currently on just eat but they do offer a delivery service for a small charge. Give them a try!
