We have had food delivered once before this and all was okay, however on this occasion food was ordered for delivery at 7.00pm. At 7.30 having had no food delivered I tried to call to ask when we might expect food to arrive. Line constantly engaged. I tried to send an email via their website, it got returned as undeliverable. At 8.00pm and with a very hungry son I felt I had no option but to drive to the shop to check up on my order. Half way there and husband called to say it had arrived so I returned home. No apology from driver and husband asked why the very long delay, apparently the driver had had an accident. I feel a phone call to explain what had happened would have been acceptable and I would understand the delay. Food on arrival was okay but chicken ball’s were not hot, just warm. And all the trying to chase put a dampener on the meal and instead of enjoying we just ate quickly as we were so hungry. Very disappointed!

Hi next time we order can you put more salt in the food as I couldnt even swallow this morning my mouth was so dry. At least if we have a little more salt it will be the right toxic dose to polish me off properly.

Ordered on nye …love Chinese food but have it only as a treat …this food would put you off ever ordering again …tastes terrible …fat had been overused & the burtness could be tasted …rest was inedible shame

Do not order from here, terrible taste in food and poor quality and horrible customer service. The prawn fried rice was so hard to chew and when I have put a review about this on facebook they were adamant. Instead of an apology they were just trying to justify that the food is ok. Horrible customer service. Horrible tast of food.

Wonderful take away delivered on time and delicious. Best Chinese for months. Will use again. All dishes were well presented .

Wow. Where do I start? I ordered from this venue for the first time on Saturday evening at 7.15pm and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I was in the area and it was the first time for us to try here and we arrived 15 minutes later and by the time we paid the food was ready. To be honest, the food was excellent! The portion sizes were ample and reasonably priced. I’m so glad I found this place and will defo use it again. If your in range they deliver as well apparently!!! Well worth a try Guys!!!!!

When this Chinese first opened we ordered a takeaway. It was vey nice. The food was piping hot and delivery was prompt. Then the first lockdown happened and it was closed for a while. When it reopened we ordered again and the food was okay, but we felt the quality had dropped slightly. The beef was tough and the chop suey was all sauce and not much bean sprouts. The delivery was about 90 minutes. We complained about the delivery and the quality of the food and was given a discount to return, which we did the following week. Again, the beef and ribs was very tough and delivery was very slow again. We decided to give it a few months, as we know they were asking for delivery drivers. Just ordered a takeaway via their website, which stated 50 minutes delivery time. We waited 2 hours. Could not get through on phone. Sent email. No answer. When the food finally arrived, even the delivery driver was surprised we had ordered again from them. The food was not that good. The beef was inedible it was so tough. I had to end up spitting it out as I ended up with jaw ache! The rice was stodgy and over cooked. The chop suey container was so full of sauce, that it was all spilt into the plastic bag and was everywhere.we had to wash everything down. Again, there was hardly no bean sprouts and about 2 mushrooms. I can’t understand why Chinese takeaways use such poor meat. I don’t know of a single Chinese takeaway that has tender and edible meat. We seem to get fobbed off with inferior ingredients. I rather pay extra and have a decent takeaway. Come on guys put the prices up and give us something decent. Good quality ingredients. It does seem that we are reviewing a different establishment with regards to the other reviews............They are obviously not ordering the beef or ribs! We have had food from here about 4 - 5 times now and I don’t think we will be returning.

I have ordered from this establishment around 30 + times. The Food screams qaulity, consistancy & Value for money. At this point i have gone through half of the menu trying things i have never tried before or scared to try as i have yet to find a dish that was not absolutely delicious. I always go to the checkout & second guess if i should add one more dish to try. my Highlights: * Chicken wings (either spicy chilli or Honey! i could eat these for every meal * Chicken in black bean sauce, you actaully get real black beans & masses of chicken, none of this strained beans or over conpensation of green peppers from other establishments. you get fully rounded dish. * smoked chicken - both sweet & spicy at the same time. the Wife's go to dish. adding to the value of money, all dish containers are full the brim so much so sometimes containers are hard to shut!. staff service: contacted them twice via sms, once for order status & second for suggestion for area of improvement. Both messages were answered graciously & the area of improvement was already in place on my next weeks order. Deliveries : i normally get delivery within 30 Minutes, food always piping hot fresh & tasty.

I’m a bit fussy when it comes to Chinese food and have eaten in most if not all in the Romford area was a big fan Ming Court years ago nothing could get near them but this takeaway really surprised me ! Give it a go you will be pleasantly surprised with a great delivery service and really nice helpful staff and a nice wee discount on your first order just go on line make your order and bang it’s on the doorstep 😘

Dropped in for a quick bite here when I was visiting the city. We ordered the crispy duck, spring rolls, and some steamed dumplings. Service was very fast and friendly. They offer contactless delivery as well, although we just stopped inside. They have a screen separating the workers from customers. Appreciated the added security. Will visit again the next time I'm in town.

I had noticed this Chinese takeaway had changed names recently and thought I’d give it a try. I was very happy with my food, I collected as a long wait for delivery. The food was piping hot tasty and I will definitely use again and recommend. Also the dishes were not swimming in sauce which sometimes gives me acid reflux. I didn’t experience it with the food from here!
