We had a fantastic meal last night everything hot prawns crunchy and fresh never been before but definitely going again

Ordered a meal for the family, gave an expected delivery for an hour's time but delivered in half that. Lovely food, big portions plus there were extra freebies, we couldn't manage it all. Food was hot and the delivery driver was very friendly.

…I wrote a review a while back so it’s only fair I post a re-review after going in tonight…again I got the Singapore Fried Rice without seafood & it was spot on…non-greasy, filling, meat was excellent…I suppose their downfall seems to be lack on consistency…

Actually shocked to write this, as we have never encountered a hue from here....my order took 1hr45minutes to be delivered, fair enough it’s Saturday night and been busy, but nearly 2 hours to wait for an order IMO is not acceptable! When our food EVENTUALLY arrived, there was hardly any meat OR sweet and sour sauce in my special, more like chewy/rock hard pieces of batter/fat? **No phone call from the takeaway as a common courtesy for the delay! EXTREMELY Fatty pieces of Duck in the duck fried rice, beef tasted off and overpowered by the amount of onions to possibly cover the smell and taste of the beef? Either way I’m VERY dubious about ordering from here again, sat here with beans on toast as food I payed for was inedible! Not impressed! What has happened to this take away!

Ordered a family box from here and an extra portion of salt and pepper chicken wings. The family box is just a miss mash of the listed items dumped in a pizza box that looks very un appetising and it didn't get any better. All the items were just a reheated dry mess, it was disgusting and needless to say most of it ended up in the bin.

I've been to this establishment three times in the last eight months. I don't get a lot of takeaways/fast food but have used this place (and the others on the same block) due to its proximity to my house. The portions are quite large (enough for two people) so I only ever order a special fried rice. Of my three visits I've had; a bloody good meal, a meal with fatty/gristle happy meat & a very greasy dish that left me with bum gravy for three days. Shame because the good dish was smashing.

Shocking! Been going here for a couple of years, went this evening and the portion of peking spare ribs was disgraceful! 4 very thin ribs in just a lot of sauce! I was so disappointed I rang the owner snd raised my concern. She didn’t seem bothered and when I said I wasn’t coming back again she just said okay! Expensive place, small portions. Don’t get the ribs if your hungry!!!

Suprise is a real Suprise.. I ordered food and it was perfect.. Steaming hot and delicious and abive all delivery perfect on time... I'd rate you 100/100 and recommend you to family and friend's❤️❤️❤️

Used Surprise a few times through just Eat. As Surprise is pretty close to where we live. It is always piping hot when delivered. The food is always delicious and there are plenty of choices on the menu. Will definitely keep going. It is always our first choice now. I do not think it is fair at all to say the food is not hot if you live a distance away.

I placed an order on foodhub at 8pm, I've just got off the phone to them (22:08). At first she said I phoned up 20 mins after placing the order and cancelled. I denied and told her the app still says the order is being cooked (for 2 hours). She then come back to me and said my order is not ready yet, would you like to cancel. Multiple complaints on facebook today with very similar issues. Avoid if you are hungry.

Lovely hot, fresh food, never ordered from here before, thought I would try it. The noodles boxes are amazing, absolutely jam packed and so tasty, next time I will try the chips

Ordered chicken curry, the chicken was good quality, & tasty! All fresh, Chips were fat & crispy, fried Rice & chicken balls were tasty, service was spot on!

Absolutely love this Chinese ! Never order from anywhere else ! Great portions and the spring rolls are amazing!

The worst customer experience of my life. got quoted an hour delivery time that's fine no drama. hour and 10mins phoned up asked where my food was at. on it's way was the answer, that's fine your busy I get it 35mins later current wait time is now 1hr 45mins the food arrives. I initially complain to the driver and explain to the driver it does not take 35 mins to get from cleveleys to near flakefleet primary school at 8.30pm on a saturday night. Once we got the food. the food was cold. I then had to microwave said food to feed my child, I phoned them to inform them how upset I was. my ten year old came back to me with raw chicken in her mouth. so 1hour 45 mins later. I have cold raw chicken in front of me. I phoned suprise, to then be informed that the food undercooked was impossible. "as we cook them twice" that's chicken I might add. I had to argue with the woman over raw chicken. we asked for a refund. I then managed to order a Dominos and get it delivered in the time for the Delivery Driver to arrive with my Refund. I phoned suprise again after waiting 30mins for my refund. and was told "you just have to wait" Never in my life. have been treated like this by any company anywhere. do not order from this takeaway.
