Sweet sour chicken balls left my mouth full off grease not at all nice

Just had takeaway from happy valley. Chips were like cardboard absolutely crap. Chicken chow mein was ok no spice at all. Chicken curry was ok. Total dissapointment. Cant seem to find a decent chinese takeaway after dave retired from chung ying.

Tasteless food! I ordered King Prawns, I got 3 😲 and they tasted soapy, not good 🤮 Really gone downhill from when it first opened, they WERE a breath of fresh air. Now, very disappointed 😥 Will not be ordering again.

I was a bit reluctant to order from here as the name, for some reason, put me off. I ordered through the website tonight. My food arrived fresh, was good quality, great value and was on time! I will certainly use again!

First time I've tried this takeaway. Very nice tasty food, really enjoyed it.

I always get the exact same order from here, Special fried rice extra prawns, curry sauce and mini veg spring rolls, can't complain it's always bang on can't say anything about any of the other food but 10/10 everytime for what I order and delivery is usually pretty quick too.

Ordered a large meal for Christmas day, everything was fantastic. Everything was pipping hot and fresh when collected Christmas day, and all the dishes were great. We will now go to Blue Jade as our regular takeaway as we found it much better than our usual. The smoked chicken was the standout dish for us.

I have been to this restaurant many times and always enjoyed the food. However, the first time I tried the hot pot, both my boyfriend and I had an upset stomach. I still decided to keep ordering stir-fried dishes, thinking it might have just been bad luck. But today, I ordered the sweet and sour chicken, and it was completely different from what I had before. It was disgusting big chicken balls instead of the real dish. felt cheated and will not come back again.

New to the area so we are trying all the options. Venue was empty when we went in so took time to view the menu. Offering is vast which often is a concern for me personally. We ordered beef curry, honey chilli chicken, Chicken sweet corn soup and ribs. Over all all dishes were very bland and there was no chilli in the honey chilli chicken. Ribs had plenty of sauce but very little meats on the bones which was a shame.

Food continues to go downhill since change of ownership, menu the same but food tastes different. Service is still good & price reasonable for what you get.

Only chinese I use. Enjoyed this family chinese takeaway for a very long time.
