The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Chinese food

I ordered a takeaway last night the 7th of December 2024 from the Pearl Palace. I was looking forward to the curried beef, fried rice, and Chicken balls done in batter. I so wished i had gone somewhere else. The meat was hard and chewy and the only vegetable in the container was onion, lots of it. The curry had no tase whatsoever and the Chicken balls were doughy batter. The whole lot was thrown in the bin as it was truly awful. I would never ever recommend this restaurant to anyone, it was just terrible.

Don't order a takeaway. Waited over 35 minutes to pick up a pre-ordered takeaway. Would have been much better to have eaten in the restaurant.

I ordered myself and my mum the 'VEG DINNER B' option for an easy mother's day tea this evening. Most takeaways don't deliver to where I live and yet, China Orchids had no issue in doing so. The delivery time was estimated at one hour and the food ended up arriving 10 minutes early! I've never had Chinese and can be quite a fussy eater at times, and yet, I cleared my entire plate. Both myself and my mum had a bit of everything and thought that it was all delicious and very well made. Really great experience overall and we'll definitely be ordering from here again. Thank you :)

Awful, very salty we paid nearly £60! The chicken balls were nice! The duck was OK but the housin sauce was very salty No point in saying anything else not very nice. Very disappointed can't wait to go to London and get a decent one !

1st time customer I found the customer service amazing very welcoming the food was really nice BBQ ribs as a starter hot soup and fried rice. The price is reasonable the food I ordered was fresh hot and really tasty I would definitely recommend it and will do a re visit again.

Waited an hour and 50 mins for food after being told an hour, delivery driver didn’t give us change and no prawn crackers despite it being nearly £30.

Service was fast for delivery, however upon delivery there was hair in multiple dishes we ordered. Very disappointing

I have been ordering from this take away for many years and always been happy with the food. Recently I ordered a meal to be delivered, which took over an hour. When it arrived some of it was missing. I rang them straight away, before the driver had got to the end of the estate, I was told I would have to wait 2 hrs for this to be delivered. I never received it. Sorry no more custom from me

Food was flavoursome, the sweet and sour chicken balls were particularly good, the service friendly and attentive, could not fault our dining experience.

Pedido en línea... me hicieron el pago... Conduje 5 millas y solo 6 minutos antes de que venciera mi pedido recibí un mensaje de texto diciendo que no podían aceptar mi pedido. Podrían aceptar claramente mi pago - aunque fue reembolsado - y simplemente enviar un mensaje de texto es impactante servicio al cliente. No volveré a usar.
