The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Chinese food

The food was cooked perfectly... I found the chicken curry was far too spicy.. Any other chicken curry from other places are quite mild with a really thick sauce, unfortunately this was just too spicy and because of that i couldn't taste the flavours. I only managed less than half, which for my is unheard of!! .. The seaweed.. i didn't like it, and it could be it was just the way Tasty Wok make it, but i felt it was quite sloppy/ no crunch to it and quite moist..unfortunately we won't be back

Disappointing. This place used to be so much better. Cold food and chow mein was quite bland. Ridiculously small portion of crispy seaweed was also cold, tasteless and a complete waste of money. Shame as this takeaway is local to us but will definitely not be going back.

The food was amazing served hot and quickly however staff were unfriendly and rude and ignored my friend when asking for another drink will unlikely visit again but if I do hopefully it’s a more enjoyable experience

This is our go to place for a Oriental Takeaway, super friendly and quick service, freshly cooked, delicious, crunchy veg, yummy chicken balls and I love the chilli beef. everything is spot on with great flavours and was swiftly eaten at home. Thanks guys, top notch again, cheers Mat

Ordered delivery. They only accept cash which of an evening can be awkward. Food was very bland. The salt and pepper squid was the worst ive ever eaten. The chow mein is nice and probably the best part of the whole meal

We got a takeaway to eat at a local resort we were staying at and all the food was amazing and great value!! Highly recommend!!

Visited the new restaurant opened at the Fort. Unfortunately, we weren't impressed by the food at all and a slightly undercooked chicken pakora was offputting - this was shown to the staff member who just smiled, took plate away and carried on. We had hoped for a better experience but it was dissapointing.

Food ok. But not worth the 2 and half hour wait for a delivery.

I have been going to the Lon Wah for more than 40 years and have always had a great experience, but my most recent takeaway was very disappointing indeed. I went for the Spicy Shreeded Beef and it as very bland with not much sauce. Alongside I chose chicken with pineapple and again that was tasteless and devoid of any real flavour. The portion size is quite small compared to other take aways, and yet they charge quite alot for their dishes. Maybe I chose the wrong things from the menu, but I was expecting alot better.

Beautiful food recommend to friends cheap food nice the noodles were melting in my mouth it was sooo saucy and sooo nice i loved it

Hop song was my families favourite restaurant in my years growing up in Grantham. I have been to many Chinese restaurants in the 30 years since I moved but none of them make egg drop soup and deep fried scallops. After 30 years they are still on the menu, still delicious and still freshly cooked. Thank you for keeping them on your menu.
