Omg What has happened to lon way food is now bland tasteless and disgusting what ever chicken they are using for house curry needs to be reassessed. Half curry in plastic bag and container not sealed properly. Just spoke to so called manager very offish and reluctant to issue a refund. Even delivery driver, that delivered said don’t know what is going on there but food is fresh. If John still has interest in the Lon wah need to look into what’s going on otherwise can’t see this establishment lasting much longer. After using lon wah 40;plus years never again

Always really good food. Tasty and good portion size. Best Chinese in Kidderminster. I have never been disappointed, the food is consistently high quality even in busy times.

The lady answered the phone and straight away said hello hold on - I then waited for 5 minutes - I placed my order and was told 45 minutes. 1 hour 15 minutes went past so I called the restaurant back to speak to the same lady, I asked when my order would arrive as my granddaughter was hungry ( was getting late ) we ordered early as knew we needed to feed a child! The lady advised me I should have fed my child which by the way is rude to begin with! We made light of her comment and when she said food was on the way that was that! The lady then called back to ask why we said she was rubbish which we didn’t say even if we had why would you call back your answering a take away phone! However we did not say that. She was very rude and abrupt, we asked to speak to the manager and could then hear the lady in the background talking about us which is very rude in itself! Anyway the food finally arrived to be missing items, when calling back she said it was our fault and it would take an hour for the missing items to arrive I asked to speak to the manager and could hear her in the background saying how she couldn’t deal with us! Working in customer service myself I would never treat a customer in anyway!

Ordered meal deal 1 which was fried rice, chips and chicken balls. Half way into my meal I noticed there was a dead black BEETLE in my food. Phoned to complain and they offered to make me a fresh one to replace it. No thank you, will not be back!

Food is awful, flavourless bland and just vile. The crispy duck wasn't crispy is was fatty and horrible! The salt and pepper chips were burnt and thin. Do better, very disappointed

Great food great customer service

Firstly very pleasant and attentive staff. Restaurant is spotless. Now the food, Bean Curd starter was amazing followed by Twice Cooked Pork which was to die for. Wife had Jiang Bao Chicken and Soft Noodles. Best Chinese meal we have ever had. Brilliant dining experience.

Friendly staff, food impeccable, nothing is too much trouble for Cathy and her well trained staff. 100,% every single time , hot fresh food plentiful portions, really great atmosphere we won't go anywhere else and haven't for 15 years. Highly recommeded

The best restaurant for miles and miles around for Chinese Food. They have a huge range of styles available too. Wonderful quality, perfectly cooked, genuinely enjoyable food. Delivered promptly. Staff are gracious and helpful. 5 stars... And I'm not easy to please! Well done Oriental Aroma.

¡Absolutamente increíble! El restaurante es todo lo que puedes comer. Puedes pedir tantos platos como quieras por un precio fijo. Definitivamente no decepcionó!

I've had nice meals here in the past but last night was a disaster the fried rice was like sticky rice the spare ribs were over cooked you couldnot eat them the overall £25 meal was just not nice. they must have changed the chef. the only thing good was it was hot 🤮 they did offer me a new rice and ribs but it was to late the the meal was ruined and who wants to eat ribs and rice.

Restaurant conseillé par la concierge du SOFITEL… et finalement nous avons été déçus par la nourriture. Entrée ok mais les plats n’ont pas été à la hauteur. Le poulet du kum pao n’était pas assez cuit et n’est pas celui que nous mangeons habituellement. Crevettes du plat pas assez cuites. Par contre le personne de très bonne qualité.
