Today i order from there the food was very spicy uh cant eat and the chiken rice was very sweet 🤮🤮🤮🤮 i waste my money the curry was sp bad please give best food

Ordered 13 portion or lamb biryani Got it with no with just one peice of lamb meat and with two potatoes Was taste less and not good.

Very nice and freshly made good. Probably better as a takeaway place. The food is amazing. We had the Tandoori chicken, lamb bhuna and noodles. Great combination and the food was tasty and felt fresh.

The food was totally disgusting and fill of grease. We ordered a chicken biryani but there was no chicken, and it was super dry. The salad tasted 2 weeks old amd it was brown and limp. The keemo/mince had a horrible smell, and tasted awful. Avoid it at all cost.!!!!

Ordered 1 and hours before iftari then on collection said that only one item was available they offered other dishes which were pre made we had no choice but to take them even that was not the usual taste and only half a portion

I had a very embarrassing,awful and disrespectful experience with the owner of the restaurant. He said to me that he doesn't like to serve eat in customers while we were eating in his restaurant. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

The food here is very good and has a good homely taste and is fuss free. It always has a consistent taste, never too mild or spicy. For this reason I went over to place an order for food I’d be taking away with me 2 days later for a trip to Wales with my wife. I explained what I wanted and then reminded them of a previous order I’d made of lentil curry with rice- which again was for a trip away from home. I had told them on this occasion to make sure they wrap the foil container with cling film to prevent spillage on the journey. On the day, they had not done as I had kindly asked and lo and behold the lentil curry had spilt out although we had tried our best to prevent this by placing it securely in a bag. Today when I reminded the staff of this the owner came rushing to the front really confrontational and with a lack of customer service or respect exclaiming that they don’t have any foil or cling film (hard to believe considering it’s a local takeaway) that’s like saying a garage doesn’t have a spanner! Anyway the owner denied having any foil or cling film in the premises and it’s not their responsibility to ensure food doesn’t get spilled. It may not be a responsibility but is definitely part of providing good customer service to repeat local customers who give you their custom regularly. The young lads are friendly but the owner is a grumpy guy, standard chef behaviour!

Nice food ordered for 20-30 people and made a portion which approx 40 people managed to eat

This place is great! It's a classic old place, not exotic or luxury but the staff is really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy with their food is their main priority. Ideal for a takeaway rather than eating in. Great indian chinese food. 100% worth visiting and the prices are very reasonable Food is pretty good, some italian classics and some twists, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it.

Worst customer service from the restaurant i ordered food before Ramadan but I was charged more than the said amount in the receipt while I was ordering I talked to one of the staff at the restaurant they said to cancel and reorder the same once I did that they charged for both the orders and the store was closed for Ramadan so was not able to talk to the staff, after Eid when I try contacting them they said they cannot process refund and the order was a month back so I have to contact Uber, I already contacted Uber and they said to sort out with the restaurant itself. The staff at the restaurant was rude pretended as if they don’t understand what I am trying to say and were clearly not interested in the issue or to sort the issue out if they don’t want to refund they can clearly say no there was no use in making excuses and acting unknown of the ordering issues which was not helping. Will never ever order again!! Worst customer service expectation!!! I was not willing to even waste a single minute of restaurant for any impractical issues, the order was around 18£ no one is fool to waste 45 minutes of precious restaurant time to argue on 18 pounds of free money!! Once this discussion was dealt with the restaurant the next morning a proper contact was made from uber and the issue was resolved that means there was surely some issues from uber or restaurant side but this business owner simply chose to call out their customers for free money instead of recognising the fact that there was seriously some issues that needed attention, though it was not in their hands to resolve at the same moment but a proper rational communication could have helped!!!

I ordered the food on the counter, and they said it would take 30 minutes. I paid for it and came back after 35 minutes, and my food wasn't ready. The man on the counter said it's almost ready, just 2 minutes. They kept me waiting for another 25 minutes, very poor service, and food wasn't very good, soop was horrible. I can't drink 1 spoon. Also, noodle taste was like soya sauce been put 1/2 a bottle, othere food was OK, but I am not going again. I just west of money.

Friends bought me to this place to get a takeaway and wasn't too keen at first. But wow this place has some delicious options. It might be everyone's cup of tea but i love the place. My go to spot for indian curries and chinese

The food was not great at all. It was very oily, came late and the chicken tasted very bad, not fresh at all. There is no flavour at all. Very disappointing. This is the 2nd time I've ordered from this restaurant and both times the food has been so bad. Thought I'd give it a chance again but still no improvements.

Not just bragging it for being a family member but as far as I can remember cooking is in our family line. Iqbal bhais late brother ahmed bhai (donner express) was an outstanding cook mashallah may Allah keep the flavours running for generations to come.

Tried the Biryani option from the Eid menu yesterday for the first time and it was lovely! Could not fault it at all. The family enjoyed the food too and the portions were very generous indeed. Can’t wait to try more from the menu soon!

Not really a place to eat in with family but I usually go during my lunch hours so perfect for me to grab some decent desi food whilst on a break. I love the Biryani and all the other daily specials. My kids love the Chinese menu (noodles and lollipop) Great value for food.

Very worst place to order food. No sence of taste in their gravy. It smells worse that you cannot eat it. I ordered a butter chicken last night and its taste was so bad that if you put a morcel in your mouth, you will feel like spitting it out of your mouth. Very very worst quality food they cook, no taste at all. And when I call them in the morning to complaint about the food quality. They don't have respect for their customers, don't know how to talk to the customers. I will never ever order anything from here, and never recommend this takeaway to anyone. They don't fukin deserve to get even 1 star.

Food was burnt Sun special chicken rasida, and the main person who works there became very rude when i asked him to wrap the dish with cling due to the large amount of oil in the food.

I've been a customer at Moghul for years now. Chef is really good and the food is always fresh. It's an open kitchen so you can see the food being freshly prepared. It does get a bit steamy in here as a result. My kids love the chinese noodles and lollipop from here. This is not really a place you would be coming for a romantic dinner but it's ideal for a good takeaway for the family/extended family. Highly recommend the chinese menu and the grills. The Biryani is the best too! I always have the Prawns Biryani on thursday!!

I ordered the Eid specials from moghul this time and it was spot on. I got the Biryani, Jarda and Tandoori Chicken. All three were spot on. Will need to try the menu items now.

Its alright to go mogul once in awhile nothing really specail in the food but good enough to satisfy ur hunger i wouldn't recommend if u r in the mood to enjoy and feel ur food.

a family friend told me about the biryani at this place so i thought why not come and try it and oh boy i was really surprised. it was really nice with the perfect amount of masala just as i like it. i have been coming often and tried the other daily menu as well and with most items you cant wrong. the paaya was really nice too. reminded me of food back home. only problem is its hard to find parking.

Known this place since it was Moghul Durbar on East Park Road. Authentic Indian and fresh food still being served. Variety in menu and very reasonable prices.

Food is always cooked fresh. The chinese is really good from here. Also love that there is something different cooked everyday. I lovethe biryani on saturday but the biryani on eid day is different level.

I always get food for my family and guests from here and everyone loves it. The food portion size is good and the price seems really reasonable for the quality of the food. Shop is too small for all my family otherwise this would be my to-go-to place on our outings. You must try the Chinese from here!!
