The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Chinese food

We had an amazing night celebrating my Dad’s birthday on New Years Eve. The food was delicious, hot and plentiful and the service impeccable… we were a table of 18 and we were so well looked after even though the restaurant was full…. Thank you for making my Dads birthday so special for all of us and hope to see you soon!

Worst Chinese I have ever been to

The restaurant is in great need of being updated. Carpets threadbare, toilets very poor both make and female. Not a lot of room with seating. Smells damp. Wine served in a highball no wine glass. Service good, no choice other than set price if you don’t eat a lot not good value. Couple we went with said it hadn’t changed since the last visited twenty years ago in terms of decor. Wouldn’t go again.

Just had such a good takeaway this evening that I wanted to review the restaurant straight away. Really good quality food at a very reasonable price. The salt and pepper chicken is especially tasty and the prawn toast which was so fresh and had lots of whole prawns on top. Will definitely be ordering again!

Lovely food and friendly staff. Visited with my son and daughter today and we were seated and given the a la carte menu. We visited because my son had been on a few occasions and had the buffet menu. We were going to order but the man came over and gave us the buffet menu as well. We went with the mixed starters which were lovely and they asked if we wanted any more before bringing out the duck course. The duck was so nice. Lots of meat and pancakes. Again asked if we wanted any more. We only ordered a couple of mains as we were quite full and again he came and asked if we wanted anything else. As it was lunchtime and the kitchen was wanting to close he asked us if we would want anything else before they closed the kitchen. Have to say after reading the reviews I had low expectations which were superseded as it was really nice food. Was it authentic Chinese cuisine? No, was it nice fresh, hot. Good quality and tasty? Yes. I suspect there is a traditional menu as well as the restaurant had a lot more Chinese customers than English/european. Will definitely be back.

First visit to the Ruby Cantonese Restaurant in Leamington Spa. What a nice decorated restaurant with staff dressed in beautiful uniforms . Amazing service and all dishes ordered were well presented and oh so nice ! The best Cantonese meals we have had.

Its ok to visit, but dont expect too much. Its busy and its all about just restaurants. Some decoration on the street and a nice gate. You can defo dine here very cheap, just to say something positive.

Very busy- seems to be more focused on takeaways rather than looking after sit down customers! In my opinion the food was ok but nowt special and overpriced

Visiting the area and looked for a good Chinese takeaway. Lovely food! The salt and pepper chips are just the best ever. I had a very tasty sweet and sour chicken.. Definitely recommend.

We have not eaten here in years. They do what looks like a great table service buffet menu, but as not big eaters we ordered off the a la carte menu. We enjoyed our dinner.

Is China China still open? I went down there with a business friend two Saturday’s ago- peak evening time - and the restaurant was closed. I called the China China number just now and the message was Number Unobtainable. One of my favourite, fun restaurants in town. Hope it’s only a temporary closure.

First time ordering, took quite a long time to come but food was really nice., they forgot the chapatis but apart from that all spot on
