Late when call assured be 10 mins to then be longer and i asked will it be cold ....no it will be hot and fresh...it was freezing and when called to speak they said ...ho sorry....never again food was standard as such...but jit good for a new custome

Nice curry I asked for a keema and spinach spicy and it was spot on but the only thing I thought the chapattis was too thick for my liking I prefer thinner ones .

Very late, took 2 hours which was 60 minutes past latest estimate. Sent chicken instead of the ordered meat jalfrezi & the contact telephone number provided doesn't exist. If I could give zero stars I would. Farcical & never again.

Ordered 2 meals,1/2 pound chicken burger and king kebab. Food took 1hour 20 mins to arrive and was very cold. Chips were soggy and burgers overdone and were like rubber.

Order from here yesterday on just eat, food came piping hot and was spectacular and price was bang on ordered starters chicken masala spicy dipped burgers all were bang on deffo a must try !!!!

Terrible food. Cold. Chicken Dhansak was a korma with added pineapple. Biryani was bland. Multi coloured rice and peas. No curry sauce. Never again

So I ordered two cheese burgers which were brilliant but however the chilli cheese nuggets I ordered were over fried cos they was empty when I bit in to them soo disappointing cos I was looking so forward to them I’m a regular customer and been ordering for over 15 years never had this problem before 😔

overpriced for the portions and the meat korma was not very nice at all with a stale taste of dog food although the rice and naans were perfect and delicious meat Rogan josh was nice but again overpriced for the portion size

It took 2 hours from order to receiving I could have flown to Spain for lunch faster and the food was cold by the time we got it and we ordered meat well atleast the coke came cold.

Born and brought up in Heckmondwike, this takeaway was always my stop off point after the pub (the Red Lion at the time). Now living in Greenock in Scotland, for 19 years, and travel down at least once each year. Each time I am down I always get a curry from Eastern Delight and it's always delicious 😋😋😋😋😋. The owner and chef are always friendly 👍👍👍

worst curry I've eaten in years chicken pakora was tough as if it had been reheated a couple of times.onion baji over cooked. curry didn't taste what was asked for again chicken was tough. rice and chips was cold. 90 percent went in the bin

Disgraceful pakoras. Had to dig through the cloggy mush to find the tiny slices of mushroom and smallest chicken pieces I have ever seen. Gave up so 2 starters totalling £9.50 in the bin.

The worst takeaway I have had for a long time, and it used to be nice from here. Yoghurt sauce that we didn’t order had split all over and in the bag. Burger was burnt to a crisp. Food was flat cold. And it was an hour late. Actually embarrassing.

Food was stone cold, food was late originally meant to be with us at 21:10 then changed to 21:25, then when I looked at 21:30 it had moved again to 21:50. We ordered starters only, dread to think how long it would have taken for a curry!! Driver was too busy on his phone did not even acknowledge us, just shoved food at us while on phone and walked off! Not happy at all. Food did not warm up well when heated back up.

Chicken korma was terrible, the chicken was dry and the sauce tasted like one from a jar, rice was fine, onion bhaji was nice, chappatis are store bought microwave ones and they forgot my drink! Never again

The curry’s are always so tasty. We stopped ordering curry’s for a while as we couldn’t find a nice curry takeaway and then we tried eastern delight! They always deliver on time from Heckmondwike to Mirfield. They never forget any items we order it’s always 10/10 food. Good price curry’s too! Thank you!! 🤩

ordered chips but they never turned up curry come cold aswell.

What I got was some lumps of dry chicken that had only recently been added to the Jalfazi sauce thus avoiding any cross contamination. My garlic naan missed out on any garlic. The most disappointing meal,

ordered for 710pm, came over an hour early .... missing pilau rice, chicken in tikka masala was hard like it was stale , which ia disappointing when they've been amazing the past 2 times

I told myself I wouldn't order from Eastern Delight again but thought I'd give them a second chance. Never again!!! My order was wrong, when the correct item eventually turned up it went cold very quickly. The papadums were chewy instead of crispy and the chapatis were hard all around the edge. The only good thing I can say is that they apologised for sending me a wrong item, said I could keep it and sent extra chapatis with the correct item

Chicken Korma had lots of chicken, but the sauce was watery and bland. Half of it ended up in the bin.

The food was tasteless, it tasted like water and it was very bitty! The korma wasn’t a korma.

Driver was such a lovely man, brought me my food early and came back with my drink when the restaurant forgot it even after I said he didn't have too. 5 starts to that driver :)

Food came 15 mins later than said no problem at all! Pilau rice missing called to let them know, sent another but took another hour to deliver it. But the curry’s and starters were lovely so thank you. Delivery guy so friendly too!

Order was very late, called and asked where it was after 90 mins, told 5 mins away, I said it better not be cold when it arrived. Was assured it wouldn’t be, waited another 15/20 mins after call. The food arrived cold! sauces missing of order which we paid extra for. Chicken was extremely dry. Chicken pakora was dry and chewy. Poor poor experience overall.

Really good quality Kebab. My only gripe is that I had to choose between sauce or salad. I selected salad, and received a measly amount of grated carrot and red cabbage.

Had worse but they forgot my 1.5L coke and the korma seemed to taste watery or flavorless with rubbery like chicken, delivery was quick to say the time.

Hi Yesterday I ordered 5 dishes of 3 different categories but I received only 4 dishes. I ordered 2 DAL dishes but I received only 1 DAL dish. I need to have 1 DAL Dish which I have already paid yesterday but I didn't get it.

The food was decent . Good value for money . Salad and sauce excellent . But unfortunately although in good time it was clap cold .
