The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Chinese food

We are a fairly regular user but disappointed now that prices have gone up! 😕 Sept 2024 There has been further increase in prices again - unlikely to visit now 😓

Honestly so disappointing, after ordering a meal was told in the lounge order was messed with and no food as kitchen was closed although we ordered on time, no accountability taken what so ever. So disappointing also very cold in the lounge. Poor service!!! Will not be coming back ever! Especially travelling as far as I did!

All our dishes were ridiculously salty. I like well seasoned food but I needed two pints of water to go with it. Disappointing chow mein with overcooked noodles and barely any beansprouts or onions in it. Large spring roll was the size of burrito. Whilst some might like this, it was really difficult to eat and I'm not convinced the contents were cooked through. It's a shame as the prices are reasonable and it's local to me so I was hoping to become a regular customer. Disappointed given all the good reviews. Staff were friendly and the ordering and collection process nice and simple but food really needs to better, especially for basic dishes like a chow mein.

food was actually lovely but tool 2 hours to arrive and they told me twice it was on its way, but it had obviously been freshly cooked 2 hours late when it finally arrived.

Food was stone cold, food was late originally meant to be with us at 21:10 then changed to 21:25, then when I looked at 21:30 it had moved again to 21:50. We ordered starters only, dread to think how long it would have taken for a curry!! Driver was too busy on his phone did not even acknowledge us, just shoved food at us while on phone and walked off! Not happy at all. Food did not warm up well when heated back up.

Excellent service, the food however was only just average. I order various dishes. However the BBQ ribs, special fried rice and vegetable fried rice was of a poorer quality than I am use to. Probably will stick to my usual Chinese takeaway restaurant !

Ana was amazing, friendly and very efficient. Great atmosphere, perfect for date night food and drinks.

Very disappointed with the poor quality of food, Some chicken was so overcooked it was inedible. Everything was just about warm. The only thing we enjoyed were the cakes, a great selection and well presented. The restaurant itself was excellent but staff were miserable and not welcoming. Not worth anywhere near the £45 for lunch, won’t be returning.

Visited 19th November at 8pm. Paid upon arrival for 2 x buffet + 2 drinks. From start to finish the food was lukewarm, complained to waiter who apologised and stirred the choices around inside the hot plate. This made no difference whatsoever, left after 30 mins very disappointed. Complained again to the receptionist who not only laughed, shrugged his shoulders, no apology at all. Will certainly NOT BE RETURNING!! Disgraceful service of food and obnoxious customer service.

We went for a late lunch on a Friday. There was lots of space as it was pretty empty, but all the food offerings were fresh and regularly replenished. I woukd recommend the Cumin Beef, absolutely delicious and I'm not even a huge fan of cumin or beef
