Food good, delivery time spot on. However, delivery charge has increased by 50p since last time I ordered (6th Jan) AND a service charge of 50p was added tonight, with no explanation why.

Always delicious and hot! Best Chinese we have had! The salt and pepper chips are amazing!

Wait time for delivery was an hour waited an hour and a half and it's still not arrived doesn't take longer than an hour to deliver a munchie box beyond a joke

not from the area so decided to just eat...cane across this takeaway and what a great choice! the food was lovely :) highly recommend! we did have 20 minsadded into the delivery and then it turned up 10 mins after this - it was Saturday night tho!

Ordered salt n chilli chicken wings amongst other things through just eat. The chicken wings were full of ulcers and uncooked. It put us right off the rest of the meal. It all went in bucket. Complained to jade garden and still waiting for manager to get back to us. Took photos and sending to just eat. I'd avoid this place for the sake of your health!

Food was great, but received a message saying food was en route, then 30 mins later, received a message saying it was running late, food didn't arrive for 1 hour after that - at least 1hr 45 mins later

Beef tastes like it went through the washing machine for 4 hour

5 mins but that was after adding 15 mins to the order aswell!

Food was tasteless, never had to season a Chinese in my life. No garlic flavour or chilli flavour. Chow mein was swimming in gravy and again tasteless. First time I ordered from this Chinese in years and will be the last.

As always a lovely meal from Jade Garden. Delivery was very slow this time usually 20-40min. Was 1 hour 15 min which was 15 min over the estimate they gave when order was placed.

Food was actually very nice! However they delivered my order 40mins earlier than requested time. By the time I was home it was stone cold. This is the second time I've ordered and twice they cannot seem to get a simple deliver task correct. Attention to detail. I probably won't use their online service again.

All round excellent, particularly the food - very nice. Would order from them again.

Salt and chilli chicken was dry and just covered in chilli powder, so it was too spicy on the outside and bland on the inside. Ordered chicken in chilli sauce and got sweet and sour sauce. Chicken in lemon sauce is usually a moist flavourful dish, however was dry chicken, chewy almost.

Food was warm and tasted fine, however delivery took a very long time.

Fast delivery, fresh & very tasty - highly recommended!

Requested food for 7 and arrived at 5.30 so had to send back. Didn't come back until 7.30 and pretty sure it was the same food from 5.30. If not it was a bad meal anyway - salt&chilli prawns were soggy and cold, rice was crunchy in parts (like reheat or kept warm) and was luke warm as was the curry.

I don't normally complain about jade garden as it's one of my fave Chinese restraints and been using this one for 4 years . But I made a genuine mistake tonight and it looked like a cochroach was in my munchie box the delivery driver came to collect and also said it looked like it but it was dry ginger that had been cooked and ended up in munchie box . I obviously wasn't going to eat something that had a cochroach in and was obviously a genuine mistake. So got on phone to just eat and asked if I could just have a fresh order instead of a refund and the kitchen staff refused too cook me any more food .. not a nice way too treat a very regular customer is it . Quite disappointed in them to be fair but never mind . I'll just have to find myself a new Chinese takeaway....

Ordered several meals, arrived within 15 minutes of ordering which was cracking but the food definitely wasn't fresh.

Was expecting order at 9.45... it arrived at 9.15!! Can't ask for better than that... that's why we always order from Jade Garden... food is great and delivery is fast..

Delivery took nearly 2 hours and nobody could offered us an explanation or apology as to why this was the case.

Waited far too long. Chips are not hot or crispy, spring rolls are soggy and gravy already had skin on it when it was delivered. Phoned restaurant and asked about my order the woman told me she'd find out for me then continued to serve someone else and have a full conversation before then cutting me off. Wasn't the slightest bit enjoyable. Extremely disappointed.

As usual great service, delivery, and food was excellent, which is why we will continue to use jade garden.

Added 20 mins on to a wait time of 45 min and the turned up at 9.50 instead of 9.25

Food was delicious & roasting hot on arrival which is so rare from a delivery. The salt & chilli rubs were a bit fatty but still tasty. My order delivery time was 19.55 but arrived at 19.25 which was very quick as ordered at around me 19.00. Overall really great .

Fantastic as always and great service.

Banana fritters were stale, black in the middle and the syrup was watery. The syrup had spilled out into the carrier because it was watery and possibly not couriered properly.

Had a Thai Satay Chicken and a Beef Green Pepper Black Bean Sauce. Both meals were really tasty and were delivered 30minutes earlier than estimated.

We always order from Jade Garden but this time we were very disappointed. We ordered 2 Vegetable Spring rolls as an extra. It stated they included gluten and Sesame seeds. That was great because my husband has a shellfish s allergy. When they arrived both of the spring rolls had shellfish (prawn) in them. This could have been very bad for my husband. We did not tell of the allergy as it was stated that there would be shellfish in the spring rolls. Will not be able to trust that this will not happen again.
