Went there today ( Saturday) opens at 12.00 . I know my Cantonese food and this was right up there . Great service, chilled vibe . Thank you ladies .

Si te gusta el chino y estás en Stratford upon Avon, el Sr. Chan es sin duda vale la pena una visita, sin duda recomendaría y volveré la próxima vez que estemos en la zona.

I've been going here for many years. The set banquet menu used to be good value and the quality of the food was excellent. Went a couple of weeks ago and waited an hour to get any food and the dishes on the banquet meals were ridiculously small. However they have increased prices from £20 to £26. Clearly they're cutting back on costs and staff.... End of an era....such a pity but won't be going back

Vile!! Poor service, attitude, barely touched it, meat was tough, rice was dry. Never again 😒 was disgusting. Wish I cooked at home , massively gone down hill

Such a shame, they charge expensive price but the food is way too bland, if you want real food this place is not the place to go. Very sloppy, flavourless food, asked for spicy and the waitress said yes, however 3 times I’ve been there the food Was absolutely bland. I hope The owner do Something about the kitchen staff .. the food is shockingly bad.

Ordered an delivery from here, which is usually an great place but for some reason tonight the person who had picked up the phone had been agitated and was quite rude which I brushed off; Then when it came to the food being delivered we were given two half full containers of salt chili chicken, it had already been an agitating experience with the customer service tonight especially as the entire order had been £23, so I’d asked for an refund for one of the orders over the phone and had been completely blanked and told that they would talk to the kitchen. Apart from this experience everything else from this restaurant is amazing and I would recommend it to others under normal circumstances but this experience has really tainted my views.

Love our local Chinese restaurant. Isabella and team are great. Food is always hot and fresh and we are always found a little table and made to feel very welcome. They are happy to listen to your food likes and dislikes and are happy to create something special. Diana

I recently ordered Chinese food from your establishment and was very disappointed with the quality. The dish was not up to standard, and the chicken had an unusual taste, which raised concerns about its freshness. I called to express my concerns and requested a refund. However, I was told I would need to bring the food back, which I find unreasonable considering the circumstances. I expect better customer service, especially when food safety might be an issue. Please let me know how this matter can be resolved appropriately
