Food was okay, chicken was completely inedible. It was soft and chunky.

Black Bean sauce has over a few orders, become less black bean sauce and more water.

ordered this meal for 20.40 it came 20 mins early. or ordered it for this time As that's when the wife would be home from work. Now the food is cold I wont be using that restaurants again even just eat again not good when I paying good money for this

Pre-ordered on Xmas Eve afternoon to be delivered at 7.30 as having family round. Driver turned up at 5pm, I explained I couldn’t take it as family not here yet and asked if he could come back at correct time. He was adamant that I should just take it anyway and kept asking me to take the food off him! I asked him again if he could deliver at 7.30 and I would phone restaurant to explain. When I called I got no apology, said they would now deliver between 7-7.30. When it arrived I’m sure it was the same food heated up as sauces were congealed and only lukewarm, chips were cold! Disappointing service.

Delivery time was quick.When that happens be concerned.Reheated Chips and reheated Chicken.Gave a good review before because food was good.Today they lost a customer.Also going to remove Just Eat on the back of this experience.

Love Tatsu definitely my favorite restaurant, try something new every time we go, haven't been disappointed once service is first class too

First time in Tatsu was a birthday treat, booked a table for two ,our table was in a very small room with no atmosphere at all and we were sat at a large table , food was OK but no atmosphere and whilst we were still finishing of our drinks they started hovering, not very hospitality, won't be back sorry

I would not submit an early order again as the meal was scheduled for 5.40pm and arrived at 4.50pm. The onions/peppers were hard and cool. The fried rice was not great. Not great

My Wife and I usually order our Takeaway from Tatsu but we decided to have a sit in meal. Absolutely wonderful experience. The food was incredible and the staff were absolutely amazing. Can't recommend the restaurant highly enough and we can't wait to return. Thank you all once again.

It was cold. Occasionally we go back to Tatsu as it has some different dishes but service always disappoints. Long waiting time and then delivered Luke warm. It had to be heated. Maybe more delivery drivers since delivery is added. We won't be ordering soon or recommending.

Fantastic food and service was excellent. The only thing that let's this place down is the lighting. It's too dull. We couldn't read the menu. We had to use a torch on a mobile phone. !!!.

I've been here a few times, I've sat in about 5/6 times, and had lots of takeaways, I always pick it up, so it's not getting driven around Irvine in someone's car, anyway I only ordered a beef curry and fried rice, £10,60 nothing else, the curry sauce was rank rotten, don't know what was in it, bit obviously the chef was thinking il put in some of this and a bit of that, and ruined the meal, I think it had garlic, coconut, oil, herbs, it was the worst curry sauce I've ever had, don't think il go back, as was all binned and ordered another curry from tastys, that was very nice and £3 odds cheaper, but it's not about the money, just wanted my dinner,

MO MORAL CODE! JUST GREED! Sent chicken to a vegetarian, then when I asked to have a normal one sent out, I was advised that it would be 45 minutes at least. My friend and I booked a table last night and went in for the first time for our lunch today and the service was really good, staff were really nice and attentive and the food was very nice as well. The menu is well priced for either 2 or 3 course lunch. We had 3 courses and did get a couple of extras like chips and prawn crackers. All together, including 3 drinks we spent between £35-£40. We will definitely be back.😃👍🏼

Food was hot, arrived on time and delicious. I will say though that the chicken noodle soup was absolutely tiny. About half the size of a pot noodle or similar, four forkfulls and it was gone so I was a bit disappointed with that

A really wonderful find, by chance, after a day at the beach and Harbourside in Irvine.Food is excellent in the comfortable restaurant atmosphere. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the service was amazing.Around a 10 minute walk from Rail station through Rivergate Centre.This is a dining experience worth the walk. Great pre theatre, Lunch menus too.😏

Phoned for delivery today, never answered and hung up, phoned back and just rung out, you think your a top restaurant, keep doing this to customers and you’ll be sunk, watch this space

Food tasted quite bland. Not as good as last order when visiting the area.

Food was delicious and delivered earlier than advised. This is the 2nd time we have ordered and we will definitely be regular customers.

Update Visited again and the lunch menu is great value and the beef satay was amazing and service as always great got a coffee and was fantastic as well great all round. Walk in no problems getting us seated , service was very good .I ordered the squid for a starter and salt and chill crab for my main with a side of chips got to say it was very delicious and I eat all of it .My friend also enjoyed her food would recommend going here if you haven't already try the food before.I know I'll be back soon

Dined in and had a lovely dinner. Lovely food that was prepped to perfection, extremely prompt friendly service. Witnessed the highest level of care for cleanliness and it was a nice quiet atmosphere. Will 100% be back and as we're local will now be ordering our take away from here.

This Chinese restaurant is fantastic, Great food and very polite staff. We found this place by accident and what a find it is. This is now my new favourite place to eat Chinese.

Myself and my wife popped in for lunch, this is certainly one of the best Chinese restaurants in the area. The food was amazing, staff were pleasant and courteous. We had starters of Prawn Cocktail, Barbecue Ribs, Mains of Chicken Satay , Chicken Curry and to finish Banana Fritters , all were cooked to perfection, we will certainly be back.

Really good, authentic Chinese, Thai, and Malaysian cusine. There are really big portion sizes, too. The food was fresh and packed with flavour. The staff were very friendly and the cocktails were on point too

Food I ordered was very expensive!!!! It was disgusting not even fit for animals, close your doors and let someone else with better chefs and prices have a go!!!!!!

Was here yesterday for 1pm lunch booking arrived at 12.50pm but door was locked didn't open door until 1pm there was a large queue and everyone was frozen all my party had to sit with our jackets on to heat up! Eventually felt warm after we had our soup can't fault the meal it was amazing but do think the door should be open to let people in before there official booking time

Had a fantastic dinner last night for my dad's birthday. Was my first time eating here and won't be the last. The food and staff were brilliant and we all had a great time. Highly recommend.

Had good meals from here on a few occasions. Unfortunately takeaway today was so overly salted it could not be finished .

The staff is always welcoming, helpful and friendly. The food is always consistent and tastes great. The wait isn't long for takeaway if ordered on the spot, can also order for pick up and delivery. The downside is parking if you go there in the evening.

It was a busy weekend and I was up for a day trip to irvine with my partner. we got recommended to try this place out from the locals at the hotel and i'll definitely say it was up to the recommendation and my god the food and service was excellent. Too bad it's in Irvine and not in Edinburgh. Will definitely be back in if am in the area!!

I wouldn't recommend anyone to order, chips taste like they have been back heat, batter is very soggy on the chicken balls and chicken wings which both was meant to be salt and chillie, no taste at all, to expensive and you don't get the quality you expect for the amount they charge.

Can argue the best Chinese takeaway I had so far!! The flavors and portion size was great compared to all the other takeaways in the area that I had tried over the years. I would definitely be ordering again from this place and would recommend anyone who has yet tried it give it a go and you'll be surprised by the food quality they offer.

Great atmosphere!! The food was really high quality and the service we had while we were there was outstanding. Me and my family loved the time we had in the restaurant and would recommend to all our friends and family about this hidden gem in Irvine. Can't wait for our next visit to try out many more of the dishes they have to offer!!

Normally very good however raw chicken drumsticks which they call wings. This could have ruined my Christmas if eaten . Takeaway terror

First time dining in here & would definitely return. The satay was the best I've had in a long time & in contrast to a lot of other places, the main ingredient wasn't beansprouts but was packed full of fresh veg. The service was great too

Been here a few times for family meals ....most recent this weekend. The food is always great whether from the set menu (which is good value and choice too) or a la carte. Staff are so lovely and helpful. Will keep going back, still a few dishes to try out

Lovely restaurant with lovely food

Have eaten in here before and always enjoyed however ordering take away was a very different experience. Part of my order was a main course of chicken satay at cost of £8.20. This consisted of 4 tiny skewers (looked like starter size) Given that we had to pay an additional £2.50 for accompanying rice I find this portion size unacceptable for the cost. I called and messaged to complain but no response. Given the cost of living crisis currently ongoing it is shameful that customers are being over charged in this manner. Absolutely over priced take away menu!

This place is literally the best in Irvine! Consistently excellent food and the staff are amazing! If dining in it is superb for choice and service. I only ever order takeout from here now because it’s always delicious! Never once have I been let down!

Ordered satay delivered a curry. When I called up they said it was a curry I ordered. Funny I’ve never ordered a curry in ma life.

Really great Chinese food, easily the best I’ve had in north Ayrshire. Food was freshly prepared and fairly authentic. The starters all tasted freshly made definitely not from a freezer bag. Main courses were great, again freshly made and a big step up from what you usually get. Friendly service, attentive and warm. Definitely our new regular Chinese restaurant.

Outstanding quality every time! Takeaway just as good as eating in. The table service/etiquette is like eating at a 5 star restaurant. very lovely staff, clean toilets and the best bramble cocktail in Irvine!!! My go to for a good meal at a decent price :)

We found this place by accident and what a hidden gem.Excellent service and fantastic tasting food we've just found our new favourite restaurant.

It is our first visit to this restaurant. The staff was amazing, especially Jess and Kelvin, who made our date night extra special. The dishes were excellent, and the flavour suited our picky palate. We highly recommend their chicken satay!!! The best we ever tasted. We also like the cosy atmosphere with light music and low lights. The food presentation was marvellous, and the dinnerwares were stylish too. Especially those sizzling dishes which served on a unique hot metal-bowl ware on a wooden stand, which makes the dining experience so theatrical. We were impressed with the whole experience and certainly will revisit them again. We would also highly recommend you to come try the dine-in experience.
