Here for coffee, bacon roll and pancakes. We were fortunate to get a table without booking as it was quieter than normal. The staff are professional and pleasant. They have a varied menu to suit all tastes from snacks to main meals such as steak pie and lasagne. I would recommend booking in advance.

Had a lovely meal, the pate was ok, but the Portuguese prawns were delicious and other guests were impressed with their food.

Great wee pub on 2 floors,service brill, love dropping off fir a wee pint before getting the bus home.

Food has dropped is standards we ask for no cheese on the burger it was on it the chicken curry was warm and the rice was over cooked and stogy i think it was my last visit. Have used the Tickled trout for years twice aweek with mum.

First time for a meal after new ownership. Very good Indian food cooked to perfection. Service was good too. Will definitely be back.

Lovely hotel in a good location. The staff were all very friendly and an excellent breakfast too
