A very nice wee pub. Relaxed and felt right at home.

First trip to Glasgow and this pub was a warm welcome to the city. Arriving at the nearby Buchanan Coach Station this establishment was only a hundred yards away. I found the pub a near perfect experience. This pub captures the classic charm of the pub culture of the forgone era. However as a cash-only establishment, ensure to carry enough currency.

What a splendid experience at this bar in Glasgow whilst awaiting my bus! Glaswegian hospitality at its finest. It is a cash-only establishment, so do ensure you carry currency, unlike myself, who found solace in the generosity of the locals who graciously purchased my drinks. This establishment perfectly encapsulates the raw, unfiltered charm of pub culture. I absolutely adored it

Went here before Cat Powers concert in 2022. Fabulous experience. Regulars doing brilliant Karaoke. Obviously some professional singers there. Everyone very welcoming and it was obvious we were visitors. Should have stayed there and given concert a miss. Brilliant place

Had time before an appointment today in so decided to pop in to use the loo. Rude older woman behind the bar “greeted” me with “wit dae ye want?” I answered “oh I’m just using the toilet” she snaps back “eh they’re for customers” little did the rotten woman know I would’ve bought a drink and sat for 30 minutes if it wasn’t for her stinking attitude. I complied and just left but I was really annoyed and will never set foot in that place again

Not a friendly place to be at all. Constantly being stared at mostly by the woman, to be honest it was a bit strange. Then a random man asked to sit next to me but I was waiting on my partner arriving so politely refused as thats the chair she would have been sitting in. The woman behind the bar overheard regardless of the fact I felt uncomfortable with it, she stormed over pulled the chair out and told him to sit down. For a woman to do this to another woman is shocking. Really bad experience giving the fact I was a lone female with a random man sitting next to me which I did not want, I left straight after and didn't tip. Theres a reason the place is dead compared to other places in town. Didn't feel safe at all.

Lack of atmosphere n Midweek. Ask if u took a card. cash only what a surprise. £3.80 for a pint of t. Music in background really poo. Change of bar staff since last time been in. Not sure if I be back. Hate also being stared at. Seriously ffs

Close to the bus station, so handy if you have time to kill, or if you are in town for the evening. Friendly staff and locals, cheap prices for a city location. The pub is small, but has another seating are upstairs.

Went to Intermezzo on the lead up to Christmas for a drink after being out for lunch with some family members. Decent place to go for a drink. Music wasn’t too loud so we could easily chat and catch up together and be heard. There are stairs to take up to another floor which seemed to be popular by people coming in and going up. Toilets were clean and they had more than one cubical which is always a plus for us ladies.

A warm welcome, very reasonable prices and a great pint of Tennents await you here. Nothing pretentious. A genuinely good pub in Glasgow City centre.

I have been to this small bar for over eight years,every time we visit Glasgow,the staff have always been freindly and could not do enough,until now,we went as normal after getting off the bus,had s couple of drinks,my wife went for a few bits of shopping as normal,we were sat at a small table ,I was seating when a member of staff said these two people who were strangers to me were brought to the table,I stated I was not happy for them to sit there and was waiting for my wife,I was told they will be sitting with you whether you like it or not,I asked what about the covid regs,was told hard luck they do not come into force until next week,so much for Glasgow hospitality and keeping people safe,money matters with these people rather than safety when it suits them.we will not be back,my health means more than they think,these people that pretend to obey the rules are chancers,they should be closed down.

Great family run pub, popped in on a Sunday afternoon and karaoke was on and the atmosphere was amazing. Was made to feel so welcome and was looked after by everyone. The sign is so true of the place - met great people in here past few days. And cheap beer with good measures of spirits!!!

A real genuine place no fake people

Me and my wife enjoyed a great afternoon in Imprezzo at the weekend. Hadn't planned to come here. We were looking for somewhere for a quick drink before visiting a close by restaurant. Hadn't been in before and came in by chance. What a result. The bar itself is small but was brilliantly run by two lovely ladies. They had all social distancing measures in place and provided great table service with a smile. The clientele were grat fun. Mostly older couple like us but great fun and was so refreshing to see some much conversation and laughs amongst strangers. Had a brillianf first visit to Imprezzo and can't wait to come back.

It's an alright pub, good value but it's lacking in atmosphere

I’m pretty regular in this pub , or should I say I was up until I witnessed the treatment dished out to one customer by the staff . Get your facts right before accusing innocent patrons of something it was pretty obvious was completely ridiculous ! Couldn’t believe what I seen and heard . Shocking .

Popped in for a couple of drinks before we got the coach from nearby bus station. It's a little gem, bar staff were friendly as were other customers. We were made to feel really welcome and the beer was good as well. A proper pub.

We stumbled upon this little treasure whilst out in the city centre and totally loved it.The barmaid call"wee meg"was a total legend and knows everything about everybody and is sooo lovely but mad as a box of frogs .Totally recommendations to all young and old.

Without a doubt this is the best the friendliest and the cheapest bar within the city centre the clinente and the staff were so friendly, and here's me being an English man.

Terry and I were visiting Glasgow to attend Celtic Connections. One of our gigs was in the Royal Concert Hall which is just along the road. We were wandering around looking for a pub when we discovered, purely by chance, Intermezzo. What can I say ?? For a start I'm sure that this wee bar is locked in some kind of time warp. By the way, that's a compliment !! It reminded me of the wee pubs dotted around Leith. Brim full of character and characters. Service was brisk and the prices were amazing. After our drink we headed off to the Concert Hall, enjoyed our gig and then decided to return to Intermezzo. By now the entertainment (Karaoke) was in full swing. It was just a great wee bar with the locals just enjoying themselves. We had a great time.

I was out for an evening stroll whilst away, and stumbled upon this little gem. I received a warm welcome by regulars and staff, and even had a drink bought from one nice chap named Jack. I will certainly return the next time that that I stay at the Doubletree, which is a few minutes walk away.

Great wee pub to call into, when getting the bus to Glasgow, or going home. Love the balcony.

Barmaid was rude. Didn’t even say hello just immediately asked for ID I’m 32 so clearly over the age of 18 but because she’d already barked her request at me and I couldn’t show my passport we were shown the door. Won’t be coming back here.

Ist few hours in Glasgow, loved the hotel, had a great meal in a nearby restaurant and thought to round the night off we'd have a nightcap in a bar we had spotted just around the corner, opposite Cineworld, It looked an unassuming place and was quiet, the women behind the bar seemed to give us a 'what we got here' look but they soon changed and were brilliant, so very friendly (even provided something that wouldn't normally be provided...beverage wise) that really made our day. The place is obviously a locals bar and if those walls could talk I'm sure there would be tales to tell, prices were very good as well, great way to end our first evening, thanks girls!

The prices for drinks were really cheap comparing to London prices so that put a smile on my face. The only bone I have to pick with the place was my sweet potato fries were burnt down to the core when given to me. Besides that the environment is good for students. Good music and they display the footy for sky and BT sports

Its across from cine world so handy to pop in for a drink. It's small with a seating area up the stairs but fills very quickly. The prices a fine for the city centre. The staff are friendly same with a lot of the regulars.

Was out in Glasgow and had to get a bus from Buchanan Bus Station, and after going for something to eat in The Flying Duck near by, decided to pop into Intermezzo as I still had time before my bus.

Half an hour to wait for my bus after a night out, Looked for somewhere open ( 10.30pm ). This bar was the first and nearest I could find. I wish I had just went there with my work friends (colleagues is too difficult to spell). A tiny place, packed out, Karaoke..and served within a minute..Superb bar service as opposed to what I experineced earlier 200 yards away. Worth a visit..and Oooh the banter..

It is a great traditional little pub, family owned, and very handy for Buchannan Bus Station. It is not too expensive and is very well run. They actually have real bar staff in the place! They do not have to use the till to add up the drinks and can total up a round in their heads which makes for quicker service as they do not have to go to the till twice when serving the customers. They can also can serve more than one person at a time and are prompt when serving the drinks. They are very friendly and polite and know their way around the bar and how to treat the customers. There is Karaoke on at the weekend, which normally put me off going into a place, but here the singers are all excellent, which is a pleasant change. The hot food range that they serve is limited but adequate. There is always a comfortable atmosphere about the place and the clientele are very friendly, with a good mix of ages at the weekend

It has a great atmosphere your cant help but get into the Glasgow spirit. They had Karaoke on and it was so funny as well as entertaining. It was evident they had a lot of regulars but they still made you feel welcome.

Had fun. There was a crowd of us and we eventually found a space. Some really good singers on the karaoke and very friendly customers! Only downside was the heat!

In here with my mate and his wife. Atmosphere just did not seem right and was getting stared at by several people already there. Told by a punter that the three of us weren't getting out in one piece and had hardly spoken to anyone apart from ordering a drink. Fortunately my mate can handle himself and promptly told the guy how he would react if he went anywhere near his wife and rightly so. Hopefully a one off and a drunken idiot but wont be back

Had been to bank and was only giving out £20 notes so I know I had £20 but was only given change of£10. Wont be back and I'll let colleagues know from work not to go either.

Was here on Saturday for a quick drink and ended up there all night. The staff were so friendly and the service was pure dead brilliant. All the other patrons were very friendly and made our group of six very welcome. Prices were cheap and Miller MGD was chilled to perfection. Once the Karaoke started we were thoroughly entertained, some great singers singing classic songs. Had such a great visit to here that we called in the next for a couple of drinks prior to catching the bus back to Aberdeen.

I live well outside Glasgow but I now class this pub as my local.I was introduced to it by my friends from Edinburgh who found this little oasis in the city centre. From our first encounter we have felt welcomed, safe and guaranteed Glaswegian hospitality.Personally, me and the wife think this place is magic and the staff are ace!

バス乗り場やglasgow駅の近くにあるrenfrew street沿いにあるbarです。ちょっと一杯飲みたい方に、個人的にお勧めです。食事は無いですので、お腹が減っている人にはお勧めしません。スコッチやもちろん地元ビールなどが楽しめます。　地元のかたがた多そうな感じで、食後にちょいと一杯のみに立ち寄るおじいさん、仲間とわいわいと会話を楽しむ若者たち、いろいろなかたがそれぞれのペースでお酒を楽しんでいる雰囲気があるバーでした。そんな空気を楽しみたい方は是非おすすめです！
